二甲酸乙二醇酯的阻燃改性,能够明显提高聚对苯
二甲酸乙二醇酯的耐热性和高温成碳性。Kuan 等「⑷制备出环三磷月青基阻燃单体六(烯丙基胺基)

不饱和聚酯树脂1.前言——不饱和聚酯树脂(UPR,Unsaturated Polyester Resins)具有优良的物理机械性能,耐化学腐蚀性能,可常温常压固化成型,加工工艺简单,目前已成为热固性树脂的主要产品之一。
UPR在工业、农业、交通运输、建筑等诸多方面具有广泛的用途。
特别是用玻璃纤维增强的UPR(FRP俗称玻璃钢),由于具有轻质、高强、耐腐、绝缘、耐温性好、良好的施工工艺性及结构、强度的可设计性等特点已成为复合材料领域产量最大,用途最广的主体产品。
经过四十多年的发展,我国的FRP工业取得了令人瞩目的成就。
1999年其总产量已达50万吨,其中FRP30万吨,FRTP(热塑性玻璃钢)8万吨,CCL (覆铜板)12万吨,位居美国,日本之后跃居世界第三位,如加上台湾省的产量就仅次于美国位居世界亚军。
2.历史——我国的UPR研究工作始于1958年,至今已有42年的发展历史了,这四十多年大致可分为五个历史阶段:——1)1958-1965年,研制阶段:我国最早开展UPR研制工作的是北京化工研究院,此后,沈阳化工研究院,天津市合成材料研究所,华东化工学院与上海新华树脂厂等单位陆续开展研究工作并建成了一批中试规模的生产设备。
——2)1966-1976年,形成生产能力阶段:1966年常州建材253厂从英国Scott-Bader公司引进技术与设备并迅速投入工业化生产,从而奠定了我国UPR的工业基础。
同时上海新华树脂厂,天津市合成材料厂等单位也相继建成了一批工业化生产设备,使我国UPR的总生产能力于1976年达到1.2万吨/年以上。
——3)1976-1985年,腾飞阶段,随着文革十年动乱的结束,生产力得到恢复和发展,国内市场对UPR的需求量猛增,1985年全国UPR产量已达4万吨以上,几乎是1976年(2749吨)的13倍还多。
——4)1986-1990年,成熟阶段,这五年内,虽然全国UPR总产量一直在4-6万吨之间徘徊,但是1985年我国UPR行业协作组的成立及1987年UPR及其测试方法的国家标准的颁布,标志着我国的UPR 工业已进入成熟阶段。

不饱和聚酯树脂是碳氢化合物,它与其它碳氢化合物一样具有可燃性,研究不饱和聚酯树脂的阻燃性能,开发具有阻燃性能的不饱和聚酯树脂品种,扩大其在国民经济各领域中的应用,具有重要的意义。
近年来,国内外专家学者主要研究开发了两大类具有阻燃性能的不饱和聚酯树脂:一类是将阻燃剂添加到不饱和聚酯树脂本体中,制成具有阻燃性能的不饱和聚酯树脂,这类不饱和聚酯树脂叫添加型阻燃不饱和聚酯树脂,该产品具有阻燃性能,且生产工艺简单,但由于阻燃剂的加入,降低了它的力学性能(如拉伸强度、拉伸模量、弯曲强度、弯曲模量等),同时提高了产品的黏度,给玻璃钢产品的成型带来了困难;一类是用含有阻燃元素(如卤素、磷、硅等)的单体或阻燃剂作反应物,参加缩合反应或聚合反应,制备阻燃型不饱和聚酯树脂,这类不饱和聚酯树脂叫反应型阻燃不饱和聚酯树脂,该产品不但具有良好的阻燃性能,而且具有良好的力学性能,黏度适中,有利于玻璃钢产品的成型,但生产工艺较复杂,产品成本也较高。

