英语作文1:An unforgettable tripThe trip to Beidaihe in May is an experience I will never forget. When I arrived at Beidaihe at about o'clock, I immediately got on a bus free bus and went to the sea area. The beautiful blue sea is so big that I can't see its other side. After getting out of the car, I took off my ss and went straight to the bank. I put my feet in the water. The water is very cold, walking in the water is a great pleasure, I don't want to stop. Then I collect shells. As soon as it was dark, I sat on the s and looked at the sea. The night was wonderful. In the end, I had to go back. This is an unforgettable day in my life.

1An Unforgettable Trip I'll Never ForgetWow, I had the most amazing adventure this summer! My family went on a trip to the Grand Canyon and it was soooooo cool. I'm going to tell you all about it because it's a trip I'll never, ever forget as long as I live!It all started when my mom and dad surprised me and my little brother Tommy by saying we were going on a big vacation. They didn't tell us where at first, which made me really curious. I kept bugging them to give me a hint but they wouldn't spill the beans. Finally, after what felt like forever, they told us we were going to the Grand Canyon! I had learned a little bit about it in school, but I didn't really know that much. When my parents first said "Grand Canyon", I kind of thought it would be this really big hole in the ground. But as we got closer, I realized just how GIGANTIC it actually is! It's like a huge crack in the Earth that you can see from miles and milesaway. The drive to get there took forever and a day, but it was worth it once we finally arrived. Our first view of the canyon was from the South Rim, which is one of the most popular spots. We stayed in a little cabin resort area right on the edge of the rim. When I stepped out of the car and walked over to the viewing area, I couldn't believe my eyes! The Grand Canyon is SO vast and beautifully colored. It's like a giant layer cake with red rocks on the top, then different shades of orange, pink, white, and purple as you look deeper into the canyon. I've never seen anything quite like it."Wow!" I shouted out loud. "This is amazing!" Tommy was pretty impressed too, but not as much as me because he's still just a little kid.The next day, we went hiking along the South Rim trail, which follows the edge of the canyon for miles and miles. The views were just breathtaking around every turn. At one point, we could look all the way across to the North Rim, which was barely even visible it was so far away! I couldn't wrap my head around how huge this canyon is. We learned that it was carved out over millions of years by the Colorado River. That little river down at the very bottom used to be a raging beast! After our rim hike, we took a tour down into the canyon itself on these funny-looking vehicles called "mule rides." I was a little nervous because the trail was very steep and narrow in some spots with huge drop-offs! But the mules were very sure-footed and our guides were really experienced. As we descended deeper into the canyon, the views seemed to get even more incredible around every turn. We passed by towering cliffs, deep gorges, and these funky rock formations called "hoodoos" that looked like little mushrooms. At one point, about halfway down, our guide had us get off the mules for a break. She pointed out some of the different layers of rock and how they showed the passing of millions and millions of years. There was even a layer with fossils from ancient sea creatures when the whole area was under water! Can you imagine - an ocean right here in the middle of Arizona? Crazy! We spent the night down in the canyon at a little lodge and campground area. After the heat of the day, it actually got pretty chilly at night which surprised me. The night sky was incredible without any city lights around. I spotted the Milky Way for the first time - it really did look like a glowing spray of milk across the sky! The next morning, we saw the most beautiful sunrise as the canyon walls turned all shades of red, orange, and pink. Itmade me want to become a photographer when I grow up just so I could try to capture that beauty. After hiking back up to the rim, we drove over to the North Rim which is much less visited than the South Rim. Let me tell you, the views from up there were just as breathtaking if not even more so! From that vantage point, we could look all the way across the massive chasm back towards the South Rim area that now looked tiny in the distance. The North Rim also had some parts of the canyon with these cool purple and gray colored rocks that were totally different than what we had seen before. On our very last day there, we went for an amazing helicopter ride over the entire Grand Canyon. Seeing it from up above really helped me understand the incredible size and scale of this natural wonder. Shape-wise, it's not just one straight canyon but like a whole system of canyons, rivers, and side canyons branching off in every direction for miles and miles. The colors and layers from up above were simply stunning - it looked like someone had spray painted the whole landscape. I'll never forget staring down at that little silver ribbon of the Colorado River way, way down at the very bottom. Crazy to think that such a small river carved this entire huge chasm over millions of years! When it was finally time to leave and head home, I felt so sad to be going. I had fallen totally in love with the Grand Canyon on this trip. More than just the amazing sights, I think I fell in love with a sense of wonder at the incredible forces of nature that created this place. And a new appreciation for how patient and persistent things like that little Colorado River can be over time.As we drove away, I kept looking back through the rear window, trying to savour every last glimpse of those beautifully layered canyon walls in the distance. I realized that this trip had not only blown my mind, but maybe even changed how I look at the world just a little bit. I made a personal promise to myself that someday, after I grow up, I'll go back and experience more of the magic of the Grand Canyon. It's a place I'll never, ever forget!篇2An Unforgettable Trip I'll Never ForgetHi friends! I want to tell you all about the most exciting and fun trip I ever went on. It was last summer when my mom, dad, little brother Tommy, and I went to Disney World in Florida. I had been begging my parents to take me to Disney for like forever, and they finally said yes! I could hardly sleep the night before we left because I was so hyped up.The morning we were leaving for our trip, I woke up super early. I was too amped up to even eat breakfast. I just kept running around getting all my stuff ready and double checking I had everything - my Disney clothes, my autograph book, my camera, all the usual stuff kids need for Disney. I also packed up all my favorite stuffed animal friends to bring with me. Finally it was time to go and we all piled into the car to drive to the airport. "Are we there yet? Are we there yet?" I kept asking my dad over and over again. He just laughed at me. Duh, we weren't even close yet!The plane ride took forever and I kept bugging my mom about when we would get there. But finally we landed in sunny Florida and I could see Disney's big castle from the airplane window. "We're here! We're here!" I yelled, bouncing up and down in my seat. I could hardly sit still during the shuttle ride to our hotel. When we finally got to the hotel, the first thing we did was head straight to the parks. I could not believe how amazing and huge it all was! There were roller coasters bigger than any I'd ever seen, colorful candy shops, parades with Disney characterswalking around waving at everyone, and the amazing Cinderella's Castle right smack in the middle of it all. We spent that whole first day just