本单元以“Do you want to watch a game show?”为话题展开教学活动,首先让学生学会各种电视节目的英文表达,再让学生学会怎样用英语表达对不同电视节目以及事物的喜恶。

通过用学生们熟悉的电视节目来提高学生们的学习兴趣;再通过简单的口语练习,使学生积极参与合作,从而使学生达到综合运用语言的能力。

教材在本单元的开篇就是本课时,就安排了关于部分电视节目的英文表达,以及简单的表达喜恶的句子,为以后学生能正确表达自己的情感作了准备。

二、教学目标:
(一、)语言目标:
1、学生能够正确表达部分电视节目的名称:talent show, sports show, talk show, game show, sitcom, news, soap opera等等;
2、学生能够正确表达喜恶程度:I love it.. I like it.. I don′t mind it.. I don′t like it..
I can’t stand it.
3.学生会使用句型:What do you want to watch? What do you think of…?
(二、)能力目标:
通过对话学习,让学生学会使用语言进行交际。

(三、)情感目标:
锻炼学生逻辑表达能力,激发学生的积极思维,让学生们经过相互了解后,增进他们之间的友情;另外,还让学生们知道一些有教育意义的节目,利于学生身心的发展。