不饱和聚酯树脂的合成 合成原理
生产不饱和聚酯树脂是由不饱和二元酸和 饱和二元酸、不饱和二元醇或饱和二元醇之间 的酯化反应为基础,有以下几种类型: 直接酯化 酯交换反应 复分解反应 开环反应
合成原料:
脂肪二元酸:分子结构中较长的柔性脂肪链, 不饱和双键间距离增大,韧性增加。
d、己二酸 制备柔性树脂 e、癸二酸
(1)不饱和二元酸
工业上常用的是顺丁烯二酸酐(简称顺酐) 和反丁烯二酸,主要用顺酐,原因是:
①、顺酐熔点低,消耗能量少;
②、反应时缩水量少(较顺酸或反酸少 1/2的缩聚水),可提高分子量;
若顺酐与苯酐的物质量的比降低:聚酯树脂最终 固化不良,制品力学强度下降。
为了合成特殊性能要求的聚酯,可以适当增加顺 酐/苯酐的比例。
2、二元醇
合成不饱和聚酯主要用二元醇(如乙二醇、 丙二醇、二乙二醇和二丙二醇等),一元醇用 作分子链长控制剂,多元醇可得到高分子量、 高熔点聚酯。
a、乙二醇
分子结构对称,合成的聚酯树脂有较强的 结晶倾向,与交联单体苯乙烯的相容性较差。 通常添加一定量的丙二醇,破坏其对称性。
固化----交联
不饱和聚酯链中存在着不饱和双键,可以在加 热、光照、高能辐射以及引发剂的作用下与交联单 体进行共聚,交联固化成具有三向网络结构的体型 结构,成为具有不溶、不熔体型结构的固化产物。
不饱和聚酯在交联前后的性质可以有广泛的多 变性。多变性取决于两种因素:一、二元酸的类型 和数量;二、二元醇类型。
不饱和聚酯树脂(UP) 聚酯: (unsaturated polyester resins,UPR) 是指主链上含有酯键的高分子化合物的总称。

根据市场预测,由于目前原料邻二甲苯的供应比较紧张,价格居高不下,导致苯酐的生产成本又面临考验。
由此可见,提高苯酐的生产产量将会大大的提高各化工企业的竞争实力,满足市场的要求,进行苯酐生产工艺的设计与改进对于国内外市场都具有重要的意义。
本设计生产大约40000吨/ y高纯度的苯酐,是选用的是邻二甲苯固定床氧化,其基本原理是经计量的邻二甲苯预热后与经计量和加热的空气,在混合器中接触汽化后进入固定床反应器内反应生成苯酐及副产品顺酐和苯甲酸,反应气经水冷却器冷却进入闪蒸罐蒸出大部分未反应的原料和生成的CO2,H2O等气体,粗苯酐加热后进入到精馏塔中进行精馏得到收率为99.8%的苯酐。
随着计算技术和计算机技术的发展,化工流程过程模拟软件也越来越成熟,计算机辅助设计也日趋广泛。
在进行化工设计时,采用流程系统模拟物料衡算和热量衡算,投资和成本估算等问题以及采用流程模拟软件进行整体优化也越来越普遍。
本文采用国际上最流行的化工过程模拟软件之一的ASPEN 作为辅助设计的主要工具,与过程有关的物料和能量的衡算基本上有该软件给出,并以设计流程计算的收敛与否来检验该流程是否可行。

我国在含水不饱和聚酯树脂的研究起始于20世纪90年代初,在应用方面,已见用于锚固剂。
含水不饱和聚酯树脂可分为水溶型和乳液型两类。
其中乳液型又分为油包水型(W/O)和水包油型(O/W)以及微乳液型。
通过加入碱性物质生成盐、加入表面活性剂乳化、在聚酯链中引人极性基团等方法可以制得含水不饱和聚酯树脂。
2 含水不饱和聚酯树脂的制备2.1聚酯成盐法不饱和聚酯(Unsaturated Polyester,简称UP)的端羧基可以和碱性物质发生中和反应生成聚酯盐。
聚酯盐是离子键化合物,极性高,亲水性强,不仅自身能溶于水,而且对树脂的交联剂有乳化作用,使不饱和聚酯树脂能和水形成乳液。
1967年Horie等人首先报道了用氢氧化钠、氢氧化钙、胺类、羟胺类、氨水和肼等碱性物质来制WCP。

