产品概述随着网络建设的不断深入发展,除了单纯的追求高带宽、高速率外,安全的网络、高效的网络和可运营的网络成为越来越多的用户关注的焦点,网络精细化管理也越来越深入人心,一套好的管理软件无疑对网络的精细化管理起到至关重要的作用。
在目前的企业网中,一方面网络规模不断扩大,对设备资源的控制要求不断提高;另一方面,网络业务不断丰富,针对网络业务管理的需求越来越迫切;同时,接入节点规模庞大,对用户接入的控制和管理也成为不少网络必备的要求。
传统的单一的网络管理、业务管理工具或用户及接入管理往往缺乏相互融合,导致管理手段孤立、有效信息无法共享、管理力度不足、管理操作复杂。
企业迫切需要一种融合的网络、用户和业务融合管理的系统,使得用户、网络、业务统一管理、互相协同、操作简便、满足多种接入场景所需。
iMC智能管理中心,是H3C推出的下一代业务智能管理产品。
它以业务管理和业务流程模型为核心,采用面向服务(SOA)的设计思想,为客户提供网络业务、资源和用户的融合管理解决方案,帮助客户实现网络业务的端到端管理;同时以全开放的、组件化的架构原型,向平台及其承载业务提供分布式、分级式交互管理特性;并为业务软件的下一代产品提供最可靠的、可扩展的、高性能的业务平台。
iMC智能管理平台(IntelligentManagementCenter)是整个iMC智能管理系统的基础管理平台,iMC的各个业务组件都必须安装在这个公用的平台上才能使用。
iMC智能管理平台不仅为系统各业务组件的集成提供了包括统一权限控制、SOA框架、统一操作日志管理、各组件License控制、分布式安装等基本功能,而且还为用户提供了包括操作员管理、资源管理、拓扑管理、性能管理、告警管理、配置管理、Syslog管理、及操作日志管理等网络管理功能,以及资产管理、VLAN管理、ACL管理、虚拟化网络管理、安全控制中心、来宾接入管理、报表管理等基础业务功能。

组网方式一:分布式组网
安装一套iMC时,为了分担各模块的性能压力,可以将各 组件分布式安装到不同的服务器上。
iMC智能管理中心概述
iMC(Intelligent Management Center)智能管理中心是H3C推出的下一代业 务智能管理产品。它融合了当前多个产品,以统一风格提供与网络相关的各类管 理、控制、监控等功能;同时以全开放的、组件化的架构原型,向平台及其承载 业务提供分布式、分级式交互管理特性;并为业务软件的下一代产品提供最可靠 的、可扩展的、高性能的业务平台 。智能管理中心的公共管理平台在以下将简 称为平台。
首页个性化定制
支持各业务在首页发布widget,每个widget具有折叠、还原、最大化、拖拉、 关闭、新窗口打开等功能。
支持用户在自己的权限范围内定制个性化主页。

资源类型
iMC中的资源分为两类:网络资源和用户资源。 对H3C、HP、3Com、华为、Cisco各厂家网络设备的分类和识别; 对设备状态和基本信息的管理,不仅包含了设备的基本信息、接 口信息、性能数据和告警信息,同时还可以在增加其他组件的情 况下显示扩展后的业务信息。 与业务无关的用户基本信息的统一维护,这些基本信息是独立于 业务的,包括用户姓名、证件号码、通讯地址、电话、电子邮件、 用户分组;并提供用户附加信息管理功能,管理员可根据网络运 营的习惯进行用户信息定制,如学校可以定制学号、年级等信息, 企业可以定制部门、职务等信息。

2.演示步骤:1)选择“网络”页面,向客户概括的展示iMC能管理网络设备:2)选择“用户”页面,向客户概括的展示iMC同时能管理网络用户:3)回到“网络”页面,点击页面左上角的“网络拓扑”,打开网络拓扑页面:4)从中找到“10.153.7.1”设备(目前Demo中仅有此设备为接入交换机设备,可演示此功能,拓扑上并有标识),“左键”点击该设备图标,会弹出小标签,显示目前接入此设备的用户数信息:5)点击“当前在线用户数”,弹出页面显示目前该设备上所有用户的信息:6)点击用户信息中最后一列“详细信息”,可以看到用户的姓名、Email、部门、MAC、IP等信息:3.客户常见问题:9iMC是如何得到的用户这些信息?是否需要手工输入?用户需要安装客户端,客户端会自动收集MAC/IP等信息。

