整体流程比上一次的活动顺利。

我们将最后的卡片分类为远近距离、临时性&固定性停车、商业思考、解决方案等。

最后理出来的思路:设计一款基于解决临时性停车需求的语音工具APP:8858停车位。

1.前期战略性整合线下停车场资源,与停车场合作,包括佣金服务、地理位置环境信息;2.充分考虑用户场景,我们都一致认为临时性找停车位的场景,用户无法分身使用文字类APP,因此设计时主要考虑语音的交互过程协助完成任务;3.最少最优的选择,系统提供最优的5个停车点供车主选择,车主也可以通过唤醒筛选功能,对范围,价位,返回等筛选功能进行选择,在设计元素上充分考虑使用大而细的触屏感受;4.车主筛选之后,进入所选停车场的信息页,并提供预定车位/前往车位的选项。

预定功能则是通过收取一定的手续费,进行占领车位。

同时也是一种惩罚机制;车主信用到位,返还费用(这里假设收取20元,到位返还15元)。

车主失信抢占车位,则会在系统预判时间后取消车位的供给,并不退还费用。

车主选择直接到停车场,则提供地图语音引导,不收取费用。

5.基于前期对于地理信息的资源整合,我们还提供了实况停车的三维引导;8858找车位,看似很全很超前的应用,但却是最致命的,我们貌似设计了一款不能马上使用的“概念型”应用。

在整个产品思考中,我们完全忽略了落地、以及现有资源的考虑。

比如目前的语音识别技术是否能做到识别方言等,三维地图这个概念在目前使用是否合适,技术成本是否能让概念快速落地……由于时间紧促,只总结到这里。

活动简介主题:用Design Hackathon方法设计app比赛成员陆续到齐,寒暄后,13:30活动正式开始了。

首先,主持人上场介绍了活动的大致流程。

在主持人的引导下,小组开始选组长,组长上台介绍团员并抽取各组产品主题(每组不同),最后采取Design Hackathon方法开始产品设计了。

下面是我们组的整个过程简介:各自介绍,取代号取队名考虑大家都是第一次见面,一下子记住名字比较花时间,还容易叫错,第一反应就是我们都各自各一个代号(将军,水草,Coney,小桌子,Lisa);然后依次大概介绍下自己的行业、职业、职位等。

准备头脑预热了(取个时髦的队名)。

我们是第一组,当时想就叫‘No.1’得了。

小桌子说大多第一组都叫‘No.1’无新意,还不如叫‘T he one’,此句一出,大拇指唰唰的冲脸来,大家一拍即合。

随后水草一句“T he one,T he one,土BNo.1”玩笑话,却正中下怀。

因为看小桌子作为大三学生,积极热情,口才也不赖,一来我们组就有说有笑。

我就提出让他做队长,这样一来队伍的凝聚力就自然而成了,这也为后期的胜利,打下基础。

就这样,人名,组名,组长,敲定了。

组长上台介绍小组情况,并抽取产品主题小桌子果然不负众望,上台说的仅仅有条,也颇有亲和力,他抽到的主题是设计房子装修风格app 。

列出各自对主题的疑问大家看到主题,毫无犹豫,开始独自思考起来。

在40分钟里,每个人写出了4个问题。

基于各自列举的问题自由地、无拘无束地阐述解决方案采用类似 N×2×5 的方式,每2分钟写出自己问题中的2个问题的解决方案,然后传给下一个partner,40分钟后穿了2轮,每个人写出了4个解决方案。

这样大家发散思维,灵光闪动,一会卡片就满满了。

归类卡片我们按用户,社交,资讯暂时分了3个大类讨论并确定大家集思广益的大框架我发现通过这个方式,大家心底对这个产品基本有了自己的认识。

这时候,问题来了,只是照规则,盲目整理卡片不仅花时间且无定论。

我们组抽到的题目是“搬家了不熟悉周围环境”根据问题大家开始进行进行活动流程。

问题拆解搬家了不熟悉周围环境,需求分类:衣食住行+其他。

衣家人购买衣物食找到美味可口的美食住住所更安逸舒适,便利行更便利的交通社交认识更多的圈子和共同兴趣的人其他教育设施通过以上分析,发现社交的需求最大,人类原始的沟通需求一直延续到现在,群居生活才是社会发展和进步的推动力;我们决定以社交点为出发来发散思维做好我们的产品。

头脑风暴出解决方案在这个环节大家发挥自己的聪明才智,出了好多的方案,未后来的方案设计作了很好的积淀。

卡片分类社交—影响最大:年龄—群体最大,困难最大,老年、小朋友=不会用—青年人解决(桥梁)发现需求—解决方法:大数据—行为轨迹分析。

在这个群体类别里面,发现小朋友和老人是最大的需求方,他们对于新环境的适应以及融入是最迫切的;需求分类:生活需求工作需求交友需求关键词:一家人归属感融入感寻找组织环境分类:生活环境交通环境交友环境购物环境美食环境邻居环境….人物模拟:张顺李爱夫妇儿子小乖爸爸老张方案设计这个环节大家总共60分钟,方案讨论+方案设计,时间还是比较紧张。

