正文是电子邮件的主要部分,大多把话题分成 几个小主题,每个小主题一段,每段一般只有一两 句话。正文由两三个或三四个简短的段落构成。 正文书写格式绝大多数采用齐头式。齐头式是 指正文中各部分都从每行的左边开始,这种格式便 于打字和节省时间,提高工作效率。 称呼和开头之间,段落之间,正文和信尾客套 话之间一般空一行。

91实验二电子邮件的使用一、背景知识电子邮件(Electronic Mail,E-mail)是用户或用户组之间通过计算机网络收发信息的服务。
电子邮件服务是目前互联网上最基本的服务项目和使用最广泛的功能之—。
互联网用户都可以申清一个自己的电子信箱,通过电子邮件来实现远距离的快速通信和传送信息资料。
使用电子邮件通信具有简便、快捷、经济、联络范围广的特点,不仅可以传送文本信息(发送、接收信件),还可以传送图像、声音等各种多媒体文件。
通过它用户能够快速而方便地收发各类信息,如公文文件、私人信函和各种计算机文档等,因此电子邮件成为互联网上使用频率最高的—种服务。
有趣的是,电子邮件被广泛使用,也使它成为互联网病毒传播的主要途径。
电子邮件有两种工作方式,第一种工作方式是在网页方式下收发邮件,基本方法是登录到某一个邮件网址,输入用户名和密码,然后就可以收发邮件了。
目前,有许多网站开通了这项服务,如雅虎、搜狐、新浪、网易等。
51采用该种方式简单,并且许多网站是免费服务,但是可靠性略差,而且有很多广告。
第二种方式是采用SMTP 服务器发送邮件,并采用POP 服务器接收邮件。
SMTP 服务器是在信件发送时,电子邮件客户程序所要连接的系统,它的任务是将待发送的邮件转移到接收者的POP 服务器上,该服务器将信息存储并转发给接收者。
当用户检查所接收到的电子邮件时,用户的电子邮件客户程序登录到POP 服务器上。
并请求查看存放在邮箱中的信件。
SMTP 和POP 服务都很简单而且可靠。
30采用这种方式,一般要向ISP 申请一个Emal 地址,得到账号、密码、邮件服务器地址等相关信息,并且需要通过专门的电子邮件软件才能收发邮件,最典型的是微软公司的Outlook Express,也可以采用国产软件Foxmail。
目前许多免费邮箱都同时支持这两种工作方式,但YAHOO 邮箱、HOTMAIL 邮箱不支持第二种工作方式。

写在信纸的右上角,可以从靠近信纸的中央写起。
信头上面要留空白。
先写发信人地址。
地址的写法与汉语不同,要先写小地方,后写大地方。
在地址的下面写上日期。
日期的顺序是:月、日、年,或者:日、月、年。
例如:may 17 XX。
在年份之前有一个逗号。
2.称呼:指对收信人的称呼。
写在信头之下,从信纸的左边开始。
写信给熟悉的人,一般用dear…或my dear…作称呼。
如:dear li lei,dear miss thomas或my dear dad.3.信的正文:指信的主体部分。
从称呼的下一行第一段顶边写。
从第二段起每段第一个词都缩进3或5个字母写。
4.结束语:指正文下面的结尾客套话。
一般从信纸的中央靠右写起,第一个字母大写,末尾用一逗号。
在非正式的社交信中,常用yours或sincerely。
假如对方是亲密的朋友,可用sincerely yoursyours等。
5.签名:指发信人签名。
写在结束语的下面,稍偏右。
另外,英文信封写法与汉语的不同。
一般把收信人的地址写在信封的中央或偏右下角。
第一行写姓名,下面写地址。

6、最最重要的一点,主题千万不可出现错别字和不通顺百万之处,切莫只顾检查正文却在虽然发出前忘记检查主题。
主题是给别人的第一印象,一定要慎重。
二:关于称呼与问候1.恰当地称呼递送者,拿捏尺度邮件的开头要贬称收件人。
这既显得礼貌,也细化提醒某收件人,此邮件是面向他的,要求其给出必要的回应。
如果对方有职务,应按职衔尊称对方,如“x经理”;如果不清楚职务,则应按通常的“x先生”、“x小姐”称呼,但要把性别先要搞清楚。
关于格式,称呼是第一行顶格写。
2. Email开头结尾最好要有问候语最简单的开头写一个“HI”,中文的写个”你好”或者“您好”,开头问候语是称呼换行空两格写。
结尾常见的写个”祝您顺利”之类的也就可以了,若是尊长应使用“此致敬礼”。
俗话说得好,“礼多人不怪”,礼貌一些,总是好的,即便邮件中有些地方不妥,事主也能平静的看待三:回复技巧1. 及时回复Email收到他人的不可或缺重要信件后,即刻回复对方一下,往往还是必不可少的,这是对他人的尊重,理想的回复时间是2小时内,特别是对一些紧急重要的邮件。
