Relative clauses(1)
Relative clauses tell us more about nouns. They function rather like adjectives. They are used to modify the nouns.
The underdog is an athlete who seems to have

3.Paul didn’t know he’d soon get the chance that he’d been waiting for.

A relative clause does not always need to include the relative pronouns.
