【教学目标】

1.知识目标:

①能掌握四会单词: house, room, in front of, her.

②能掌握三会单词和词组: bear, forest, there, soup, just right, hard, soft, afraid;

③能掌握四会句型: There is … There are … Help!

2.能力目标:

①培养学生阅读能力及阅读技巧;

②能理解故事大意,较流利的朗读并试着表演故事。

3.情感目标:

①引导学生观察比较,大胆开口说英语的能力。

②让学生认识到,人和动物和谐的关系。

【课前准备】

1.常规预习。

⑴听磁带15分钟,大声朗读第一单元课文,根据书后单词表翻译课文。

⑵完成书P8 Look and order(看并排序).

2.单元重难点。

⑴There be+地点句型表示“某处有(存在)某物”

①There is+可数名词单数或不可数名词

我们学校有一间音乐教室。

例如:There is some soup on the table. 桌上有一些汤。

②There are+可数名词复数

我们学校有两间音乐教室。

⑵反义词:

①hard硬的——soft软的

②cold冷的——hot热的

⑶be afraid of害怕

I’m afraid of bears. 我害怕熊。

Don’t be afraid of the big wolf. 不要害怕大灰狼。

3.Phrase time

①a beautiful house一座美丽的房子②in the forest在森林里③hungry and thirsty又饿又渴

④just right刚刚好⑤in front of在……前面⑥ a soft bed一张软床

⑦some hot soup一些热汤⑧on the table在餐桌上⑨in the room在房间里

Teach the new phrases: too cold, too hot, just right.
