Lesson 13
【教学内容】
1.Master the following: body, head, eye, nose, mouth, ear, arm, hand, fingers, leg, foot, short, long, part, robot, camera, smell, player, homework.
2.Comprehend the meaning of text.
3.学习介词with的用法.
【教学目标】
1.Remember the important words about body parts.
2.Understand the meaning of text.
3.让学生了解如何介绍身体各部位的功能.
4.让学生理解介词with的基本用法.
【教学重点】
1.To know and be able to point out a certain body part.
2.激发学生兴趣,让学生运用所学知识介绍身体各部位能做的动作.
【教学难点】
Sentences:
1.I can smell with my nose.
2.I don't have ears but I can hear you.
3.Do you want to play with me?
【教学准备】
Recorder, pictures or cards.
【教学过程】
1.Warming up.
Let some students draw body drawings on the blackboard. Then write the body parts that they have known.
2.Lead in.
Learn more new words about your body and write them on the blackboard.
Lead in by discussion the following questions:
(1)What are Robin's cameras?
(2)What language can Robin speak?
(3)How many fingers does Robin have?
Discuss the questions in groups. The teacher can show some pictures of different body parts, such as eyes, mouth, fingers.
Ask the students to talk about them for three minutes, and then let them present their results in class.
3.New lesson.
Learn new words: make sure the students can read the new words, and understand the words means.
(1)Listen to the tape and find the answers to the questions:
What can Robin smell with?
Does Robin have ears?
How can Robin make noodles?
Finish the task in class orally.
(2)Read the text and decide the statements are true or false.
Robin can speak English and Chinese.
Robin is a good basketball player.
Finish the task in class orally.
Before the class, read the picture, comprehend the meaning of text. Translate the text first, then repeat it in English, ask the students read. Make sure the students can read text by themselves. Ask the students understand the text, then finfish the homework.
(3)Grammar: have / has
have意为"有;长着"
has为动词have的第三人称单数形式.
have用于第一人称(I, we),第二人称(you),第三人称(they),及名称的复数形式.has用于第三人称单数形式.
eg: I have a pen. She has a book.
Practice for a while. When the students are practicing, the teacher must walk around and find the mistakes that they make.
4.Play the tape for the students to follow. And then let the students write a short note and remember to tell your body parts and what we can do with them.
5.Summary.
Sum up the body parts, distinction have and has how to use it.
6.Homework.
(1)Read the text and write a passage named "My body parts".
(2)Collect more words about body parts.

【教学反思】
本课主要涉及的内容是身体部位及其用途的介绍,在上课之前我先让学生通过介绍自己的身体部位了解本课要点,课堂上通过小组合作相互交流,向学生展示不同的身体部位并让学生用英语进行介绍.通过课堂也发现一些问题一部分学生对have和has的用法掌握的还不是很好,特别是单三形式时容易混淆,在课后这方面还需要继续加强训练.。