walking around checking everything out. We went on a few rides but I was still just in shock at how incredible it all was.The next day we went on all the best rides - Space Mountain, Splash Mountain, Thunder Mountain Railroad, and my favorite of all, The Haunted Mansion ride. We also met a bunch of the Disney characters like Mickey, Minnie, Donald, and Goofy. I got their autographs and took pictures with every one. Goofy kept making funny jokes and Mickey gave me a big hug. It was the best day ever! Some of the other days we spent time at the different Disney parks - there was Animal Kingdom with a huge tree right in the middle of it and an amazing safari ride where you got to see lions, elephants, and giraffes up close. Another day we went to MGM Studios which is all about how they make movies and TV shows. We got to go through the haunted house setups and see the actual spaceship they used for the movie Pandora. So cool!Every night we'd go back to our hotel room exhausted but so happy. We'd swim in the awesome pool and get pizza delivered to our room. Then we'd all pass out from being soworn out. One night my little brother Tommy fell asleep at like 7pm because he was so tuckered out from all the rides and walking around the parks. I'd look through all the pictures and autographs I got that day before bed and just smile thinking about what an awesome place Disney World is.Towards the end of our trip, my dad took us to Downtown Disney which was like a whole bunch of stores and restaurants all Disney-themed. I bought a few souvenirs with my souvenir money to remember my trip - a Minnie Mouse plush, a Disney World t-shirt, and a big lollipop. We had dinner at the Rainforest Cafe which was seriously the coolest restaurant ever. It was decorated like an actual rainforest inside with animatronic animals that would move around and make sounds. So realistic! On our very last day, I didn't want to leave. I cried during the goodbye parade they have where all the Disney characterscome out on floats and wave goodbye to everyone leaving. "I don't want to goooo!" I whined to my parents. My dad just laughed and said we could always come back again someday. He gave me a big hug and helped me collect all my Disney souvenirs to get ready to head home. That trip to Disney World was literally the most fun I have ever had in my entire life. Getting to meet all the Disneycharacters I love, going on all the amazing rides, seeing all the incredible shows and parades they have - it was just pure magic. If I could, I would go to Disney World every single year. It's the happiest place on Earth!Even though it's been a little while since we went, I still think about that trip to Disney all the time. I look at the pictures I took and smile remembering all the good times. I still sleep with the Minnie Mouse plush I got and wear my Disney World shirt as much as I can. I really hope I get to go back to Disney again soon and relive the magic. Maybe next time we can even go on a Disney cruise! A kid can dream, right? Some kids dream about being astronauts or firefighters when they grow up, but my dream is to work at Disney World when I'm older. Imagine how awesome that would be - getting to go there every single day!Well, thanks for reading about my incredible, magical trip to Disney World. Even though I'm back home now, a little piece of me will always be in that amazing place. I'll never ever forget the fun I had, the characters I met, and the wonderful memories I made. I'm already counting down the days until I can go back to the happiest place on Earth!篇3An Unforgettable Trip I'll Never ForgetWow, where do I even begin? This trip was like, the biggest adventure ever! I'm still having a hard time believing everything that happened. It all started a few months ago when my mom and dad surprised me and said we were going to Walt Disney World in Florida for summer vacation! I'd never been on a trip that far away before.I was so excited, I could hardly sleep the night before we left. We had to wake up super early to catch our flight. I don't think I've ever been more awake that early in the morning! The airport was huge and there were so many people rushing everywhere. I got a little nervous, but Mom and Dad made sure I didn't get lost. The plane ride was really cool. I'd never flown before, so I kept staring out the window, watching the tiny houses and cars getting smaller and smaller as we took off. The flight attendants gave us pretzels and drinks, which was fun. I played games on the little TV screen on the back of the seat in front of me almost the whole flight. Finally, after what felt like forever, we landed in Orlando! I could see palm trees everywhere as we drove away from the airport. It was crazy hot outside, hotter than it ever gets at home. Our hotel had the hugest pool I've ever seen, with a waterslide and everything! The first thing I did was go for a swim to cool off.The next morning, we headed to the Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World. I couldn't believe how big it was - it's like an entire city, but just for having fun! We saw the iconic Cinderella's Castle right when we entered the park. It was beautiful and shimmering in the sunlight. We went on tons of rides that day like Space Mountain, Splash Mountain, and my favorite, Big Thunder Mountain Railroad. Riding the rollercoasters with the wind whipping my face was such a thrill! One of the highlights was getting to meet Mickey Mouse in person! We waited in line for a long time, but it was worth it. When it was finally my turn, Mickey gave me a big hug. His fur was softer than I imagined. I'll never forget that warm embrace! The next few days, we explored the other Disney parks too - Epcot, Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom. I loved all the different themed lands, like going from a forest to futuristic worlds to places inspired by different countries around the world. We went on so many rides, watched amazing shows, and ate delicious food from around the globe. One evening we even stayed at the parks late to watch the fireworks show, which was breathtaking. The fireworks wereperfectly synchronized to music as they exploded in bright colors over Cinderella's Castle. There were so many "oooh"s and "aaah"s from the crowd! It was magical. On our very last day, Mom and Dad surprised me again - this time with a trip to Universal Studios! I was stunned. That was my dream come true because I love Harry Potter so much. We first went to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter in Islands of Adventure. Walking through Hogsmeade village made me feel like I had stepped right into the movies. Everything looked so realistic, from Honeydukes sweet shop to the towering Hogwarts castle in the distance. We went on the thrilling Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey ride, where we soared over the grounds of Hogwarts on broomsticks. After that, we took the Hogwarts Express train over to the Diagon Alley part of the Wizarding World at Universal Studios Florida. That was incredible - they had actually built the crooked street from the books and movies! I got to buy my very own interactive wand and cast spells everywhere we went.By the end of that final day, I was utterly exhausted but grinning from ear to ear. That night on the flight home, I could hardly keep my eyes open from all the excitement and fun I had crammed into just one week. I'll never, ever forget the wonderfulmemories I made on that trip to Walt Disney World and Universal Studios. From experiencing the magic of Disney to living out my Harry Potter dreams, it was the most amazing adventure ever! I'm so grateful to my parents for making it all happen. It's a trip I'll cherish forever, no matter how old I get.