AP上连POE接口管理
在实际使用中,AP一般部署在顶棚上,使用POE供电;如果AP挂死了, 想要把AP重启一下,或者管理者可以直接操作POE交换机,而且很清楚 每个AP连接的接口;或者就得爬到顶棚上去拔网线。 为了提供更加便利的管理功能,WSM实现了AP上连POE接口管理功能, 自动学习每个AP的上连交换机接口,并判断该接口是否为POE接口,是 否POE使能;同时对直连且POE使能的接口提供POE的使能/禁止操作, 以实现在网管上方便的冷启动AP的目的。

手工添加设备只能一台一台的添加,不能批量处理。 管理员在手工增加设备后,就将设备纳入系统的管理,此后用户可以对该设备 进行监控及各种操作。

通知与转发设置: 邮件通知:设置告警的E-mail邮件通知,以便在系统收到告警而 维护人员又不在现场的情况下,利用E-mail及时将系统的告警信 息通知维护人员。 短信通知:通过设置告警的短信通知,以便在系统收到告警而维 护人员又不在现场的情况下,利用短信及时将系统的告警信息通 知维护人员。 告警转发:通过设置告警转发可以将系统收到的告警信息转给其 他网管平台,如HP OpenView、SNMPc等。 当设置E-mail转发时,需要预先点击“SMTP” 设定邮件发送服务器与 用户。 当设置短信转发时,需要预先点击“SMSC” 设定短信中心。 每个转发目标还可以设定转发的时段,在轮流值班等场合下,此功能 非常有用。

H3C智能管理中心+用户手册H3C智能管理中心用户手册1:概述1.1 介绍本文档旨在向用户介绍H3C智能管理中心软件的功能和使用方法。
通过本手册,用户将了解到如何在H3C智能管理中心平台上进行设备管理、网络监控、故障排除和安全管理等操作。
1.2 适用对象本手册适用于所有使用H3C智能管理中心软件的用户,包括网络管理员和系统运维人员。
2:系统要求2.1 硬件要求- CPU:至少2 GHz的双核处理器- 内存:至少4 GB- 存储空间:至少50 GB可用空间2.2 软件要求- 操作系统:Windows 7或更高版本- Java Runtime Environment(JRE):版本8或更高3:安装和设置3.1 安装包用户可以从H3C官方网站或授权渠道H3C智能管理中心的安装包。
3.2 安装过程按照安装向导的提示,逐步完成H3C智能管理中心软件的安装。
在安装过程中,用户需要选择安装路径、设置管理员账号和密码等相关信息。
4:用户登录4.1 启动软件双击桌面上的H3C智能管理中心图标,启动软件。
4.2 用户登录在登录界面输入管理员账号和密码后,“登录”按钮,即可进入H3C智能管理中心的主界面。
5:设备管理5.1 设备发现在H3C智能管理中心的主界面,“设备管理”模块,然后“设备发现”。
根据需要,选择自动发现或手动添加设备以进行管理。
5.2 设备配置选择需要配置的设备,“配置”按钮,进入设备配置界面。
在该界面上,用户可以设置设备的基本信息、网络参数以及其他相关配置。

iMC平台分为专业版、标准版和中小企业版。各版本之间 的在功能特性上是有一定区别的。 iMC专业版和标准版的区别有两点:专业版支持的操作系统有

License的注册方法
当获取license后,可以通过iMC登录界面中的“产品注册”功能进行 注册。
首先,在智能管理中心登录界面中点击“产品注册”链接,进入注册 操作选择窗口。输入admin用户的登录密码,并将“选择您要执行的 操作”设置为“使用License文件对产品进行注册”。后单击<下一步 >按钮,进入license文件选择窗口:

按照要求输入最终用户信息、申请人信息和序列号数据后单击<确定> 按钮,进入用户信息收集成功提示窗口。
