摘 要:为设计兼具优异承载与减振功能的先进轻质多功能结构材料,本文通过试验结合数值的方法研究和对比 了新型金属沙漏型点阵结构和传统金字塔型点阵结构的固有振动和谐响应特性。基于模态有限元法和模态叠加 法,研究了不同边界条件和芯子杆件倾斜角度的沙漏和金字塔型点阵结构固有振动和谐响应特性,阐述了不同边 界条件和杆件倾斜角度对结构加速度频响曲线和幅值的影响规律。结果表明:芯子相对密度相同时,沙漏型点阵 结构具有较高的固有频率,且对边界条件和杆件倾斜角度变化更敏感。通过优化设计杆件倾斜角度可实现结构加 速度频响幅值的调控,为下一步工程应用提供理论依据和技术储备。 关键词:沙漏型;点阵结构;边界条件;倾斜角度;振动;模态;加速度频响;数值仿真 DOI:10. 11990/jheu.201806085 网络出版地址:htty :////kcnii/Retyi/23. 1390.u.20190118. 1006. 006.html 中图分类号:0327 文献标志码:A 文章编号:1006-7043( 2019) 05-0878-08

Abstract :Thi/ study aims to expeymentally and numeycally investigate the free vibration and harmonic responses of the novi metallic hourglass lattice etructura and the traditional pyramidal lattice etructura e deign a new generation of advened lightweight multifinctional structural mateyals that possess both excelOnt load-beaang and vibration re duction propeaies. Based on the finite element modd analysis method and modal superposition approach, the natural eibaaiion and haamonieaesponsesofihehouaglasand pyaamidallaieesiaueiuaeswiih difeaeniboundaayeondiiions and truss inclination angles wera analyzed. Furthermora, the infuences of diffeant boundaia conditions and truss in clination angles on the acceleration frequence asponss curves and amplitudes of Wc structura wera revealed.
