材料力学必备知识点1、 材料力学的任务:满足强度、刚度和稳定性要求的前提下,为设计既经济又安全的构件,提供必要的理论基础和计算方法。
2、 变形固体的基本假设:连续性假设、均匀性假设、各向同性假设。
3、 杆件变形的基本形式:拉伸或压缩、剪切、扭转、弯曲。
4、 低碳钢:含碳量在0.3%以下的碳素钢。
5、 低碳钢拉伸时的力学性能:弹性阶段、屈服阶段、强化阶段、局部变形阶段 极限:比例极限、弹性极限、屈服极限、强化极限6、 名义(条件)屈服极限:将产生0.2%塑性应变时的应力作为屈服指标7、 延伸率δ是衡量材料的塑性指标塑性材料 随外力解除而消失的变形叫弹性变形;外力解除后不能消失的变形叫塑性变形。

材料力学名词1.荷载:厂房外墙受到风的压力,吊车梁受到吊车和起吊物的重力,轧钢机受到钢坯变形时的阻力等,这些力称为荷载.2.应力:杆件截面上的分布内力集度,称为应力.3.应力状态:通过一点的所有不同方位截面上应力的全部情况,称为该点的应力状态.4.单轴应力状态:一点处的应力状态由其横截面上的正应力σ。
即可完全确定,这样的应力状态称为单轴应力状态。
5.扭矩:作用在圆筒任一截面上的内力偶矩称为扭矩。
6.相对扭转角:圆筒两端截面之间相对转动的角位移,称为相对扭转角。
7.梁:凡是以弯曲为主要变形杆件,通称为梁。
8.静定梁:如果梁有一个固定端,或有一个固定铰支座和一个可动铰支座,则其三个支反力可由平面力系的三个独立的平衡方程求出,这样的梁称为静定梁。
9.超静定梁:梁的支反力数目多于独立平衡方程数目,此时仅用平衡方程就无法确定其所有的支反力,这样的梁称为超静定梁。
10.纯弯曲:若梁在某段内各横截面上的剪力为0,弯矩为常量,则该段梁的弯曲称为纯弯曲。
11.平面假设:梁在受力弯曲后,其原来的横截面仍为平面,并绕垂直于纵对称面的其一截面旋转,且仍垂直于梁变形后的轴线,这样的弯曲问题称为平面假设。
12.中性层:由于变形的连续性,中间必有一层纵向线o1o2无长度变化,称为中性层。
13.中性轴:中性层与横截面的交线称为中性轴。
14.超静定问题:这类不单凭静力学平衡方程求解的问题,称为超静定问题。
15.超静定次数:未知力数超过平衡方程数的数目,称为超静定次数。
16.平面应力状态:单元体有一对平面上的应力等于0,即不等于0的应力分量均处于同一坐标平面内,则称为平面应力状态。
17.空间应力状态:在x平面上有正应力σx,切应力τxy和τxz,在y平面上有应力σy,τyx和τyz,在z平面上有应力σz,τzx和τzy这种单元体所代表的应力状态,称为一般空间应力状态。
18.失稳:中心受压直杆在临界力Fα作用下,其直线形态的平衡开始丧失稳定性,简称为失稳。