篇4My Unforgettable Trip to the BeachLast summer, my family and I went on a trip that I will never forget! We went to the beach for a whole week. It was the best vacation ever! The trip started with a very long car ride. My little brother Sam and I fought over who got to sit by the window. "Mom, he's looking out my window!" I shouted. Mom told us to stop fighting or she would turn this car around. Finally, we stopped fighting and I got to look out the window. I saw cows, horses, barns, and lots of green trees and fields as we drove. After what felt like forever, we finally made it to the beach house we had rented for the week. It was a big blue house right near the ocean. I could smell the salty sea air as soon as we opened the car doors. "Last one to the beach is a rotten egg!"Sam yelled as he took off running. I chased after him, laughing the whole way.The beach was amazing! There was soft golden sand that felt so nice between my toes. The ocean water was a brightblue-green color and went on forever to the horizon. Seagulls flew overhead, calling out in loud screeching voices. I saw a family of sandpipers running back and forth as the waves rolled in and out.Sam and I spent hours playing in the waves and building sandcastles. The sandcastles never lasted very long before the tide washed them away, but we didn't care. We just built more! At one point a huge wave crashed into me and I tumbled around in the salty water, getting sand up my swimsuit and in my hair. It was cold but so much fun.In the evenings, we roasted hot dogs and made s'mores around a beach bonfire. I had never tasted anything as delicious as those s'mores! The gooey melted chocolate and toasted marshmallows tasted like heaven. One night we even saw a pod of dolphins swimming by not too far from the shore! Their sleek bodies arched out of the water as they glided along. It was magical.During the days, we did lots of fun seaside activities. We went fishing off a pier and I caught an ugly fish called a sea robin. We rented jet skis and zoomed over the waves at what felt like a million miles per hour. The sea spray stung my face but I was grinning from ear to ear. We also went on a dolphin watching tour on a boat and got to see them up close. On the last day, nobody wanted to leave. We spent as much time as possible on the beach, running, swimming, and soaking up the warm summer sun. Finally, we had to pack up and head back home. Sand covered every inch of our car and our suitcases. But we didn't mind one bit.As we drove off, I looked back and saw the beach, the ocean stretching out to the horizon, the seagulls wheeling overhead. Though I was sad to leave, I felt so lucky to have experienced such an amazing place. "Don't worry," Dad said, grinning at me in the rearview mirror. "We'll go back again next summer for sure." I can't wait to make more incredible beach memories!篇5An Unforgettable Trip I Will Never ForgetWow! I'm still so excited thinking about the amazing trip I went on with my family last summer. We went to Hawaii and itwas the best vacation ever! I had so much fun and saw so many cool things. Let me tell you all about it!It started with the airplane ride to get there. I had never been on a big plane before that went across the ocean. It was kind of scary at first when we took off, but then I looked out the window and saw how tiny everything looked down below. The clouds looked so fluffy and white, almost like you could jump down and land on them like a trampoline! The flight attendants gave us snacks and drinks and there were TVs in the backs of the seats so we could watch movies. By the time the plane landed in Hawaii after 5 whole hours, I was an expert traveler. When we stepped off the plane, the warm tropical air hit my face and it smelled like flowers. So different from back home! We took a van to our hotel right on the beach at Waikiki. The hotel was huge, kind of like a castle, with landscaped gardens everywhere. Our room had a big balcony where you could see the bright blue ocean. I couldn't wait to get out there! The next day we went snorkeling for the first time. They gave us all this gear like masks and tubes to breathe through. I was a little nervous at first, but once I put my face in the water, it was like entering another world! There were so many colorful fish swimming around, big and small ones. I even saw a sea turtle! The reefs and coral looked like psychedelic gardens under the water. It was just magical. I could have stayed out there snorkeling all day.Another cool thing we did was go on a helicopter tour around the whole island. We got to see waterfalls, rainforests, volcanoes, and even huge waves on the north shore of Oahu from up above. The pilot was doing all these banking turns which made my stomach feel funny but in a good way, you know? Like a rollercoaster ride, but safer. The views from up in the helicopter were just breathtaking. We also went on this boat trip one day to go whale watching. Can you believe how huge whales are?! We saw a few humpback whales breaching and smacking their tails on the surface. The guide said they were probably mating or just being playful. It was so neat to see those massive creatures in the wild like that. I'll never forget the giant splashes they made.Of course, no trip to Hawaii would be complete without learning how to surf! My dad and I took surf lessons on Waikiki beach from this dude who was a total pro surfer. It was harder than it looks to pop up on the board, and I ate a lot of ocean water at first. But once I got the hang of it, surfing those waves was an incredible rush of adrenaline and saltwater spray in myface. A couple of times I stayed up long enough to actually ride the wave a little ways. I felt like a radical surf dude!Towards the end of our trip, we went on a hike up to a place called Diamond Head. It was an old volcano crater right on the coastline. The hike was pretty intense, lots of steep climbing over rocky paths. But when we got to the top, the 360 degree views were just stunning. You could see the entire Honolulu skyline, the beaches, and the bright blue Pacific all around. We felt like kings of the world up there! I'll never forget that amazing view.On our very last day, we relaxed on Waikiki beach and played in the warm ocean one last time. I body surfed on the smaller waves, letting them carry me all the way to the shore. As the sun started to set, my family and I gathered together to watch the gorgeous Hawaiian sunset. The colors were so vivid - bright oranges and purples and pinks all dancing together in the sky. What an incredible way to end such an incredible trip.I made so many wonderful memories during that Hawaii vacation. It was a total blast from beginning to end! I experienced so many new and exciting things that I'll never forget. Snorkeling and seeing all those beautiful fish, whales, and coral for the first time. The thrill of surfing and conquering those powerful ocean waves. The views from high up in that helicopterand from the top of Diamond Head crater. But most of all, it was quality time spent exploring and adventuring with my family that made it so special. We had a total blast together.I feel so lucky that my parents took us on such an amazing experience. Not every kid gets to travel to places as beautiful and fun as Hawaii. We were able to unplug from our normalday-to-day lives and really connect as a family. Those two weeks created memories that will last forever in my heart. I learned so much, overcame my fears, and grew as a person in ways I never could have imagined. I can't wait for our next big family adventure! Where will we go? What will we see and do next? I'm counting down the days already. But until then, I'll just keep on daydreaming about my unforgettable trip to Hawaii.。

an unforgettable trip

an unforgettable trip

