WEB OF SCIENCE中检索式的编写
(其他数据库中编写的思路是一样的,只要根据其数据库的各种算符的规定即可)
1. 逻辑算符: and or not
2. 通用截词符:* 等…….
3. 优先算符:()
4. 位置算符:" " ;near 等…….
WEB OF SCIENCE 逻辑运算符优先顺序
如果在检索式中使用不同的运算符,则会根据下面的优先顺序处理检索式:
NEAR/x
SAME
NOT
AND
OR
如果2个检索词就这样摆在这,中间不加任何检索算符,系统一般默认是and 的关系,但是,我们学习了各种算符,不要把2个或多个检索词就这样放在这,要用各种算符把检索词之间的关系定义清楚!!!

思路:
1. 首先是想要研究某领域中的某一课题;
2. 想要查资料,中文,英文
3. 确定数据库,一定要根据课题内容来确定数据库
中文数据库:CNKI;万方;维普等
对于产品、方法、装置、技术方案等的研究还要查找专利文献
英文数据库:web of science;EI;Springer;Elsevier SD等4. 在不同的数据库中,根据各数据库的算符规定,编写出能检索出
我们自己想要文献的检索式,就是符合要求的检索式。

5. 在数据库中运行检索式,检索出符合要求的参考文献。

6. 将检索出的文献保存到EndNote;NoteFirst等文献管理软件中。

7. 在对检索出的文献进行阅读、研究后,写出自己的研究成果,即自己的文章,投稿,发表!
一. 研究的课题:
本项目以重大自然灾害的应急响应为背景,研究应急资源与疏散人员综合调度的优化模型以及模型的求解算法。

在优化模型的建立方面,充分考虑重大自然灾害应急响应中存在的应急资源需求量、疏散人员数量和位置、应急资源和疏散人员的运送时间等信息具有不确定性的情况,综合运用网络流规划、不确定规划等方法,建立重大自然灾害中应急资源与疏散人员综合调度的优化模型。

针对所建立的模型的复杂特性,设计能够有效求解模型的智能优化算法,通过仿真实验验证模型和算法的有效性和可行性。

二. 想要查找下列研究方面的文献:
1.以重大自然灾害应急响应为背景,同时考虑应急资源和疏散人员的优化调度问题,通过优化模型的建立及求解获得最优调度方案;
2.在模型构建中考虑重大自然灾害环境下应急资源的需求量、疏散人员的数量和位置、应急资源和疏散人员的运送时间等信息中具有模糊信息、随机信息等各类不确定信息的情况,综合运用网络流规划和不确定规划建立优化调度模型,并开发求解模型的智能优化算法。

三. 我们在web of science 中查找文献
想要查找:
以重大自然灾害应急响应为背景,同时考虑应急资源和疏散人员的优化调度问题,通过优化模型的建立及求解获得最优调度方案;
1.首先要了解web of science 中的算符规定:
布尔逻辑运算符
AND
使用AND 可查找包含被该运算符分开的所有检索词的记录。

OR
使用OR 可查找包含被该运算符分开的任何检索词的记录。

NOT
使用NOT 可将包含特定检索词的记录从检索结果中排除。

位置限定运算符
NEAR/x X≠0
使用NEAR/x 可查找由该运算符连接的检索词之间相隔指定数量的单词的记录。

该规则也适用于单词处于不同字段的情况。

用数字取代x 可指定将检索词分开的最大单词数。

如果只使用NEAR 而不使用/x,则系统将查找其中的检索词由NEAR 连接且彼此相隔不到15 个单词的记录。

例如,以下检
索式效果相同:
salmon NEAR virus
salmon NEAR/15 virus
SAME
在地址检索中,使用SAME 可查找该运算符所分隔的检索词出现在同一个地址中的记录。

您需要使用括号来分组地址检索词。

例如:
AD=(Portland SAME Oregon) 查找在记录“地址”字段中存在地址检索词Portland、Oregon 的记录。

请注意,当在其他字段(如“主题”和“标题”)中使用时,如果检索词出现在同一记录中,SAME 与AND 的作用就完全相同。

例如:
TS=(cat SAME mouse) 与TS=(cat AND mouse) 将得到相同的结果。

逻辑运算符优先顺序
如果在检索式中使用不同的运算符,则会根据下面的优先顺序处理检索式:
NEAR/x
SAME
NOT
AND
OR
copper OR lead AND algae 可查找同时存在lead 和algae 的所有记录以及存在单词copper 的所有记录。

