that on the housing ledger. Should any inconsistency occur, please refer to the housing ledger, unless there is evidence showing otherwise.
4.Any other organization or individual other than the registration agency
shall not make notes or stamp on this certificate.
5.This certificate shall be kept properly. The loss and damage of the
certificate shall be reported to the Bureau and its holders should apply for re-issue promptly.