我们以情感需求为原则,社交需求为出发点,多线发展,回归不同人群诉求,进行综合调和。

产品理念:以一家人为产品诉求,让三代家人之间更加融合、更多交流、生活更加美好;打通线上和线下的产品内容,营造更加美好的社区生活。

人群需求:年轻一代的工作和生活压力让他们无暇分出更多的时间来专注老人和小孩,不能实时付出太多精力,对于老人的健康和晚年生活和小孩的生理很心理的成长需要更多的关怀和关注。

产品名称:关爱有佳佳为更加美好、更加舒适的意思,同“家”谐音,更好的家庭生活。

产品框架:线下定期举办主题活动,粤剧剧场、老人棋社、小朋友动画专场、老年人舞蹈、户外出游、小朋友兴趣班等等。

活动组织:专人摄影、智能摄像头(可在线直播)活动、活动策划、后勤人员、活动推广,专人负责线下活动,专人管理线上后台,打造美好有益的线下专题活动。

头脑风暴|如何设计一场更完美的婚礼?一群产品狗是这样说的……2022年12月09日下午,第一次参加人人都是产品经理举行的“Design Hackathon”线下活动,有幸作为第五组的一员,现在整理一下思路,重新复盘讨论过程,供大家拍砖和参考。

问题:一群产品狗是如何设计更完美的婚礼?按照产品设计黑客的流程走,第一步是大家要按照自己理解的方式,各自对问题进行拆解。

拆解问题的角度因人而异,整理如下:第一个关键词:婚礼婚礼是仪式,其含义比较明确(有约定俗成的共识)。

第二个关键词:更完美“更完美”的定义却不明确。

对那些经常看韩剧的女生来说,有帅欧巴或者像《太阳的后裔》、《来自星星的你》那样的剧情才叫更完美(纯属猜测);对于那些二次元来说可能cosplay 的婚礼才是更完美(纯属猜测);对于80后的父母来说,亲朋好友、高朋满座的才是一场更完美的婚礼(纯属猜测)。

由此可见,在没有用户的时候,也就不存在更完美了。

所以需要知道用户是谁,才有可能知道什么是“更完美”。

另外,完美与否不能只是纸上谈兵。

如果不让用户体验,怎么知道这个他/她所说的完美是不是他/她想要的完美?就像你去买床,服务员经常一句话:你躺下试试吗?对,就是这个。

若不试试,你怎么知道这个对你来说是不是完美?那么,婚礼也要试试,也要体验,那么谁来体验?如何体验?体验后是否会影响实际婚礼时的状态?因为不是所有人都是演员。

第三个关键词:设计婚礼这种事情是需要采购很多东西的,如鲜花、红地毯、灯光、酒席、音响、录像……现在需要让用户不为这个而操心,事前不用为了购买和品质操心,事中不用为流程进展而操心,事后不用为收拾及反馈而操心。

因为这个方案是需要现场给大家路演的,所以怎样让大家印象深刻并很容易理解那?我们方案的核心竞争力是什么?如何让用户马上记住我们?如果在这个问题上扩展,会有拉新、留存、运营等各种问题。

还会有:我们是做个公众账号,还是一个APP之类的问题?诸如此类的这些问题,又该怎么处理?1、了解用户,才能定义“更完美”的婚礼“更完美”的定义是因人而异的,所以需要了解:到底是谁的婚礼?而这个“谁”才是关键(谁指的是主要是新郎和新娘)。

年3月23日,第一个10km公路赛,第一个线下”黑客马拉松“。

关注人人都是产品经理是很早以前,浏览器的收藏夹里收藏的最早的一篇文章是有关部门PM的《优秀的产品经理如何从前10%跻身前1%》。

从那以后这里就成了我有空没事经常关注的地方。


相识
第一次参与一个专业外的线下活动。

对于眼前的一切都是陌生的,伴着紧张跟好奇跟一群陌生人组成一个小组。

随之开始的DH的,让我第一次感受到了”人人都是产品经理“的含义和内在的巨大能量。

面对痛点的时候,每个人都希望有所改变,都在尝试如何改变。

而这个活动,就是将小伙伴们的头脑风暴通过不断拆解和团队激发而形成一个产品demo。

以达到解决议题所拆解出需求的目的。

从解决一个真实的用户需求开始去创造产品,传递着一个这样的思维。

最后通过组与组的方案谅解和激烈对抗再次产生迭代可能,持续用创意使产品升级……
深知
生来强者(bronstronger)是我为咱们“第五队”想到的一句口号,我觉得这四个字是对PM对每一个心存梦想的人的一种最好的肯定和激励。