An unforgettable trip!Yesterday, I went for BBQ with some friends of mine to 洋沙山which was located in Beilun. That’s a wonderful trip which I would never forget. At about 12:40 pm, we six persons set out from Ningbo driving a car by an only man. The driving time was tough firstly, because no one had been there and knew the way. The organizer, my former colleague due had to call some people to ask during the way, so did the driver. After more than two hours' jounce, we saw a ni ce scene in front, stretching to the horizon of the sea; people who froliced on the beach; being fenced on the way to barbecue area, ostriches drank water on leisur e…...Then it’s time to BBQ. We paved tinfoil on the stove, then oiled and put the rice with bamboo wrapped and some bunches of beeves on the tinfoil. But a few minut es later, those bunches of beeves were scorched and the tinfoil was burnt carefulle ssly. The experiment was failure. We had to try again and used tinfoil bowl. It see med more successful than the last time, although the week was food cooked slowl y. It’s right suitable for us to have time to play on the beach in turn, one part wen t, the others stayed to cook. The seawater waved from time to time, the seawind blowed lightly, the sun in oran ge color was falling dow n slowly. We couldn’t help walking along the beach unsho dly and took per photo as memorization. When we came back to BBQ, the others had prepared for us. After finishing eating semi-cooked food, we began to leave. It was about six p.m.An unimaginable thing occurred. Being forgotten turning off the light by the driver, t he car was powered off. Oh, my god! What should we do?! Five girls had to push the car, but it seemed that the driver could not start up. When a car was passed by, we stopped it. Two men got off from that car. They first told us to connect wi res between storage battery in both car to exchange the power, yet we didn’t have the proper ones. Then the two warm-hearted men helped us to try to push the ca r as well, But they failed too. So they had no other way and left. It was about half past six p.m and was dark, there were not any stars twinkled in the sky.The road was quiet. No one can help us at that time. “help! help! I want to go back hom e.”I prayed for the god! The driver then had to call h is father to help us from Ning bo starting. During waiting time, we had tried to push the car again, while disappoi nted thoroughly. Around one hour later, the man’s father arrived, taking enough thic k wire. With the way mentioned above, we were saved. The driver then sent us home safly one by one. When I reached home, it was ab out 9:20 p.m.It’s really a wonderful and an unforgettable trip which was the reason why I spent long time writing it to speak out my unusual experience. Hope you can enjoy with my feeling. The coming National Day holiday reminds me of an unforgettable tri p when I was a high school student.Five friends and I planned to spend our National day holidays in the Little Three Gorges, a place not far away from our hometown. Two guy s, whom most of us did not know before, decided to join us at the last minute. We were all glad because traveling with more guys was fun. It was also a great opportunity for us to make new friends. On the bus going there, we talked about our hobbies, school lives, movies, sports and so on. The two new friends played magic tricks by c ards for us, which was really fantastic! Slowly we got familiar with each other. However, we gradually felt that we still had difficulties in expressin g ourselves well. After we got there, I found later that our guide cared nothing but h er own profit. We were led to a poorly equipped boat. Except for some really exciting things like surfing, all we did were just standing on the bo ard. It seemed to be dull and boring. We did not ta lk much that day. So metimes the atmosphere was really embarrassing. In the evening, we decided that we should bring this to an end. We went to the room of our two new friends and talked with them quite ho nestly. We talked about our real feelings and asked about each other’s opinions and ideas. The talk went on successfully. All of us felt easier a nd more relaxed after that. We realized that only after communicating ca n we understand people and enjoy our trip.In the day that followed, we take part in a lot of exciting games. All of us enjoyed ourselves to our hearts’ content. On the bus back to school, I noticed that our conversation had beco me deeper, our topics moved to life, value, love and other respects. It was not only because that we are much happier, but also that we had kn own others better and were willing to exchange our minds. We got together for a meal after the trip and brought our trip a perf ect ending. We were all very happy because we had experiences the bit terness and fun together. This is a strange week happened with many strange things. On Wednesday, I went to Shanghai by air together with all the big bosses, I am the only potato. On the first time of my life, took the business class even though we paid the ticket 50% off. When we came back to Dalian, since the flight we hoped to take have no single ticket left, so we took the first class back, waiting for boarding on the VIP resting room, enjoyed the “free” beverage and foods.Happy beginnings do not always mean happy endings, we met with a heavy thundering day, the aircraft can not land on the Dalian airport, can not land on the Shangyang airport either, the explanation is Shangyang airport has already been fully occupied by the aircrafts waiting to leave or being used as a subsidiary. The captain told us we have to go directly to Changchun, fortunately I have my laptop to enjoy myself and I have the first class ticket to enjoy the free "food", what a wonderful trip! Finally we stayed one night at Changchun hotel, and took the first flight back to home, on the morning of Changchun, received the call from Dalian, the weather in Dalian is fine, but Changchun had a heavy snow.I will remember this trip, the first time I sit in the first class seat, the first time I can not back home directly and have to land on another city, it is also the first time I went to Changchun, in a special way.In this summer vacation, I went to LiJiang with my mother.LiJiang is located in YunNan province. The city is old and quite b eautiful. The first day, we went to the La shihai in the morning. We felt ve ry well when we were riding a horse in the nature forest ,because the air is fresh, and the view is attractive. We also rowed on the lake. In the afternoon, we went to HuTiaoXia. It is beside JingShangJing an d looks very magnificent. The second day, we stayed in the old town and went shopping, because it was raining on that day. My mother and her friends bought a lot of things, clothing, scarves and so on.The third day, we came to the famous scenery in LiJiang-YuLong Mou ntain. Although there is a little snow in the mountain ,the view is s till exciting. We spent wonderful days in LiJiang. I think I will come to LiJiang again. An unforgettable tripLast winter holiday, our family travelled to Qiandao Lake with a travel angency by bus.On first day , I was so excited that I got up at 4o’clock in the moring. Then we went to the People Square to look for our travel angency’s bus and started our three day’s trip.During these three days,we visited a lot of interesting places such as….. And I like a island called”Key Islang”best. There are thousands of keys on that island. Each keys means that people can key their best wis hes and their wishes would become true.I think that is a good idea.So I bought a key and made a ni ce wish there .Then we visit the Bird Island. There are so many kinds of birds there. They are differ ent. Each of them are lovely and beautiful.I took a lot of photoes with them.It was very cold in Shanghai at that time, but we all felt warmer in Qiandao Lake.It was relaxing to see the huge mountains and clean lakes.I enjoyed myself and had a very good time. When I back t o Shanghai,I write a competation called” An unforgettable trip”.。

我想他们是那个世纪的英雄。我将追随他们的精神。
I think they are the heros in that century. I will follow their spirit.

