公司支持职工根据《中华人民共和国工会法》、《中国工会章程》设立工会组织。

第二十九条公司依照相关法律、法规建立并执行财务、会计、审计、外汇、统计、保险等制度。

第十一章期限、解散与清算
第三十五条公司经营年限为年,从公司营业执照签发之日起计算。

合作各方如一致同意延长公司经营年限,应在经营年限届满的180天前向中国审批机关提出书面申请。

第三十六条公司在下列情况下依法解散:
1.合作期限届满;
2.公司发生严重亏损,或者因不可抗力遭受严重损失,无力继续经营;
3.中外合作者一方或者数方不履行合作企业合同、章程规定的义务,致使合作企业无法继续经营;
4.其他解散原因:;

第四十二条本合同的订立、效力、解释及争议的解决,均应适用中华人民共和国的法律。

第十六章争议的解决
第四十三条凡因执行本合同所发生的或与本合同有关的一切争议,双方应通过友好协商解决。
