写作七建议信的写作
一写作攻略
1.建议信是向收信人对某事提出写信人的建议或忠告。

2.建议信有可能是写给个人，就其遇到的某个问题提出自己的看法或观点；也有可能是写给某个组
织或机构，就改进其服务提出建议或忠告；
3.建议信要写明写信的原因，建议的内容，提出建议的理由，写出的理由要合情合理，语气一定要
和缓。

因此建议信要写得简明扼要，目的明确，具有合理性和说服力。

二高分制造技巧
1.写作步骤
首段：表明写作意图。

陈述事由，简单介绍自己，注意语气。

主体段落：应该首先肯定对方的有点，然后再写需要改进的地方或针对具体情况提出具体建议或忠告。

千万注意不要让别人以为你是在投诉，而不是提建议。

结尾段：对提出的建议进行总结，要注意有礼貌，使读者容易接受。

2.时态：一般为一般现在时
3.人称：常为第一人称或第二人称
三句式积累
好开头
1.I am glad to receive your letter asking for my suggestions about how to …..
2.I am glad to know that you are going to…and it is my pleasure to give you some suggestions of….
3.Concerning your request, I would like to offer my advice on how to…
4.I’m writing to share some advice with you and I will try to make some conductive suggestions.
提建议
1.In the first place , I would recommend….
2.I find it necessary to ….
3.Why not do…../
4.I feel that it would be better/more beneficial if you could…
5.I'd like to suggest that …
6.If I were you, I would..
7.When it comes to such a situation, I would like to suggest that you can…

好结尾
1.I do hope you will take my suggestions into consideration/account.

4.I would be appreciate it very much if you could consider my suggestions.
5.I feel that it would be beneficial if you could stick to it.