(copper OR lead) AND algae 可查找同时存在单词algae 与copper 和同时存在algae 与lead 的所有记录。

使用括号
使用括号可以忽略运算符优先级。

括号内的表达式优先执行。

(cadmium AND gill*) NOT Pisces 可查找包含cadmium 和gill(或gills)的记录,但排除包含单词Pisces 的记录。

(salmon OR pike) NEAR/10 virus 可查找salmon 或pike 与virus 相隔不到10 个单词的记录。

通配符
所有可以使用单词和短语的检索字段均可以使用通配符。

它们可在检索式中表示未知字符。

星号(*) 表示任何字符组,包括空字符。

问号(?) 表示任意一个字符。

美元符号($) 表示零或一个字符。

有关通配符的一般规则
通配符可位于检索词的中间。

例如,odo$r 可查找到odor 和odour。

您不能在出版年检索中使用通配符。

例如,可以使用2007,但不能使用200*。

可以在引号内使用美元符号($)。

例如,检索式"Roman Numeral$" 查找包含检索词Roman Numeral 或Roman Numerals 的记录。

在检索式中最多可使用30 个布尔运算符。

在“检索”页面的检索式中,不能在单个字段中或多个字段之间使用超过30 个通配符。

有用窍门
美元符号($) 对于查找同一单词的英国拼写和美国拼写非常有用。

例如,flavo$r 可查找flavor 和flavour。

问号(?) 对于检索最后一个字符不确定的作者姓氏非常有用。

例如,Barthold? 可查找Bartholdi 和Bartholdy,但不会查找Barthod。

短语检索
若要精确查找短语,请用引号括住短语。

例如,检索式"energy conservation" 将检索包含精确短语energy conservation 的记录。

这仅适用于“主题”和“标题”检索。

如果输入不带引号的短语,则检索引擎将检索包含您所输入的所有单词的记录。

这些单词可能连在一起出现,也可能不连在一起出现。

例如,energy conservation 将查找包含精确短语energy conservation 的记录,还会查找到包含短语conservation of energy 的记录。

括号
括号用于将合成布尔运算符进行分组。

例如:

摘要: Disaster, emergency and epidemic diseases occur often bring huge losses, these losses in large part due to the loss of emergency logistics after disaster. So how to schedule schemes within shortest time in unpredictable situations, sent emergency resources to emergency locations within the shortest time is the key. According to the principle, GERT function, moment generating function, flow chart of theory and mason formula, then, combined with examples, construct an emergency distribution model. By calculating, distribution probability of success for each line and risk probability, the distribution of time and variance were achieved, then, analyze the defects in the model and areas in which need of improvement, and finally according to the defects put forward the improved solution.

摘要: The natural disaster of heavy snow and server rime in winter affect people's life order by disturbing traffic. A two-stage emergency resource scheduling model was constructed to optimize the emergent resource dispatching plan, so that the limited supplies, which may ensure health and safety of the blocked staff, could reach all parts of the highway net as soon as possible. An ant colony optimization (ACO) based approach was applied to solve the first stage of the model, and a heuristic algorithm was designed to solve the second stage. At last, numerical examples were given, and in order to enhance the ACO's searching ability, zoning Fibonacci method was adopted to optimize the main parameters of the algorism. The results show that the proposed method can find the approximate optimal solution effectively.

摘要: As a core element, emergency resource plays a key role in the emergency relief. It has the direct impact on the rescuing efficiency and effectiveness. Continuous demand is the normal behavior of emergency demand, which should be accurately calculated in terms of the demand forecasting and afterward demand assessment. Continuous supply increases the requirements for production, inventory and transportation. To achieve the effective docking of "bicontinuity", there are special requirements for facility's position, size and focuses in emergency resource location. For the configuration of the emergency resources requires coordinating the relations between the emergency preparation stage, the emergency response stage and the emergency recovery phase. Dispatching is the dynamic displacement of emergency resources. It determines which warehouse should be used to delivery supplies to the disaster location and determines the specific supplies quantity from the different warehouses by identifying the storage quantity of various
materials in different warehouses and setting up the planning model between the distance of the warehouse and the disaster location. In this way, the effective match among the location, allocation and scheduling of emergency resources on the basis of continuous demand and supply is achieved.

摘要: Through the analysis of actual situation and characteristics of disasters such as earthquakes, fires, terrorist attacks, considering the needs of disaster place and the possibility of potential accidents, a non-linear mixed integer programming model is
established. Considering the selection of path and vehicle in the process of resources, the reduction of dispatching efficiency of different paths, and the probability of occurrence of potential accident, the total time from relief points to different resource requirement points are minimized. Finally, the model is analyzed and solved by example, and the feasibility of the model is verified.

摘要: According to the characteristics of multiple disaster places, multiple suppliers and multi-objective emergency scheduling problem, this paper establishes a mathematical model with the goal of the shortest time and the smallest cost. We propose an algorithm to solve resources with competition between different disaster places. The algorithm keeps rescue activities timely and fair, and ensures the rescue time and cost in the holistic optimized resources allocation scheme is smallest. This algorithm is applied in the provincial level emergency management information demonstration platform, and runs successfully. Finally, a case study is carried on to verify the algorithm validity and credibility.

