Module 3 HealthUnit 5 What’s the matter with you?(第2课时)一、教学内容分析本节课是广州版新教材Unit5的第2课时的教学内容,主要教学看病常用语和句型,根据情境表达病况及说明原因。
本单元的主要话题是“health”,病症、健康生活习惯。
1.学生在第一课时已经学习了关于看病的单词、词组和用语:health, matter,ill, stomachache, toothache, headache, fever, have a toothache, have a cold, have a headache, have a stomachache, have a fever, brush one’s teeth, see a doctor, too much… drink plenty of water, What’s the matter? I feel ill / bad.I have a…;2. 理解过去时态的使用,并学习动词的过去式;3. 学习如何表述生病的原因。
根据教材的编排,针对本课内容对话性比较强,知识跟学生的个人生活环境紧密连接在一起,让学生有说的话题这一要求,本课时为学生提供了更容易进入学习环境的有利条件,同时提高学生学习的兴趣。
让学生通过新旧知识的融合,逐层推进学习,为以后的学习做好铺垫。