不饱和聚酯树脂是什么?不饱和聚酯树脂:unsaturated polyester resins, 缩写代号UP。
不饱和聚酯是由饱和的二元醇与饱和的及不饱和的二元酸(或酸酐)缩聚而成的聚合物。
不饱和聚酯在液体乙烯类单位中的溶液称作不饱和聚酯树脂。
(1)不饱和聚酯所用主要原材料①不饱和二元酸常用的有顺丁烯二酸(简称顺酸)或顺丁烯二酸酐(简称顺酐)和反-丁烯二酸(简称反酸)。
它在聚酯分子中,除提供羧基生成酯键,使分子链增大以外,最重要的贡献是提供不饱和度,使聚酯分子具有与活性单体发生共聚合的能力,反酸合成的聚酯比由顺酸合成的聚酯更具有线性特征,软化点高,结晶性强,耐腐蚀性强。
同一种不饱和二元酸,由于与饱和二元酸的摩尔配比不同,生成反应火星不同的聚酯,通常可分成三类:高反应活性树脂(饱和二元酸/不饱和二元酸<1)、中反应活性树脂(饱和二元酸/不饱和二元酸=1)和低反应活性树脂(饱和二元酸/不饱和二元酸>1)。
②饱和二元酸常用的是苯二甲酸的三个同分异构体:邻位、间位和对位。
由邻位苯二甲酸构成的树脂通常称为邻苯型聚酯;间位苯二甲酸构成的树脂称为间苯型聚酯;对位则称为对苯型聚酯。
间苯型聚酯的强度、耐水、耐热和耐化学性能比邻苯型聚酯好。
对苯型聚酯岁也有优良的性能,但缩聚反应较难,所以我们很少用。
③二元醇二元醇类按结构可分为直链类,支链类,醚类二元醇有一缩二乙二醇、一缩二丙二醇、新戊二醇。
新戊二醇是对称结构的醇,含有两个甲基,可称为2,2-二甲基丙二醇,可使树脂的耐水性、耐碱性提高,使树脂对水解稳定,常用语高性能胶衣中,在耐化学树脂中也有采用。
④阻聚剂现在生产的不饱和聚酯树脂一般加入的阻聚剂有对苯二酚、叔丁基邻苯二酚和环烷酸铜等。
⑤其他助剂这类助剂的加入富裕树脂一定性能,不是所有的树脂都要添加,而是根据需要。
a. 石蜡玻璃钢成型后表面树脂由于空气中的氧气或潮湿空气中的水分的阻聚作用导致发黏,添加石蜡浮于表面隔绝氧气或水分使树脂正常固化。

