搭建投融资平台,助推桥头堡黄金口岸建设

【摘要】In May 2011, the State Council issued the The View that the State Council Supports to Speed up the Construction of Important Bridgehead Opened to Southwest Region for Yunnan Province. Dehong, as opening up frontiers of Yunnan, proposes to build a bridgehead gold port in accordance with the idea of "a transportation hub, a pilot, three bases, three platforms and three windows". The basic condition, like border, nation, underdevelopment of Dehong caused the serious shortage of financial resources for the construction of golden port. Through building investment and financing platform with policy, consolidating superior resources, gathering funds, it can help to promote bridgehead gold port construction and realize leap-forward development of the economy in Dehong.%2011年5月国务院下发了《国务院关于支持云南省加快建设面向西南开放重要桥头堡的意见》,德宏作为云南对外开放的前沿,提出了举全州之力按照“一个交通枢纽、一个试验区、三个基地、三个平台、三个窗口”的思路建设桥头堡黄金口岸.而边疆、民族、欠发达的州情决定了桥头堡黄金口岸建设的内生财力严重不足,通过搭建政策性投融资平台,整合优势资源、聚集资金,有助于推动桥头堡黄金口岸建设,实现德宏经济的跨越式发展.
