106AUTO TIMEAUTOMOBILE DESIGN | 汽车设计1 引言越野式伸缩臂叉装车是一种使用伸缩臂及安装在臂端的属具作为工作装置,集合了伸缩臂起重机、叉车、装载机等产品的特点,可进行搬运、铲装、吊载等多种作业,同时可有两轮转向、四轮转向、蟹行行驶等多种行驶模式,适应于多种地面状态的移动作业设备。
伸缩臂叉装车的整机稳定性,是指设备在行驶、作业过程中,整机抗倾覆的能力。
在行驶及作业时,地面平整度及车辆状态可能会对整机稳定性有较大影响,都会影响最终产品的安全性和使用性。
在设计初期就采用合适的方法对整车的倾翻稳定性情况进行计算,能最大限度的降低试验风险,而根据试验结果优化后的试验模型,也为后续的设计提供了参考依据。
2 稳定性性分析依据在作业时,伸缩臂叉装车可以根据不同工况需求,使用轮胎或稳定器作为接地支撑,稳定器一般布置在前桥前方,可以提高前方和侧方的作业区域。
同时为了提高越野能力,后桥多采用摆动式。
因此在计算稳定性时,倾翻线围成的稳定区域为图2所示的三角形ABC 区域。
针对整车稳定性的,目前国标、ISO 标准和欧洲标准及美标中都是采用模拟表1中几种典型工况的试验方式来验证。

I place this class of boom boxes 1-2-3-4.
I placed #1 over #2 in the top pair because #1 offers radio, cassette and CD options. It will also allow Kristen the opportunity to expand her CD collection. The head phone jack providing private listening will provide the quite that her parents are looking for. Granted, #1 costs more than the cash she has on hand, but by utilizing the borrowing option from her parents she will be able to purchase a unit which will last her for several years.
In the middle pair I place #2 over #3 in a very close contest. Both boom boxes offer similar features. However, I place #2 over #3 because #2 is slightly cheaper, and offers name recognition of a reliable company.
In the bottom pair I place #3 over #4 because #3 offers the cassette feature that Kristen wants. Granted, the #4 is the least expensive, but does not offer the features that Kristen is looking for.
For these reasons, I place this class of boom boxes 1-2-3-4.。