1An Unforgettable Trip That I'll Never ForgetOne summer, my family went on a trip that was really, really fun. It was a trip to the Grand Canyon, which is a huge canyon in Arizona that was formed by the Colorado River over millions of years. The Grand Canyon is one of the most amazing natural wonders in the whole world! We drove for a long, long time to get there. My little sister kept asking, "Are we there yet?" like a million times. But finally, we made it to the national park where the Grand Canyon is located. When we got our first glimpse of the canyon, which stretches for 277 river miles, I couldn't believe how massive and breathtaking it was!The rocky walls of the canyon, which can be up to a mile deep in some spots, seemed to stretch on forever in both directions. The Colorado River, which carved out this natural wonder over eons, looked like a tiny ribbon of blue windingalong the bottom. Looking out over the vast canyon made me feel so small. We stayed in a cabin right inside the park boundaries. Each morning, I woke up excited to explore more of this amazing place. One day, we went on a short hiking trail called the Rim Trail that follows the edge of the canyon rim. The views from the trail, which is paved and easy for kids to walk, were just incredible. We could see for miles and miles across the layered bands of red rock.Another day, we took a bus tour down into the canyon itself on a road that has tons of scary switchbacks and drops off dramatically on the sides. The bus driver, whose name was Joe and who has lived in Arizona his whole life, told us all about how the canyon was formed over literally millions and millions of years by erosion from the river's powerful flow. He said the oldest rocks we could see way down at the bottom were over two billion years old! Two billion! That's literally more years than I can even imagine.Going down into the canyon was like entering another world. The rocky walls towered overhead, blocking out most of the sun. It was cooler down there too. We got to see lots of different plants and critters that are specially adapted to live in that harshenvironment. We even spotted a very well-camouflaged lizard sunning himself on a rock! Joe said we were lucky because those lizards are super hard to spot. The most amazing part was when we went on a short hike along the river itself. Wading through the shallow waters and looking up at the giant cliff walls all around us made me feel so tiny and like I had stepped back in time. I could picture dinosaurs roaming along these banks hundreds of millions of years ago. It was just mind-blowing to be surrounded by that much history of our planet. After a few days of hiking, learning, and just soaking in the views, it was time to head back home. I didn't want to leave! The Grand Canyon was one of the coolest places I've ever been. The twisting layers of red and orange rock visible from the rim that took nature millions of years to create were just mesmerizing. I felt so lucky to witness that kind of incredible natural beauty that relatively few people get to experience in person. They say the Grand Canyon is one of the seven natural wonders of the world, and I can absolutely see why. No picture or video can really prepare you for how incredibly massive, ancient, and breathtaking it is in real life. It's a place where you can't help but feel very small and develop a profound appreciation for theamazing forces of nature that created such an awe-inspiring landscape.I really hope I can go back to the Grand Canyon again someday. It's an experience I'll never, ever forget. On our drives through the desert on the way home, I kept picturing those huge canyon walls in my mind, daydreaming about the dizzying depths and wishing I could go back and explore more. The Grand Canyon is definitely the most amazing natural wonder I've ever seen with my own two eyes!篇2A Trip I'll Never ForgetIt was the summer holidays, and my family decided to go on a road trip which would be super exciting! We piled into our trusty old car, the one that Dad has had since I was a baby, and set off bright and early one morning. The open road stretched out before us, promising adventure.First, we drove up into the mountains. I loved looking out the window at the tall trees covered in green leaves that seemed to go on forever. The roads twisted and turned, and Mom said we were quite high up. I couldn't believe how tiny the houses and cars far below looked! When we stopped for a picnic lunch, I got to run around in a little clearing surrounded by the forest. The air smelled so fresh and pine-y. Dad showed me how to skip rocks across a nearby stream, which I thought was really cool. We had sandwiches and chips and chocolate chip cookies for dessert. Yum!After driving some more, we came to a huge lake. The water was the most amazing shade of blue-green I had ever seen. We checked into a cabin right on the lakefront. I was so excited to go swimming! The lake's sandy beach looked perfect. That evening, we roasted marshmallows around a crackling campfire. I made several s'mores and got sticky melted chocolate all over my face. But I didn't care - I was having too much fun! We sang silly camp songs and looked up at the billions of stars that filled the night sky. I had never seen so many before. The next day was a real adventure. We rented a little motorboat and explored the lake. Driving the boat was not as easy as I thought, but Dad let me try for a bit. We found a secret cove to pull into and went hiking along a trail through the woods. Everything was so green and lush. At one point, we came across a family of deer drinking from a stream! We held very still until they spotted us and bounded away.Later, we had a picnic of fried chicken and potato salad on the boat. I couldn't believe we got to eat out in the middle of the lake! Overhead, a bald eagle soared majestically. On the way back to our cabin, we purchased some fishing rods and tried our luck at catching fish right from the dock. I didn't catch anything, but Dad reeled in a couple tiny fish that we carefully release back into the water. That night's campfire felt extra cozy since we were all a bit tired from being out on the lake all day. The combination of the fire's warmth and the sound of the gently lapping waves against the shore made me drowsy. I snuggled up in my sleeping bag under a million stars. All too soon, our little vacation was over. As we drove back home, I stared out the window at the changing landscapes. From the lake, to the mountains, to the flat farming fields that finally gave way to the suburbs and city. My heart was full of so many wonderful memories. What an adventure! I would never forget this trip with my favorite people in the world.