虎门服装能够蜕变为今时今日这一袭华服，离不开穿针引线的设计与缝合，而这金针银线的化身，就是当地的行
业协会。

虎门服装服饰行业协会成立于1996年 3月，作为当时全国第一个镇级服装行业协会，自成立以来，协会就积极贯彻实施“服装兴镇”的发展战略，以“引导、协调、管理、服务”为宗旨，发挥政府与企业之间的桥梁纽带作用。

2013年、2016年两次被中国纺织工业联合会评为“纺织产业集群地区优秀协（商）会”。

2021年，协会秘书处获国家人力资源社会保障部和中国纺织工业联合会联合表彰，荣膺“全国纺
织工业先进集体”。

自成立以来，做好会员企业的“粘合剂”“娘家人”，
加强行业的引导，与企业息息相通，积极反映企业的呼声，
为产业发展出谋划策，为企业排忧解难，力尽所能为产业和企业的协同发展助力，成为每一位协会人心中始终牢记的理念。

正是这种坚持，也让协会在虎门广大会员和服装企业
中极具向心力和凝聚力。

为了给行业提供更加立体化多层次的服务，“知企业所急、应企业所需”，协会用心为行业搭建了六大平台——“整合提升、信息交流、学习培训、协调服务、行业引导、联谊连心”。

在建设和不断完善这些平台的过程中，协会持续帮助企业品牌推广、信息交流、资源共享、参展参观、培训学习、拓展提高、协作合作、保护知识产权、联谊共进，取得明显
成效，获得了广大企业的认可和积极支持。

一个好的“智囊团”力量无穷，协会积极当好镇委、镇政府的参谋助手，在产业发展思路、产业规划、转型升级、
帮扶企业、资源整合、发展提高等方面提出了大量有建设性
的意见和建议，全力打造“虎门服装”区域品牌。

虎门荣获“中国女装名镇”“中国童装名镇”“全国服装（休闲服）产业知名品牌创建示范区”一系列国家级荣誉，协会的贡献毋庸置疑。

近几年里，国际政治风云变化，全球经济动荡不安给中国
服装行业带来巨大影响，用工难求、人工攀高、厂租高企、发展空间不足、市场竞争激烈、产品销售不畅、库存积压多······
复杂环境及多重问题困扰着行业发展。

但这些难不倒久经考验、意志坚定的协会人。

他们冷静应对，在“危”中寻“机”。

通过促进交流、拓展市场、加强专业引导、积极带领企业“抱团
取暖”，协会务实创新，引领和推动产业转型升级，转“危”
为“机”，为虎门服装的高质量发展注入了无尽动力。

成立至今，虎门服装服饰行业协会是虎门服装时尚产
业发展的见证人，更是投身奋斗其中的亲历者，一路走来，
亲手书写下属于他们的光荣与梦想。

"Humen clothing" can be transformed into today's "mag-nificent clothing", which is inseparable from the role of a go-between played by the local industry association.
Humen Garment Industry Association was established in March 1996, as the country's first town-level garment indus-try association. Since its establishment, the association has actively implemented the development strategy of "clothing thriving town", and played the role of a bridge between the

government and enterprises. In 2013 and 2016, it was twice rated as "Excellent Association (Business) of Textile Industry Cluster Regions" by China National Textile and Apparel Council. In 2021, it was awarded the title of the "National Textile Industry Advanced Group".
Since its establishment, the association has strengthened the guidance of the industry, actively reflected the voice of enterprises, offered suggestions for industrial development, solved problems for enterprises, and strived to promote the collaborative develop-ment of industries and enterprises. It has also made the associa-tion highly cohesive among its members and garment enterprises in Humen.operation, protection of intellectual property rights, and friendship and mutual progress. The association has achieved remarkable results and received recognition and support from a large number of enterprises.
The association actively serves as the town committee and the town government's adviser, and has proposed a large number of constructive opinions and suggestions related to industrial develop-ment ideas, industrial planning, transformation and upgrading, helping enterprises, resource integration, and development and improvement, so as to build a regional brand of "Humen Clothing". Humen won a series of national honors of "China's Famous Women's Wear Town",