So the problem about how to combine multi-depot-multi-resource has been put forward. The main objective of the multi-resource scheduling is how to achieve the least emergency time and the fewest retrieval depots. In this scheduling algorithm, there are mainly two factors that restrict the emergency time. One is path length, and the other is traffic road quality. Because the forest disaster usually takes place in remote mountain area, the factor of traffic road quality is very important. Therefore the least time (t(ij)) should be the optimal solution about the shortest path (d(ij)) and the road quality parameter (q(ij)). In this paper, taking
a forest area as experiments region, we achieved some results mainly in the following
aspects: (1) determined the value of q(ij) through the experiment; (2) established the least emergency time model; (3) built the emergency resources scheduling optimal model in forest fatal disaster for meeting fewest rescue depots based on the fastest emergency time.

摘要: This paper presents a model formulation and solution for simultaneous mobilization destination, traffic assignment, and departure schedule for mufti-priority groups (SMDTS-MPG) for real-time emergency response in no-notice disasters. The presented approach addresses the decision context in which multiple emergency responses and evacuation flow groups with different destinations and varying priorities coexist in the same traffic network, within which simultaneous mobilization strategies must consider this requirement. The proposed modeling technique and the cell transmission model (CTM)-based linear-programming model provides a mechanism to accomplish this goal in an intuitive and coherent manner. The proposed matrix formulation of the SMDTS-MPG model permits the rapid deployment of the model to large networks. Model formulation and numerical examples are presented in detail in this paper. 摘要: Hardly a day passes by without a news headline giving an account of a portion of the national landscape stricken with disaster. In order to effectively combat the increasing complexity and frequency of disasters, such as hurricanes, storms, earthquakes, and terrorist attacks; there exists a need for an Emergency Helicopter Support System (EHS) that assimilates seamlessly into a Network Centric Information Management Structure (CIMS). The CIMS is necessary for the purpose of coordinating the dispatch and communication between civilian and military ground and air forces and maximizing the utilization of the scarce emergency response resources. The CIMS will furnish reports to the appropriate law enforcement organization and stakeholders regarding the emergency operations and recommendations for the future.
Because our project significantly relies on deployment of helicopters, EHS must comply with all safety regulations so that the frequency of accidents diminishes with the implementation of a successful Emergency Helicopter Support System. EHS will need to make specific information available to helicopter operators and crews including: incident location, nature and scale of incident, local weather conditions, and any dangerous conditions or other vital landing zone information. Ensuring that our system adheres to the above safety regulations will result in increased probability of successful rescue missions. Our model output focuses on our project's outmost Figure of Merit, the response time. EHST Analysis incorporates two alternative designs of the EHS using the modeling and simulation software, ARENA. Design alternatives will include size of jurisdiction and placement of emergency support command centers. In addition, analysis will include the cost and benefit of implementing mobile landing surfaces versus the use of landing zones already available. The combined calculations will determine the most efficient organizational structure for the Emergency Helicopter Support System.
All modeling scenarios will be done to focus on the occurrence of an earthquake in the San Francisco Bay area with a magnitude above 6.7 on the Richter scale.

摘要: Emergency responders are faced with a number of significant challenges when managing major disasters. First, the number of rescue tasks posed is usually larger than the number of responders (or agents) and the resources available to them. Second, each task is likely to require a different level of effort in order to be completed by its deadline. Third, new tasks may continually appear or disappear from the environment, thus requiring the responders to quickly recompute their allocation of resources. Fourth, forming teams or coalitions of multiple agents from different agencies is vital since no single agency will have all the resources needed to save victims, unblock roads and extinguish the fires which might erupt in the disaster space. Given this, coalitions have to be efficiently selected and scheduled to work across the disaster space so as to maximize the number of lives and the portion of the infrastructure saved. In particular, it is important that the selection of such coalitions should be performed in a decentralized fashion in order to avoid a single point of failure in the system. Moreover, it is critical that responders communicate only locally given they are likely to have limited battery power or minimal access to long-range communication devices. Against this background, we provide a novel decentralized solution to the coalition formation process that pervades disaster management. More specifically, we model the emergency management scenario defined in the RoboCup Rescue disaster simulation platform as a coalition formation with spatial and temporal constraints (CFST) problem where agents form coalitions to complete tasks, each with different demands. To design a decentralized algorithm for CFST, we formulate it as a distributed constraint optimization problem and show how to solve it using the state-of-the-art Max-Sum algorithm that provides a completely decentralized message-passing solution. We then provide a novel algorithm (F-Max-Sum) that avoids sending redundant messages and efficiently adapts to changes in the environment. In empirical evaluations, our algorithm is shown to generate better solutions than other decentralized algorithms used for this problem.
