How to keep healthy
It is true that nowadays people are becoming increasingly aware of the importance of health. However, different people have different ways to keep healthy. For instance, some people exercise every day to chase or keep a good body shape; others try to keep a balanced diet. In my point of view, i think the best way to stay healthy is the combination of proper physical exercise and a balanced diet. The reasons can be listed as follows.
For one thing, physical exercise not only builds a person’s body, but also helps to reduce his or her unnecessary fat. Indeed, this is very important since the redundancy of fat has been medically proved to be a cause of various disease, some of which are even fatal, like diabetes or hyperglycemia.
For another, a balanced diet can provide a person with the right kind and amount of nutrition which is required for the operation of our organs. As we know, a multitude of elements are effective in keeping our body running properly and a deficiency in any of them will result in some unpredictable disease, but a balance diet may prevent this from happening.
It goes without saying that the best way to stay healthy is
taking proper physical exercise plus living on a balanced diet. In a word, both physical exercise and proper diet are essential to health. 第二次作业：
My Favorite Season
There are four seasons in a year. Which is my favorite one? Of course the winter！ Why? Let me tell you.
Winter is the season of festivals. The New Year’s Day, Christmas Day and the most important festival in a year for Chinese: Spring
Festival is also in winter! All the family members are back home this time.
And sometimes will snow, I like playing after a snow! The world turns white, and it’s very beautiful! I can make snowmen with my friends. That’s wonderful!

Private cars
Nowadays more and more families own private cars. Private cars, as the product of modem civilization, have been playing a vital role in people's daily activities. First, private cars are a convenient means of transportation. You can go wherever you like. Secondly, there is no doubt that private cars will have a great impact on the economic growth. The rapid car industry growth will contribute much to keeping the country's economy growing at a higher rate in the
near future.
But every coin has two sides. The development of the private cars will bring about a series of problems. For example, the polluted air given off by cars will do great harm to our health, too many private cars will lead to traffic jams and a great deal of energy will be wasted and so on.
So I think we should take advantages of private cars and make them serve us better. Meantime we hope that satisfactory solutions to these negative problems will be found soon.

A City to Remember
Last year,my parents took me to Beijing. On the first day, we went to the Great Wall. The Great Wall is very long and old. It has millions of bricks. Each brick is very big and heavy. Lots of people from different countries like climbing the Great Wall. We felt very tired when we climbed to the top of the Great Wall.
The following days, we went to the Palace Museum,the Summer Palace, Tian Tan, North Lake and Xiang Hill. I now know more about the history of China. I also like modern Beijing.
Later, I went back with my parents by train. I really enjoyed the trip to Beijing.

click the mouse can you get all information you want,so that you don’t have to go to the shop personally.In addtition,the commodities on the Internet is usually cheaper than the stores which can save much money.
However,everything has two sides.You can not see the
products or check their qualities and some of the sellers on the Internet is not so honest.And,for those who enjoys shopping around different
stores,shopping online perhaps will make them boring
