但从实际职能上讲,两个工作的内容大不相同。

Sourcing的词根是Source,即根源。

所以简单地理解,Sourcing 是找到根源,即找到合适的供应商。

在新产品开发中,Product Sourcing 就是为新产品找供应商。

如果想把产品生产转移到低成本国家,就叫全球采购(Global Sourcing),或低成本国家采购(Low CostCountry/Region Sourcing)。

Purchasing就是采购。

相对于Sourcing,Purchasing更侧重于订单处理(PO Transaction),即询价、下订单、跟踪订单、催单、收货、付款等。

相对而言,Sourcing属“一次性行为”,一旦选定合适的供应商并把他们带上正规,Sourcing的任务就基本完成。

当然Sourcing 的过程可能很长。

然后是Purchasing去执行日常订单管理。

当然如果Sourcing选定的供应商有表现问题,例如质量、交货、价格等,那么Sourcing有可能再度涉入,寻找新的供应商。

当然这种区分有点理论化。

在很多公司,Sourcing和Purchasing是由同一组人员完成。

本文是在SAP系统后台定义采购组(Purchasing Group)。

SAP中有多种翻译,如“购买组”等,在此统一称为“采购组”。

采购组的编号在整个Client中是唯一的。

在物料主数据的采购视图、供应商主数据的采购视图中,都有维护采购组的条目.在创建采购订单时,采购组为必输项,且与物料主数据、供应商主数据中维护的值不能互斥。

二.示例数据
(R/O列:R必输;O选输。

采购组的数据主要是编号和描述,同时还可以加上电话号码、传真等联系信息.
三.操作

进入维护界面有两种方法,均按表2所示:
•按后台IMG路径进入,如图1所示,进入图2界面:
•在前台输入事物码SM30,维护视图V_024,进入图2界面.

确认无误后,按保存键()保存。

根据Client配置的不同(使用TCODE:SCC4维护),也许弹出图4的请求号输入对话框,新建或选定一个请求号,按确认键()继续.
保存后按返回键()返回到总览界面,如图5所示,可以看到新建条目已在其中。

继续按返回键()退出操作。

MM快速入门MM的英文全称是Material Management,即物料管理。

在物流理论界,物料管理包括的范围要比SAP的范围广。

而在SAP中它与SD模块一起组成了物料的进和出,买和卖,采购和销售之间的一些过程,当然,生产过程则是通过PP模块来控制的。

MM是后勤的上游和中游,SD是后勤的下游,包购采购、供应商管理、物料需求预测、库存管理、发票校验等,另外作为一个系统模块,还有一个后勤信息报表体系。

MM主要管理的业务流如下图:比较采购货源,决定采购需求, 选择供应商, 采购订单处理, 采购订单跟踪, 收货/库存管理, 发票校验.物料(Material)的含义极广,生产企业里更多地是指原料及原料经过增值加工后形成的半成品、成品,零售企业则多指商品。

同时,也可以把采购来的或要提供给客户的“服务”作为物料来管理,当然企业内部的一些独立部门的提供的各种“服务”需要有采购、销售过程也可以用物料来管理。

在用IT系统管理物料之前,有个很重要的工作就是对这些物料进行编码、分类,并收集、记录相关属性(比如如形状、长宽高、体积、颜色、规格、重量、基本单位、销售单位、运输单位、存放条件、批次等)。

管理最基本的一个方法就是分类,使用系统进行管理最基本的一个方法就是编码。

In recent years, group purchasing, as a new type of online shopping, is rapidly gaining popularity,which was originally introduced from foreign countries but is now widely accepted all over China. It offers not only good, but also some disadvantages.
Nowadays an increasing number of people prefer group purchasing, they think group purchasing plays a significant way in their daily life. At first, it improves the efficiency of customers’ shopping. Facing the complex in a wide range of goods, customers don’t know how to choose, while group purchasing offers a better choice for them, so customers can make a decision in a short time. Secondly, through group purchasing customers can enjoy more benefits. Group purchasing attracts customers with low discount price. In addition, compared with the general online shopping, customers need to take less money in group purchasing. Last but not least, group purchasing supplies customers a platform for communication and interaction. People can communicate with each other online, it’s very convenient for them.
As every coin has two sides, some problems may also come up in the group purchasing. The same as online shopping, the goods we bought from group purchasing may be quality problems. What’s more, you may have difficulty solving problem through after-sales service. Moreover there are risks when you buy some valuables. This means that we should be cautions in group purchasing.
As far as I’m concerned, group purchasing brings us convenience while there are also shortcomings. We are supposed to treat group purchasing rationally. At last we must be careful not to buy something we don’t need only to follow the fashion.
