4A Module1 Getting to know youUnit 3 What do you do?一、教学目标1.听说读写单词doctor 、nurse 、shop assistant 、cook、 bus-driver、waiter 、 postman 、 policeman、 fireman。

并能用What does your mother do? She’s … . What does your father do ? He’s... .来询问他人的职业,并正确回答。

2.在小组参与家庭成员的介绍的角色对话表演中,能感知人称的变化,体验到语言变化的规律,能根据别人的问句,做出合理的应答,如:What does your mother do? She’s … . What does your father do ? He’s...能正确表达并且询问并能得体应答。

3.懂得尊重他人劳动,从小热爱生活,树立自己的理想二、重点与难点重点:学习掌握9个不同职业名称的单词的听说书写,What does your …do?及其正确回答。

难点:注意shop assistant和fireman的读音,和bus-driver的书写。

三、方法与手段本课学习的是与学生在日常生活中与人交流的重要的话题之一,了解询问别人的职业。

为了更直观的让学生感受职业特点,教师准备了图片,实物,和CAI 课件等资料,给学生设置了真实的场景,并采用猜一猜的活动激发学生的学习积极性,同时采用直观演示法等的教学方法让学生在这种情景当中学习并掌握新知识,并得体运用。

四、教学流程I.热身、复习(Warm-up/Revision)听音乐唱歌,创设英语学习的氛围。

【设计意图:教师在课的初始通过音乐激发学生学习的积极性,并且复习旧知识(postman与policeman),让学生在进入良好的学习状态。

】II.呈现新课(Presentation)1. 谈话导入T: Hello! I’m a teacher. What do you do? Ss:…Today I will have an English class with you .I hope you can speak louder .Now let`s learn unit3 What do you do ?同时板书课题,写的同时让学生试读。

找几个学生读,然后选一行或一组学生重复读。

2. Look and learn the new word.T:Today,I invite a friend ,can you guess, who is it?(1)教师出示PPT,周杰伦的图片,T: Who is he? S2:He is Zhou Jielun。

T: What does he do ? S3:He is a singer.【设计意图:初步让学生理解“What does he do ?”的用法。

】T: Today, I invite your some good friends ,can you guess ,who are they?Ss learn to say利用想一想、猜一猜的活动,学习新单词 policeman,fireman,postman。

并运用句型What does he/she do ?来练习。

适时引入policewoman,了解policeman 与policewoman的区别。

(2Think and guess学生看图猜职业,cook。

T: Look!He can cook. He is a cook.利用“book、 look”学习cook的发音。

(3)继续利用此活动学习waiter、bus-driver、doctor、nurse、shop assistant。

Learn to say new sentences.教师通过幻灯片出示家庭照,指着妈妈的照片,和大家介绍(复习单词shop assistant的同时引出新句型What does your mother do? (板书)让大家跟读,并理解其意引导孩子们用She’s a … .进行回答。

通过教师教授,学生学习的过程,充分掌握了句型的互问互答,给孩子们角色对话表演的时间,让学生充分练习,然后上台进行表演。
