关于株洲文化产业发展的思考

[摘要]：文化产业是21世纪知识经济产业的核心产业，也是未来中国最具爆发力和增长潜力的明星行业。2002年11月，党的十六大报告明提出了发展中国文化产业的战略构想，指出：要按照先进文化的发展要求，积极发展各类文化事业和文化产业，不断满足人民群众精神文化需求。2011年10月18日中国共产党第十七届中央委员会第六次全体会议通过中共中央关于深化文化体制改革推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣若干重大问题的决定，指出：这次会议对我们党团结带领全国各族人民继续全面建设小康社会、加快推进社会主义现代化、开创中国特色社会主义事业新局面有重大而深远的意义。

我们通过一系列的研究，将我国文化产业这一21世纪的新兴产业和朝阳产业进行全面的分析。去总结一条符合我们社会主义国家经济发展的经验，并用这个经验来发展我们国家的文化产业，同时也发展我国区域的文化产业。株洲，作为“长株潭”两型社会的一级，那么对株洲文化产业发展的研究具有十分重要的现实意义。

本文对新的时代背景下的株洲文化产业发展进行了从浅到深，由表及里的分析和研究。首先，本文会将株洲市文化产业的发展现状和存在的主要问题充分分析清楚，并研究其中的个别特殊情况。其次，文章通过株洲核心文化产业及边沿文化产业群的分析，并给出株洲市文化产业发展的对策与建议。总之，要放大株洲文化产业的成效，政府，市场，文化企业三者协调配合，从发展目标到发展机制，挖掘株洲文化产业的潜力，发挥株洲特色，打造知名品牌，站稳中国市场，增强国际名声，成为株洲发展的支柱产业。