篇3An Unforgettable TripLast summer, my family and I went on a trip that I will never forget. It was a long journey, taking us far away from our little town to a place I had only dreamed about – the beach! The beach, which glistened under the warm sun like a million diamonds, stretched out as far as my eyes could see.We stayed at this really cool hotel right on the beach. Our room had a big window that looked out over the sparkling blue ocean. At night, I could hear the gentle waves lapping against the shore, which made me feel so relaxed and peaceful. On our first morning there, I woke up early, too excited to sleep in. I pulled on my new swimsuit, the one with the shark pattern that I had picked out especially for this trip. Then I raced down to the beach, my bare feet sinking into the smooth, golden sand with every step. The ocean was even more amazing up close! The waves rolled and crashed, sending salty spray into the air. I tentatively stepped into the cool water and let it wash over my toes. This was the first time I had ever been in an ocean, which seemed so vast and powerful yet inviting at the same time. After getting used to the chilly temperature, I waded further in until the water reached my waist. I could taste the salty ocean on my lips as I giggled at the ticklish sensation of the waveslapping against my belly. In the distance, I spotted some kids who looked around my age playing an intense game of beach volleyball on the shore. For the rest of that glorious week, we spent our days on that beautiful beach. I made sandcastles more intricate than any I had constructed before, the damp sand perfectly malleable in my little hands. We hunted for seashells of all colors and shapes, which we displayed proudly on the windowsill in our hotel room. And I faced my fear of the ocean by venturing out deeper each day until I could swim freely in the mild waves. One afternoon, we rented a little boat and went out on the sparkling turquoise water. I loved the gentle rocking motion and the feeling of the warm sun on my face as the salty breeze tousled my hair. We even spotted a pod of dolphins gracefully leaping through the waves! Their sleek bodies glistened as they arced through the air before plunging back into the dark depths.I had never seen anything so magical. On our final evening, we walked along the beach as the sun was setting. I watched in awe as it turned the sky into a watercolor painting of oranges, pinks, and purples unlike anything I had ever witnessed back home. As the first twinklingstars began to appear, I felt a little sad that our beach adventure was coming to an end.The long drive home the next day was bittersweet. While I missed the calming sound of the ocean and the feeling of sandy beach between my toes, I couldn't wait to tell all my friends about my awesome vacation. I clutched the jar filled with my most prized seashells, which I planned to keep on my bedside table as a reminder of this incredible trip. The memories of building sandcastles, swimming in that vast ocean for the very first time, and seeing those amazing dolphins would stay with me forever. This was an experience, which opened my eyes to the beauty of the world beyond my small town, that I will cherish always.篇4An Unforgettable Trip I'll Never ForgetI'm so excited to tell you about the most amazing trip my family took last summer! It was a journey filled with fun, adventure, and memories that will stay with me forever. We decided to go on a road trip to the beautiful state of California, which is famous for its stunning beaches, towering redwood forests, and, of course, Disneyland – the Happiest Placeon Earth! My parents, who love planning surprises for us kids, didn't reveal our destination until the morning we left.As we hit the road, the excitement in the car was palpable. My little sister, whose favorite pastime is singing, belted out silly songs at the top of her lungs, while my brother and I played our favorite video games on the tablets that my parents had thoughtfully packed for us.After what seemed like an eternity of driving, we finally reached our first stop – the incredible Redwood National Park in Northern California. The park is home to some of the tallest trees on the planet, and as we stepped out of the car, we were in awe of their sheer size and majesty. These ancient giants, which have witnessed centuries of history, towered above us, making us feel tiny in comparison. We decided to embark on a guided hike through the park, led by a knowledgeable ranger who shared fascinating facts about the redwoods and the diverse ecosystem they support. As we walked along the winding trails, the earthy scent of moss and decaying leaves filled the air, and the sound of birds chirping and small critters scurrying through the underbrush added to the magical ambiance. One of the highlights of our hike was discovering a hollowed-out redwood trunk that was wide enough for our entire family to stand inside. We took turns posing for pictures, marveling at the incredible size and age of these natural wonders. It was a surreal experience that made us appreciate the beauty and resilience of nature. After our adventure in the redwood forest, we hit the road again, this time heading towards the stunning coastal town of Monterey. As we approached the Pacific Ocean, the salty sea breeze filled our nostrils, and the sound of crashing waves grew louder with each mile.In Monterey, we stayed at a charming beachside hotel, where we could fall asleep to the soothing rhythm of the waves. During the day, we explored the town's vibrant pier, which was lined with restaurants, shops, and street performers. We even spotted a few playful sea lions basking in the sun on the nearby rocks. One evening, we embarked on a guided kayaking tour of the Monterey Bay. As we paddled through the calm waters, we were treated to breathtaking views of the rugged coastline and the setting sun painting the sky in hues of orange and pink. To our delight, we even caught glimpses of dolphins swimminggracefully alongside our kayaks, their sleek bodies gliding effortlessly through the water. After our coastal adventures, it was finally time for the highlight of our trip – Disneyland! As we approached the iconic theme park, our hearts raced with excitement. The moment we stepped through the gates, we were transported into a world of magic and wonder. We spent our days exploring the different lands within the park, from the futuristic Tomorrowland to the enchanting Fantasyland. We rode thrilling rollercoasters, watched mesmerizing shows, and met our favorite Disney characters, who greeted us with warm hugs and big smiles. One of the most memorable experiences was watching the spectacular fireworks display at night. As the colorful explosions lit up the sky, we sat in awe, our eyes wide with wonder and our hearts filled with pure joy. It was a moment that reminded us of the magic of childhood and the power of dreams. As our incredible trip came to an end, we found ourselves feeling a bittersweet mix of sadness and gratitude. We were sad to leave behind the adventures and excitement, but grateful for the memories we had created together as a family. On the long drive back home, we reminisced about our favorite moments, laughed at the silly mishaps, and promised each other that we would embark on another unforgettable journey soon. Because for us, the true adventure wasn't just about the places we visited, but about the bonds we strengthened and the love we shared along the way.