读书活动实施方案
一、指导思想
以科学发展观为指针，以创建“书香校园”为导向，为了全面提高学生的语文素养，培养综合实践能力，激发学生课外读书的兴趣，养成良好的阅读习惯，在校园内形成热爱读书的良好风气，促进学生的可持续发展；贯彻落实《义务教育语文课程标准》要“培养学生广泛的阅读兴趣，扩大阅读面，增加阅读量，提倡少做题，多读书，好读书，读好书，读整本的书。
”的新课程理念。
二、活动目标
⒈学校大力营造读书氛围，使阅读真正成为师生的自觉行动和生活需要。
⒉积极倡导“我与好书同行”的思想，努力践行“我读书，我快乐，我成长”的理念，帮助学生养成良好的读书习惯，夯实文化底蕴。
⒊通过开展读书活动，引导老师、家长、学生共同参与读书活动，推进阅读型班级、阅读型学校、阅读型家庭的建设。
三、活动措施：
㈠合理推荐阅读书目，明确学生读书内容。
⒈依据《楚州区小学生读书活动实施方案》中“分周阅读背诵计划表”，组织学生阅读具体的书目和背诵指定的内容。
⒉学生根据阅读计划表通过借阅、自愿购买或分小组购买共享等方式备齐指定的必读书目和选读书目。
⒊通过多种渠道丰富学校和班级的图书资源，创造条件组织学生阅读其它更多适合阅读的书目，努力凸显学校读书特色。
⒋各班重点推荐一些适合小学生的阅读刊物，扩大学生阅读视野，提高学生阅读量。
㈡保证学生阅读时间，确保学生读书效果。
⒈学校和各班级根据本校的实际情况，合理充分地利用好学生在校的闲暇时间组织读书活动。
⒉利用双休日、节假日、寒暑假时间组织学生分散阅读。
各班均要制定详细的双休日、节假日、寒暑假学生读书计划和具体的读书要求。
3.提倡“作业式”晚读活动。
每天家庭作业提倡布置一定数量的读书内容，培养学生养成“与书为伴、快乐入睡”的习惯。
㈢切实组织学生阅读，大力营造读书氛围。
⒈学校成立“读书活动领导小组”和“读书活动督查小组”。
领导小组每学期要根据区小学生读书活动方案制定学校具体的操作方案。
督查小组要有计划地对各班级学生的读书情况开展检查，定期进行读书情况通报，表扬先进，指出问题并提出合理性的建议。
⒉学校每学期要安排适量的课外阅读指导课，对学生的阅读方法和阅读习
惯等进行有效指导。
语文教研组和语文备课组每学期要开展课外阅读指导课教学研讨活动。
⒊学校积极利用“校讯通”平台，宣传学校具体的读书操作方案，将读书活动向家庭延伸，尝试开展亲子阅读活动。
⒋学校着力做好图书室和班级图书角的建设工作。
鼓励师生将家中的藏书带进校园，围绕相关阅读内容充实图书室和班级图书角，实现资源共享，每周有计划地安排学生到图书室借书阅读，有条件的学校可以尝试开展“读书漂流”活动。
⒌学校开辟读书专栏橱窗，定期展示学生的“读书感悟”、“读书心语”、“读书日记”等文章。
各班级黑板报可以开辟“书香园地”，定期展示“好书推荐”、“每周一背”、“书海拾贝”等内容，交流学生在读书活动中的心得体会，营造良好的读书氛围。
⒍学校建好校园“红领巾广播站”。
利用广播站定期播放学生自创的一些关于读书感受的文章，激发学生的读书兴趣，为学生创设宽松、愉悦的读书环境。
㈣积极开展读书活动，完善读书激励机制。
⒈举办一次全校性的“读书节”活动。
“读书节”活动主要内容：⑴组织学生开展诵读比赛、读书演讲、讲故事比赛、读书报告会、古诗文擂台赛、读书心得交流、读书成果汇报演出等活动。
低年级建议开展背诵古诗文活动，中年级建议开展讲故事等活动，高年级建议开展读书成果表演等活动；⑵举办读书成果展示活动。
宣传读书活动中涌现出的先进典型，各项读书活动的结果在全校张榜公布，组织学生学习，激发学生读书兴趣。
⒉开展“路队诵读活动”。
利用学生集中路队的时间，由老师组织学生站好路队的同时，背诵优秀古诗文，或由诵读水平比较高的学生带领学生背诵等。
⒊学校认真组织“读书明星”、“书香班级”、“书香家庭”等评比工作，树立读书典型，进一步完善读书活动的激励机制。
㈤落实读书过程管理，健全读书评价机制。
读书活动一定要体现实效性，在读书的过程中要狠抓落实，建立科学的评价体系，留下读书活动详细的过程资料。
⒈以查促读。
根据必读书目的阅读要求，结合年段特点，学生按分周阅读背诵计划每读完一本必读书，学校要安排相应的考查。
考查分口头和书面。
书面考查题型以填空、选择、判断等客观性内容为主（约占80%），另有20%的主观题，如写故事梗概、写人物特点、写读后感受等。
考查分A B C D四个等级，90分以上为A，75～89分为B，60～74分为C，60分以下为D。
以学校或班级为单位对获得A等的同学通过校园广播或黑板报予以表扬，积极鼓励D等学生再次认真阅读背诵相关内容，力争通过考查，不让一个学生掉队。
选读书目以“学校读书活动督查小组”考查为主，对学生所读的选读书目进行口头抽样检查，并对各班级读书情况作合理的评价。
⒉以考促读。
学校组织的各学科质量考试中要涉及读书内容的考查。
占试卷分值的5～10%，随年级升高可以适当加大分值。
⒊开展读书考级活动。
学校根据《楚州区小学生阅读考级实施意见》，每学年组织一次学生读书考级活动，对学生的读书水平进行综合评定。
⒋学校建立读书活动专项档案库，定期对学生读书活动的材料存档归案。
