设计意图:利用生动的图片激发学生的学习兴趣,呈现话语主题:family。口头训练让学生能够更好地掌握目标语言。先口头讨论再笔头写下来的做法充分体现了由易到难的学习规律。学生通过同伴讨论合作的形式,既增进了同学之间的感情,又提高了学生的交际能力和合作能力。
六、教学反思
本节课以家庭为话题,学习重点是对家庭成员的介绍。训练重点是there be句型的使用和熟练用英语称呼家庭成员,由于班级内可能会有单亲家庭,因此在授课时我特别注意了保护学生,不伤及学生的自尊。同时在课堂上注意培养学生的移情能力,并且为本次活动制定了方向,并提出了活动的目标,并有意识的引导学生提炼说什么为什么说。
2、学生全员参与:注意培养学生的自主学习的能力、互助合作学习的能力、发现问题和解决问题的能力。比如:在讲授课文时,进行听力练习之后,让学生自读课文,并找出自己不明白和不理解的问题。在小组内先行解决,小组内解决不了的由教师再统一进行讲解。最后,教师再强调一些重点句子和句型,并就重点知识对学生进行提问。在学习的过程中难免会遇到各种各样的问题,有些不是个人所能解决的,需要共同的讨论。当然合作并不是简单的告诉答案和变相的抄袭,也不是不加以思考的去问别人,而应带着疑问,带着自己的观点和别人讨论,倾听别人的观点,吸取别人的长处,学习别人独特的解题方法,在争论中明白题目的本意,在合作中升华自己。又如:我设计了pair work ,group work等大量的合作学习形式,让学生在学到新知识的同时,更体会到了合作的重要性。

举例:
-解释为什么在句子“ She always goes to school by bus.”中,动词“go”变为“goes”。
-对比“often”和“usually”的用法,如:“I often play sports on weekends.”与“I usually go to bed at10 p.m.”之间的区别。
四、教学流程
(一)导入新课
同学们,今天我们将要学习的是Module 4 Unit 1 -1的内容。在开始之前,我想先问大家一个问题:“你们在日常生活中是如何描述自己的日常习惯的?”例如,你通常早上做什么?这个问题与我们将要学习的一般现在时态密切相关。通过这个问题,我希望能够引起大家的兴趣和好奇心,让我们一同探索时态的奥秘。
-指导学生如何根据实际情况将句子中的时间状语替换,如:“What do you do in the morning?”可改为“What do you do after school?”。
-通过角色扮演等活动帮助学生理解词汇在不同情境下的运用,如谈论家庭成员的习惯时使用“Does your mother always cook dinner?”。
-重点词汇的用法:教授habit, usually, often, always, never等词汇在句子中的正确使用。

Module 4Seeing the doctorUnit 1I haven’t done much exercise since I got mycomputer.第一课时教学设计教学目标:1.利用图片,两两对话和听力材料,识记与看病相关的单词及短语;2.通过多层听及小组活动,能够熟练运用看病中的常用表达进行简单对话;3.通过模拟看医生的相关活动,能够意识到健康的重要性,热爱生活,热爱生命。

教学内容与过程:课前准备:课前2分钟播放单词录音,学生大声跟读。

【设计意图】学生大声跟读录音一能帮助学生学习地道的发音,二能尽快让学生进入学习状态,为上课做好准备。

Step 1 Warming up教师播放一段视频片段-《Seeing the doctor》,问学生两个问题:1. What’s the matter with the woman ?2. What’s the doctor's advice? 导入本节课的主题。

【设计意图】视频片段能迅速吸引学生眼球,看病,与我们的生活息息相关,极大的激发学生学习热情与积极性。

通过两个问题的提出,学生基本能回答出与看病相关的词汇与句子,为后面课文的学生做铺垫。

学习目标展示:教师用多媒体课件展示本节课的教学目标并朗读目标,通过语音语调的变化让学生充分领会本节课的学习任务。

【设计意图】明确目标,确定任务,把握重难点,有的放矢,学习方能游刃有余。

Play a guessing game:教师用多媒体展示图片,引导学生根据图片猜出what’s the matter with him/her?通过教师领读、学生领读等形式让学生熟练掌握重点单词与短语的表达。

【设计意图】小游戏能让学生没有思想压力,让老师在轻松愉快的气氛下检查学生的单词与短语掌握情况,更让学生在图片的视觉刺激下进一步掌握重点单词与句型。

Pair work: Make a conversation【设计意图】通过编对话,进一步巩固本课重点词汇与句型,为后面听力做铺垫。

It’s an American festival.
Thanksgiving(感恩节)
感恩节是美国和加拿大节日,是由美国首创的,原 意是为了感谢印第安人,后来人们常在这一天感谢他 人。感恩节是在每年11月的第四个星期四,在这一天 起将休假两天,都要和自己的家人团聚。感恩节是美 国国定假日中最地道、最美国式的节日。加拿大的感 恩节则是在每年10月第二个星期一。 1620年,著名的 “五月花号”船满载不堪忍受英国国内宗教迫害的清 教徒到达美洲。在他们饥寒交迫的时候,印第安人给 这些移民送来了生活必需品,并教会他们狩猎、捕鱼 和种植玉米、南瓜等生存方法。在印第安人的帮助下, 他们习惯了在当地的生存方式。在欢庆丰收的日子, 他们邀请印第安人一同感谢上天的赐予。感恩节的食 物除火鸡外,还有红莓苔果子酱、甜山芋、玉蜀黍、 南瓜饼、沙拉自己烘烤的面包及各种蔬菜和水果等。
