设计总说明

本设计是广州某宾馆给排水工程施工图设计及计价。该大厦共有10层，其中地上9层，地下1层，建筑高度31.4m。地下1层: 层高3.4米，作泵房及机房等使用。首层：层高4.2米，作餐厅使用。2层：层高3.4米，作卡拉OK包房使用。3-9层：层高3.4米，作宾馆客房使用。

本设计涵盖了该宾馆的给水系统、排水系统和雨水排水系统。给水系统采用分区供水，地下一层及地上两层为低区，由市政管网直接供水；三层到九层为高区，高区生活用水由置于地下室水泵房的水泵供给。本工程采用雨、污分流排水体制。室内的客房采用生活污、废分流系统，公共卫生间采用污、废合流系统。雨水系统采用内排水系统，屋面雨水采用重力排水系统。

General specification of the design

This design is a hotel in Guangzhou to the drainage construction plan design and valuation.There are 10 floors in this building, including 9 floors, 1 floors and building height of 31.4m.Underground 1 layer: the height of 3.4 meters, used as a pump room and room etc.. First story: 4.2 meters high, for restaurant use. The 2 layer: the height of 3.4 meters, Cara OK rooms. 3-9 layer: 3.4 meters high, for the use of hotel rooms.

This design covers the hotel's water supply system, drainage system and rainwater drainage system.. Water supply system using zoning, underground layer and two layer for low area, by the municipal water supply pipe network directly; three to nine layer for the area, and high water supplied by the pump placed in the basement pump room. The drainage system of rain and sewage diversion is used in this project.. Indoor rooms adopt pollution, waste diversion system, public bathroom using sewage, waste confluence system. Rainwater system uses the drainage system, the roof rainwater uses gravity drainage system.
