比赛那天，我早早地就到了学校。

我不停地在心里给自己打气：“别慌，别慌，你可以的！”
走进比赛的教室，哇，好多人啊！有老师，有同学，还有其他班来观战的小伙伴。

一次难忘的英语演讲比赛

在记忆的长河中，有许多游动的鱼儿，其中，最让人难忘的那一条，便是五年级的英语演讲比赛。
那天英语课，虞老师一进班就宣布：“这周有一个‘地球村’英语演讲比赛，希望同学们积极参与，大家要写好演讲稿，认真练习，比赛时要做到脱稿。
”英语演讲比赛？作为英语课代表的我当然是要参加的啦！一回到家，我查阅资料，然后奋笔疾书，很快就写好了初稿，为了体现内容的丰富，我还使用了几个初中才能学到的句式。
经过老师的指导和修改，确定了稿子。
再接下来就是练习，练习，再练习……妈妈做我的评委，不停地进行发音纠正、连贯性建议、演讲的表情、站姿，甚至在哪句话该用哪个手势都演了无数次。
随着熟练程度的增长，我的自信也逐渐在脸上呈现。
这次准备让我切实地感受到：“台上三分钟，台下十年功”。
终于，到了比赛那天，老师把参赛的同学们分组领到了比赛场地，看到排在我前面的同学们进进出出，我既兴奋又紧张，手心里全是汗！轮到我了，我深吸了一口气，稳了稳心神，从容地迈进了教室，向评委老师们问好，看到他们和蔼的笑容，心中的不安和顾虑立马被抛到了九霄云外。
“Everyone has a dream. I often ask myself……”我熟练地开讲，一切如行云流水，中间的大胡子老外不断地点头，其她两位评委老师们也投以赞赏的表情。
演讲已经过了三分之二，突然一分神，“brought”被我发成了“breaght”，脑子莫名其妙地“秀逗”了两秒钟，幸好，这并没有影响到我后面的演讲。
鞠躬，退场，听着评委的窃窃私语，我的心里有些惴惴不安。
回到家里，我一直心神不宁，心里总想着如果没有中间的那个“意外”，那该有多好！爸爸妈妈都安慰我说，这只是一场普通的比赛，不要太在意。
可我还是放不下心来，接下来几天一直吃不好，睡不好。
终于等到公布成績的时候了，我的心里“怦怦”直跳，“邹雨荷，一等奖，分数很高。
”虞老师刚宣布完，我的心里就像爆米花一样乐得都炸开了，这么多天的煎熬一下子全化为乌有了。
