【教学目标】
（一）知识与技能
1.能够描述自己以及他人的日常活动；
2.能运用英文I want to...句型描述自己想做的事；
3.能够认读短文，提炼出关键信息，完成练习。

（二）过程与方法
1．讨论法。

学生通过讨论，进行合作学习，让所有人都参与到明确的集体任务中，相互沟通合作，激发学习兴趣，促进学生主动学习。

2．通过选择题，判断正误，配对提醒锻炼学生提取信息的能力。

（三）情感、态度与价值观
了解世界不同地区孩子们的生活状况，培养学生跨文化意识。

【教学重点】
1.掌握询问他人日常生活的英语表达，提高学生交际会话的能力；
2.读懂四篇短文的内容，完成练习。

【教学难点】
提高学生快速从文本中提取正确信息的能力。

Step 1 Warming up
Play a game .(复习相关词汇）
Step 2 Listen and read. Then match the photos with the texts.
1. 老师和学生自由对话，如：Where do you live? When do you get up? How do you get to school? What do you often do after school? How many pupils are there in your class? 等。

2. 学生打开课本到第46页，听录音，初步感知文本内容，圈全出四个孩子的名字，并学说人名Samshaad ，Lena ，Mark 和Jimmy 。

问题来了解学生A所读的内容（以下问题仅供参考，老师可将问题写在黑板上提供给学生进行询问，学生B也可自由发挥），并将询问的信息记录下来：

学生B 阅读第四部分，学生A可通过以下几个问题来了解学生B所读的内容：

7). What’s his most precious thing?
8.学生A、学生B将其记录的信息进行整理，在小组内根据其记录相互介绍
Mark和Jimmy，老师巡视并加以指导。
