【摘要】背景:近年来应用鸡胚培养组织细胞研究广泛,但应用鸡胚培养神经细胞尚无文献报道.目的:综述了应用鸡胚进行组织细胞培养的研究进展,以便找到一种方便价廉的神经细胞培养手段.方法:应用计算机检索CNKI 和PubMed 数据库中1998-01/2011-06 关于鸡胚培养模型及神经细胞培养的文章,以"鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜模型;神经细胞培养"或"chicken embryo chorioallantoic membrane model; neuronal culture"为检索词进行检索.选择文章内容与鸡胚培养模型相关,同一领域文献则选择近期发表或发表在权威杂志文章.初检得到205 篇文献,根据纳入标准选择34 篇文章进行综述.结果与结论:鸡胚在病毒的分离、培养、疫苗制备,肿瘤生物学机制和药物筛选等方面均有广泛应用.与其他培养方法相比具有价廉,方便,快速等优点.充分正确的利用该培养体系可为多领域的研究提供科学可行的方法和思路.%BACKGROUND: In recent years, there are a lot of researches on tissue culture and cell culture using chicken embryo. Butneurocyte culture using chicken embryo has not been reported.OBJECTIVE: To summarize the research progress of tissue culture and cell culture using chicken embryo in order to find aconvenient and inexpensive method of neurocyte culture.METHODS: An online search of CNKI and PubMed databases was performed for articles related to chicken embryo culture modeland neurocyte culture published between January 1998 and June 2011, using
key words of “chicken embryo chorioallantoicmembrane model; neuronal culture” in Chinese and English. Articles related to chicken embryo culture model were selected. As tothe in identical field, articles published recently or in authoritative magazine were of priority. A total of 205 articles were collected inthe initial search, 34 of them were retained according to the inclusion criteria.RESULTS AND CONCLUSlON: Chicken embryo is widely used in virus isolation, virus cultivation, vaccine preparation,mechanisms of tumor biology and drug screening. Compared with other culture methods, the chicken embryo culture model ischeap, convenient and rapid. Fully understanding and correctly utilization of the chicken embryo culture model provide scientificand feasible methods and train of thought for the research in many fields.
