Introduction
Commodity Inspection is one of the important parts in foreign trade. In the process of performance the contract, a series of activities such as delivery, payment, claims and adjustment and so on are based on Certificate of Commodity Inspection. So it plays an important role in foreign trade.
Introduction
All expenses (including inspection fees) and losses arising from the return of the goods or claims will be charged by the sellers. In such case, the buyers may, if so requested, send a sample of the goods in question to the sellers, provided that the sampling is feasible.

Commodity Inspection can be divided into first inspection and re-inspection. The first inspection should be conducted by authorized inspection institution before shipment. The buyers have the right to re-inspect the quality and weight of goods after the goods arrived at the port of destination.

Generally speaking, Commodity Inspection is conducted by special inspection department. In our country, it is charged by General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People’s Republic of China (AQSIQ).
