【教材分析】1.本单元的话题是介绍手工作品及制作所需的材料,复习一般现在时和现在进行时句型,在讨论交流的过程中复习前面学过的美术用品及文具类词汇,学习新词scissors及tape等。
故事《鲁班和锯子》培养学生的阅读能力,学习如何总结故事,培养善于思考的精神:复习一般过去时,尤其关注不规则变化的动词,如cut,make.2.功能:介绍话题;谈论有关手工制作的话题。
3.本单元将复习一般现在时、现在进行时和一般过去时句型,特别是在语境中熟练运用Wh-question及其回答。
【学情分析】从学生年龄特点和认知特点,以及对英语学习的情感表现来看,本单元的教学对象是六年级的学生,他们学习英语的热情虽然没有低年级学生那么高、兴趣也没那么浓,但他们喜新好奇,求知欲强,并且具有较高的表现欲,且经过三年的英语学习,他们已有一定的词汇和语言基础,而且他们也有比较强的竞争意识,更喜欢通过活动游戏等形式学习新知。
【设计理念】本单元是6B Module 2第二课,本单元主题是crafts.基于对教材理解和学生实际情况分析,从单元整体教学思路的角度,从语义理解,语用功能的学习以及从学到动手能力的培养来设计教学环节。
我们将本课分为三个课时,,围绕手工的相关内容层层递进进行教学活动,帮学生在情境中学习语言并提高阅读能力,动手能力,从而达到听说读写能力的整体提高。
