Dear R.Kelly,
I’m writing to ask for some advice on how to form a band, for you are a well-known musician.
I, as well as three other Chinese boys and two American girls in our school, who are all crazy about pop music, rap and hip-hop, want to form a band, but we lack experience in doing so.Therefore, I’d like to know whether we should set the musical style and characteristics of our band to start with.In addition, I wonder if it will be enough for us to practise only at weekends.Lastly, we would appreciate it if you can come up with a name for our band.I’m looking forward to your early reply.
Yours sincerely
Li Hua

From the experience of being misunderstood by her parents, the writer tells us that when we meet with a misunderstanding, we should think about it on others’ position and try to clear it up actively.
After reading the passage, I can’t help recalling my own exp erience that I was misunderstood by some strangers. It was an ordinary day when I was riding to school.Suddenly I saw a boy riding before me knock down an old blind man.The poor man fell down but the boy left quickly, doing nothing to help him.I was shocked and stopped to help him stand up.Luckily he was not injured. But soon there came a crowd of strangers that blamed me for my carelessness. They thought it was I who had knocked down the old man!
I felt quite embarrassed and attempted to explain but no one would believe me.However, at that time, the blind man told the others that it was not me to blame, and that the one who did it was a cyclist! I thanked the man and people around apologized to me.
From this experience, I believe that misunderstandings will disappear if we can patiently try to work them out.。