Demand for UPR has been increasing since 1991 because of strong growth in industrial applications. Driven by China’s rapidly growing economy, UPR capacity grew at an impressive average annual rate of 19.1% from 2000 to 2005 from a very small base. By 2005, the annual UPR capacity was about 1,200 thousand metric tons.More than 100 UPR producers operate in China, with annual capacities ranging from a few hundred to about 80 thousand metric tons. The production of fiberglass-reinforced products accounted for about 48% of China’s UPR consumption in 2005. These products find a variety of applications in construction, agriculture, transportation, and communications. In China, about 48% of the UPR consumed has been of the reinforced type in recent years. Cooling towers, corrosion-resistant tanks, pipes, ducts, and sanitary equipment are the largest markets for reinforced UPR in China. Other smaller but growing uses for reinforced UPR include automobiles, boats, and construction products.The use of reinforced UPR is common in China because of its properties and ease of processing. The construction of civil buildings has been growing rapidly in recent years, as has the construction of residences and especially construction of gymnasiums for the 2008 Olympics. The rapidly growing construction industry will drive the market for reinforced UPR during the next five years. Normally, the performance of the construction industry tracks the economic development of the country. Therefore, it is estimated that consumption of UPR in reinforced UPR products will increase steadily in the future and account for an increasing proportion of the total consumption of UPR. Nonreinforced UPR has accounted for 52% of China’s total UPR consumption in recent years, which is much different from the situation in other countries, especially in industrial countries. In those countries, composite materials account for a larger proportion of total UPR consumption.The nonreinforced UPR processing industry dominates in the southeast part of China, especially in the Fujian, Zhejiang, and Guangdong provinces. Many companies from Taiwan and Hong Kong have set up joint ventures and wholly owned companies to produce consumer articles sold to both domestic and world markets. This trend has been extremely strong recently. The reasons for this include the availability of low-priced labor and land, improved plastic production processes and machinery, and low-cost end products that can be sold locally without paying any export taxes or are exported to international markets at competitive prices. The nonreinforced UPR products (e.g., buttons, crafts, etc.) that have very large markets in industrial countries and that used to be exported to international markets from Taiwan, are now being exported to these markets in large quantities from China. Includes encapsulation of electronic components and other.R EINFORCED UPRIn 2005, the consumption of UPR in reinforced UPR products or GR (glass-reinforced plastics) was about 505.2 thousand metric tons, accounting for about 48% of total consumption of UPR in China.Thousands of end products are produced by different application methods, such as contact molding,filament winding, SMC/BMC, pultrusion, and other. It is estimated that consumption in this sector will increase at an average annual rate of about 9.4% during 2005-2010, reaching 790.9 thousand metric tons and accounting for about 53% of total UPR consumption by 2010. During 2010-2015, the average growth rate will be about 4.8% per year and consumption will total about 999.3 thousand metric tons, accounting for 54% of total consumption in 2015.Contact MoldingIt is estimated that about 300.6 thousand metric tons of UPR were processed by contact molding in 2005. The main products from contact molding are products used in the construction industry (such as cooling towers, sanitary equipment, water tanks, panels, etc.), the transportation industry (components of automobiles, fishing boats), products for the entertainment industry (playground equipment, seats,etc.), and other consumer goods. Water tanks used in tall residential buildings, fishing boats, and automotive components will be the fastest-growing markets for UPR in the next ten years.China Report: Chemical Product Trends Unsaturated Polyester ResinsFilament WindingIt is estimated that the consumption of UPR in filament winding processes was about 111.1 thousand metric tons in 2005. The main products produced from filament winding are pipes, vessels, and tanks, which are used in various industries.SMC/BMCIn 2005, it was estimated that about 50.5 thousand metric tons of UPR were used to produce SMC/BMC (sheet molding compound/bulk molding compound) products, which are used to manufacture components for automobiles, water tanks for high-rise buildings, water tanks for agricultural irrigation, and appliance housings.PultrusionUPR used in pultrusion processes has increased rapidly from a very small base over the past few years. Pultrusion products are used mainly to make window profiles, ladder rails, railings, grid, and fishing rods. About 27.8 thousand metric tons of UPR were consumed in these applications in 2005. N ONREINFORCED UPRIn 2005 UPR consumption in nonreinforced UPR products or NR was about 547.2 thousand metric tons, accounting for 52% of the total consumption of UPR in China. The demand for NR products has increased rapidly in recent years. It is estimated that consumption in this sector will increase at an average annual growth rate of about 5.5% during 2005-2010, reaching about 715.1 thousand metric tons and accounting for about 47% of total UPR consumption by 2010. During 2010-2015, the growth rate will be about 3.4% per year, and consumption will total 843.2 thousand metric tons, accounting for 46% of total consumption, in 2015.The main NR products in China are buttons, crafts, surface coatings, synthetic marble, and auto repair putty.The market for nonreinforced UPR will benefit from the growing demand for new construction as well as the upgrade and refurbishment of existing buildings. These developments should encourage increased consumption of surface coatings, decorative materials, and synthetic marble. Furniture finished with UPR coatings has sold well in recent years. Large amounts of crafts are exported to the international markets every year, and the use of auto repair putty has increased along with the growth of the automotive industry.F ORECASTIt is estimated that overall growth for UPR in China will average 7.4% per year from 2005 to 2010, resulting in a total demand for UPR of 1,506.0 thousand metric tons in 2010.