篇5A Trip I'll Never ForgetLast summer, my family went on a trip that was really fun and exciting. We went to the beach, which is my favorite place ever! The sand was warm and soft between my toes. The ocean had huge waves crashing on the shore. I loved playing in the salty water that glistened under the hot sun.On the drive there, we saw cows grazing in fields of green grass that seemed to stretch on forever. My little sister, whose hair is the color of honey, kept asking "Are we there yet?" She's so impatient! When we finally arrived, I jumped out of the car yelling "Wahoo!" I was so happy. Our hotel room had a balcony that overlooked the sparkling blue ocean. From there, you could see seagulls soaring high in the cloudless sky. That first evening, we walked along the beach.I found so many pretty seashells that had been polished smooth by the crashing waves. I gathered a bunch to take home as souvenirs. The next morning, I woke up really early because I was too excited to sleep in. I ate a quick breakfast of cereal that got soggy from the milk. Then I raced down to the beach to go swimming. The water was freezing at first, but I got used to it. I spent hours splashing in the waves that knocked me over. I didn't care that I swallowed some salty ocean water - I was having a blast! After swimming, we had a picnic lunch on the beach. We ate sandwiches filled with tuna and crunchy vegetables. My baby brother, whose chubby cheeks always have crumbs on them, ate most of my sandwich when I wasn't looking! For dessert, we had popsicles that melted quickly in the hot sun. I got sticky juice from the popsicle all over my face and hands. In the afternoon, we went hiking on a trail through the woods near the beach. I saw bright wildflowers, tall trees whose leaves rustled in the breeze, and squirrels scampering around. We reached a clearing that had a waterfall splashing into a pool. The cool water in the pool looked so refreshing after our sweatyhike. We all went swimming in the waterfall pool and had a contest to see who could make the biggest splash. I won! That night after dinner, we had a campfire on the beach. We roasted marshmallows that got crispy black on the outside while staying gooey in the middle. I sandwiched my marshmallows between two graham crackers with a piece of chocolate. It was the most delicious s'more I ever tasted in my whole life!As the sun set over the ocean, it looked like the sky was on fire with bright oranges and reds. Watching the sunset was beautiful. When it got dark, we gazed at a sky full of stars twinkling like diamonds. I had never seen so many stars before! On our last day, I didn't want to leave. The beach felt like a second home to me. But we had to pack up and head back after one final swim in the ocean waves that seemed to go on forever.I cried a little on the drive home because I didn't want our trip to end. It was by far the best vacation ever and I have so many wonderful memories. I will never forget that amazing beach trip with my family.篇6An Unforgettable Trip to the CountrysideLast summer, my family and I went on a trip to my grandparents' village which is nestled in the mountains where the air is fresh and clean. It was a long journey that took many hours, but I didn't mind because I love going to that special place where I can run and play freely without worrying about cars or noise. When we finally arrived, my grandparents, who are always so happy to see us, greeted us with warm hugs and smiles. Their little house, which is very old but cozy, smelled of the delicious food my grandmother had been cooking. After resting for a bit, my grandfather, whose wisdom about nature always amazes me, took me on a walk through the forest. He showed me all the different plants and trees, teaching me their names and which ones are good for medicine. I loved listening to the sounds of the birds chirping and the leaves crunching under our feet. That night, we had a wonderful family dinner outside under the stars. We ate grandma's famous dumplings which melt in your mouth, along with fresh vegetables from their garden. My cousin, who is just a year older than me, joined us for the meal. She lives in the village year-round, and I'm always a little jealous that she gets to experience this peaceful life every day. After weate, my cousin and I chased lightning bugs and looked at the bright moon until we were told it was bedtime. The next day, my grandfather took me fishing at the stream just past the rice fields. He taught me how to tie a secure knot on the fishing line and showed me the best spots where the fish like to hide under the rocks. I wasn't a very good fisherman yet, but I loved wading in the cool water and exploring under every rock and log, looking for critters. My cousin came with us and showed off by catching three fish all by herself! Even though I didn't catch any, it was still fun just being out in that beautiful nature. On our last day before heading back home, the whole village got together for a big celebration which they have every year. There was live folk music, and the grownups did traditional dances. My cousin and I played games with the other children from the village. Some of them spoke a very old dialect that I could barely understand, but they were friendly and let me join in. For the feast, they cooked huge pots of food over open fires, including my favorite - bamboo rice soup with mushrooms that only grows deep in that mountain forest. When it was finally time to leave, I felt so sad to say goodbye. I gave my grandparents and cousin extra big hugs, already missing the peaceful village and feeling refreshed from breathing the clean mountain air.On the long drive home through the winding mountain roads, I spent the time dreaming about my next visit. I can't wait to go back to that beautiful village where time seems to stand still. It's a special place, frozen in the traditions of the past but full of wonderful adventure and appreciation for nature's beauty. The days I spend there with my loving grandparents and carefree cousin are some of my most treasured memories that I will never forget.。

英语演讲稿 An Unforgettable Trip

An Unforgettable TripLadies and Gentlemen, Boys and Girls,Good morning everyone! Today, I wanna share with you about an amazing adventure that I'll never forget. It's called "An Unforgettable Trip"!Remember the time when school was out for summer vacation? My family and I went on a super-duper cool trip to the great outdoors –yep, it was our camping expedition in the woods! So, imagine this: we packed up our car like it was a treasure chest filled with tents, sleeping bags, marshmallows, and lots of bug spray (because those critters can be quite friendly, but not the kind of friendly we want!). When we got there, we set up our tent right under the tallest tree, almost as if it was a giant umbrella protecting us from the sun.We spent our days hiking along trails that felt like they were made just for explorers like me. The trees were so tall they seemed to touch the sky, and the squirrels chattered like they were giving us directions. We even found a sparkling lake where we went fishing and caught my very first fish ever! It was tiny, but boy, was I proud! One night, around a crackling campfire, we roasted marshmallows until they were gooey and golden brown, making s'mores that tasted like sweet victory after a day full of adventures. Under the starry blanket above, Dad told us stories about constellations, and we tried to find the Big Dipper. It was magical, like being inside a storybook! The most unforgettable part of the trip was when we woke up one morning to find deer grazing near our campsite. They were so gentle and quiet; it was like watching a real-life Disney movie. That moment taught me about respecting nature and how amazing it is to share space with wild animals. In conclusion, friends, this trip wasn't just about fun and games, it was also about learning and growing. It taught me about teamwork when we worked together to build our camp, patience while waiting for the fish to bite, and appreciation for the beauty of the world around us. So, remember, every journey can be a great teacher if we're open to learning and exploring!Thank you all for listening to my story. Maybe next time, we can plan an unforgettable trip together too! Now, let's dream about more adventures and keep discovering the wonders of our big, beautiful world!Stay curious and adventurous, everyone! And don't forget to pack your sense of wonder for life’s little journeys!

