一、教学分析:
1.教学内容分析:
本课为新标准英语第三册第7模块第2单元,是一节新授课。

教材选取了一名中国男孩和两名外国小孩分别使用不同的交通工具去度假的有趣情境。

本话题以I go to ... on holiday. I go by ..为中心,通过课堂教学,学生将学会谈论如何到达较远的地方,乘坐大型交通工具的英文表达方式,并且在谈论交通方式的过程中学习提问;让学生初步了解外出旅游最常使用的交通工具。

培养学生语言的实际运用魅力,用英语思维的能力及大胆用英语交流的能力。

2.教学内容分析:
二年级学生已经初步具备了一定的英语基础,活泼好动,敢说敢想和求新求异的愿望强烈。

在第七模块第一单元接触了去学校和去上班的交通方式,对交通工具已有了一定的了解。

本班学生学习积极较高,学习能力较强,结合我们班的情况,要以仔细观察,大胆猜想和三种不同方式的活动作为学习的突破口来开展教学活动。

二、教学目标
1.知识目标:1)学生能听懂,会说单词及词组run, on holiday,ship, plane, love。

2)听懂会说句型How do you go to....? I go by....
2.能力目标:1)学习用英文描述到某个地方所使用的交通工具。

2)理解并会用how do you go to..句型提问,并且懂得回答I go to school by bus/train/ship/plane..回答,能综合运用新、旧知识组织对话,小组合
作完成一定的交际任务。

3)让学生感受英语课堂的活跃性,能在现实中灵活运用所学句型。

3.情感目标:通过小组活动,培养学生与他人合作的意识和技巧。

在教授课文时渗透爱国主义情怀。

三、教学重难点
教学重点:
能听懂、会说、会读以下句子:I go by train. Then I go by ship. We go by plane. We go to China on holiday.
教学难点:
熟练掌握描述到某个地方去使用的交通工具,在实际生活中灵活运用。

六、教学过程
Step 1 Warming-up
1)Greetings:
T:Good morning, boys and girls. Today we are going to learn Module7 Unit2 I go by train.
Let’s go on holiday together. Group 1 are going to the farm. Group 1 are going to the farm. Group 3are going to the farm. So whole class, are you ready?
Ss: Yes, ready.
T:Stand up. Show me you hands. Let’s sing a song.——《The wheel on the bus》(设计意图:用亲切剪短的问候语拉近与学生之间的距离,并用歌曲调动学生对英语的学习的积极性,活跃课堂氛围,为之后的课文内容做铺垫。


Step 2 Leading-in

T: Look, we pass by our school. Do you know how do I go to school? Listen, I go to
school by car. What about you? How do you go to school?
S1: I go to school by bike.
S2: I go to school by bus.
S3: I walk to school.
(设计意图:利用师生,生生互动对话,营造轻松愉悦氛围,并复习上节课所学对话。


2)Listen and answer
T:Look, there is a monkey. Do you know how does the monkey go to school? Open your book turn to page41 ,listen and answer.
T: Who want to be the monkey? So whole class let’s ask together. “How do you go to school?”
S: I walk and run to school.
T:Excellent.
(run操练方式:high and low)

T: Look, there is a boy. Is he at the school? Yes or no?
S:No.
T: So where does he go? Listen and answer.(播放动画)
T:The answer is in the picture1 or picture2?
S:Picture 1.
T: So where does he go?
S: He goes to Hainan on holiday.
(holiday操练方式:touch and say)
T:How does he go to Hainan?
S: I go by train. Then I go by ship.
(ship操练方法:分组读,男女生)
T: I go by train. Then I go by ship.What’s meaning of “then”?
S:Then 意思是然后。

T:wonderful. They don’t go to school,too. Where are they? Listen to the tape and choose A or B.

词不离句,句不离文,操练学生认读说的能力并借助“We love China”渗透爱国主义教育。

听音跟读指读,培养正确的语音语调。
