How to relieve my pressure
With the remarkable development of our present society, more and more university’s students are confronting with all kinds of pressure which comes from their strict study、stagnant economy、fierce employment and so on. We all know that over due pressure will surely affect our health both physically and mentally.
When it comes to this topic, I, to be frankly, also more or less suffer the pressures from different aspects of my life. The main pressure for me one is to find a honorable/creditable job immediately, because I must earn much money to support myself and my family, which is my unavoidable responsibility. How to relieve such pressure? So we should try to take some measures to deal with it .I have some suggestions.