When we finally arrived, I couldn't believe how huge it was. The Grand Canyon seemed to stretch on forever in front of me.We went on a hike along one of the trails at the top. Our guide told us all about how the Canyon was formed by erosion from the Colorado River over millions of years. I had learned about erosion in school, but seeing the Grand Canyon made me really understand what a powerful force it can be over such a long time. The views from the trails were breathtaking. The layered bands of red rock zig-zagging across the vast canyon walls looked almost too perfect to be real. At the deepest points, we could barely make out the tiny ribbon of green that was the Colorado River down below. I felt so small compared to the immensity of the Canyon surrounding me.On our last day, we went on a trail ride on horses through some of the higher areas. Getting to see the Grand Canyon up close from horseback was an incredible experience that I'll never forget. I can't wait to go back to the Grand Canyon again someday when I'm older. It's a magical place that everyone should get to experience.篇2An Unforgettable TripLast summer, my family went on a trip that I will never forget. My legs got really tired, but the views were incredible. We saw waterfalls, wildflowers, and even a family of deer! We had a picnic lunch by a crystal clear lake. I got to skip rocks and dip my toes in the cold water. On the drive home, we saw a massive grizzly bear on the side of the road. It was amazing but also a little scary how big and powerful it looked. My little brother was fast asleep and didn't get to see it.That trip to the mountains will always have a special place in my heart. Being out in nature together as a family was so much fun. I can't wait until our next big adventure!篇3My Unforgettable Trip to the BeachLast summer, my family went on an amazing trip to the beach. It was the best vacation ever! I kicked off my sandals and dug my toes into the warm, soft sand - it felt so good! After setting up our umbrella and beach chairs, I raced towards the waves crashing onto the shore. The water was chilly at first, but I got used to it quickly. I spent hours splashingaround, riding the waves, and burying my little brother in the sand. He didn't think that was too funny, but I laughed a lot!In the evenings, we had cookouts on the beach and roasted marshmallows over the fire pit. The marshmallows were gooey and delicious! We had an epic snowball fight and made snow angels. I had never seen snow in person before so it was magical. The best part was going fishing at the lake. My dad taught me how to put a worm on the hook and cast out the line. After a few tries, I actually caught a fish! We cooked it up over the campfire that night and it was delicious. That mountain trip was so fun and full of new experiences for me. I got to see and do so many things I had never done before. I'll never forget tubing down the stream, seeing a deer in the wild, playing in surprise summer snow, and catching my very first fish. It was an unforgettable adventure!篇5An Unforgettable TripLast summer, my family went on the most amazing trip ever! We went camping in the mountains for a whole week. I was so excited because I had never gone camping before. The drive up to the campsite was really long, but I didn't mind because I got to look out the window at all the beautiful trees and hills. When we finally arrived, my dad set up our huge tent while my mom started the campfire. I helped gather sticks and logs for the fire. That night, we roasted marshmallows and told scary stories around the crackling fire. I remember looking up at the endless stars twinkling in the inky black sky. The next few days were filled with hiking, swimming in the lake, and hunting for cool rocks and pinecones. We even saw a family of deer walking through our campsite one morning! My favorite part was definitely going on a night hike with my dad. We used our flashlights to light the way and could hear all the nighttime critters scurrying about. We sat on a big rock and stared at the moon for what felt like forever. I felt so small but so happy in that vast, peaceful wilderness.By the end of the trip, I was exhausted but so sad to leave. Sleeping under the stars and being surrounded by nature's beauty was like something from a dream. That camping trip made me appreciate the outdoors so much more. I can't wait until our next adventure!篇6An Unforgettable TripLast summer, my family went on the best trip ever! We visited my aunt and uncle who live on a farm way out in the countryside. I had never been to a real farm before, so I was super excited. When we got there, the first things I saw were the huge red barn and all the animals wandering around. There were cows, pigs, chickens, sheep, and even a couple of horses! My cousin showed me how to feed and pet the friendly animals. I loved brushing the horses and gathering the warm eggs from the chicken coop.Every morning, we would go out and do chores like milking the cows, feeding the pigs, and collecting vegetables from the garden. It was a lot of hard work, but also a lot of fun. In the afternoons, we would explore the fields, fish in the pond, and have picnics under the big oak tree.At night, we would roast marshmallows over the campfire and gaze at more stars than I had ever seen before. The sky was an amazing blanket of twinkling lights. I felt so free and happy on that farm. My aunt and uncle said we could come back any time.It was an unforgettable trip that I will never forget! I can't wait to go back again next year.。

An Unforgettable Trip
It was on September 1st in 2008 that I had a meaningful though tiresome journey at the age of 18. I learned a good lesson from that unforgettable trip.
At the end of that long summer vacation, we four good friends planned to have a get-together dinner. After dinner, one of my friends suggested that we should have a memorable event at that special age. After a heated discussion, we agreed with the idea of climbing Mount Heng in Hunan Province at that night and seeing the sunrise the next day at dawn. Mount Heng in Hunan has 72 peaks, with the summit, Zhurong Peak, 1290 meters above sea level. It is one of the Five Great Mountains in China and famous for its altitude and religious temples.
After we made the decision, we hurried to the train station and bought four tickets. It turned out to be a horrible train journey---- we kept standing for over two hours on the train. After we got off the train at one o’clock in the morning, we immediately took a taxi to the mountain site. Half an hour later, we arrived at the bottom of Mount Heng. Since we were so excited, we didn’t feel sleepy at all and we all seemed to be energetic. We didn’t want to take a rest in the hotel for fear that we might miss the sunrise.
Having bought four entrance tickets, we started climbing the mountain. At the beginning, we talked and climbed. Sometimes, we chatted with other travelers on the way. Besides, we visited some of the temples. About an hour later, we easily climbed half way up the mountain. Then we decided to have a rest. When I sat on the rock, I felt a little sleepy and didn’t want to go on. An old man passed us by and encouraged me by describing the beautiful scenery at the top of the
mountain. My curiosity urged me to keep on. Then we climbed for another hour, and I felt too tired to go any further. I told my friends that I wanted to give up climbing and waited for the tour bus. However, my friends thought we should have the spirits of enduring hardships and competition. He said to me, “If you want to be a real winner, then stand up and keep on. If you give up now, how can you succeed in the future? “ When I heard this, I felt ashamed and made up my mind to climb to the summit. Since I regained my confidence, I climbed faster than any of them and became the first one to reach the top after about 40 minutes.
At the summit, we enjoyed the beautiful sunrise and took many pictures there. From the top of Mount Heng, I got the overall view of Hengyang City. I felt proud and was glad that I hadn’t given up halfway. Since then, I have been fond of climbing mountains. The most important lesson I got from the trip is that life is like climbing mountains. If we cower when we meet challenges, we will have difficulty in achieving something in the future.。
