我公司集数十年生产各种型号规格的曲轴磨床和凸轮轴磨床的经验,吸取国际先进技术,结合当前国情,自行研制开发的一种新颖的曲轴精加工设备,机床自动化程度高,采用砂轮架往复进给,头架力矩电机驱动工件旋转、随动在线量仪检测,无需夹具公度,可一次装夹,全自动加工整根曲轴所有主轴颈及连杆颈,是大批量生产多品种、高精度曲轴的理想加工设备。

It is a newly developed crankshaft finishing machining equipment based on production experience of various types and specifications of crankshaft grinding machine and camshaft grinding machine for decades, absorption of world-advanced technology and combination of current national conditions. In addition, it is of high level automation, and with the adoption reciprocating feed of grinding wheel carriage, work-piece rotation of head stock driven by torque motor driving and servo on-line instrument measuring, there is no need for fixture indexing and clamping at a time is enough, and all the main journals and connecting rod journals of crankshaft can be machined automatically. It is therefore the ideal processing equipment for producing a wide range of high-precision crankshafts.
1. 采用德国(SIEMENS)840D数控系统。

2. 采用具有我公司自主知识产权的随动磨削软件(专利号:200920063945.2)实现随动高精度非圆磨削。

3. 采用具有自主知识产权液体静动压轴承电主轴(专利号:200920064466.2),真正实现CBN砂轮120m/s高速磨削。

Adopting the electric spindle of hydrostatic-dynamic pressure bearing (Patent number:200920064466.2) to realize 120m/s high-speed grinding of CBN grinding wheel.
4. 砂轮主轴配有意大利(Marposs)内置式在线动平衡、消空程和防碰撞装置,确保高速磨削的稳定、高效、安全。

The grinding wheel spindle is equipped with Italian(Marposs) built-in on-line dynamic balance, gap time elimination and anti-collision device to ensure the stability, high efficiency and safety of high-speed grinding.which is of our proprietary intellectual property rights(Patent number:200920063749.5) to realize micrometer feed with high acceleration performance.
5. 砂轮架纵向进给—X轴采用具有自主知识产权的圆柱静压导轨+直线电机的精密进给系统(专利号:200920063749.5),实现了高加速性能的微米级进给。

Longitudinal feed of grinding carriage—X axis adopts the precision feed system of cylinder hydrostatic slide-way +linear motor which is of our proprietary intellectual property rights(Patent number:200920063749.5) to realize micrometer feed with high acceleration performance.
6. 头架采用高精度、高刚度静压主轴,驱动采用德国西门子力矩电机。

The headstock adopts static pressure spindle with high precision and high rigidity, and driven by Siemens torque motor .
7. 砂轮横向移动导轨—Z轴采用矩形静压导轨+直线电机驱动,Z轴进给精度可达0.001mm。

Horizontal movement slide-way of grinding wheel—Z axis adopts rectangular hydrostatic slide-way +linear motor, Feed precision can reach 0.001mm.
8. 修整采用电主轴、金刚石滚轮修整砂轮,通过X轴和Z轴联动,可实现对CBN砂轮的圆柱面、侧面和圆角的修整。

Finishing adopts electric spindle and diamond dresser for grinding wheel finishing; based on the linkage of X axis and Z axis, finishing of cylindrical surface, lateral and fillet of CBN grinding wheel can be realized.
9. 量仪配有意大利(Marposs)FenarL在线随动量仪和T25G,实现非圆磨削的在线自动补偿。

The measuring instrument is equipped with (Marposs) FenarL on-line servo measuring instrument and T25G to realize on- line auto-compensation of non-circular grinding.
