摘要：PURPOSE:To carry out zero-point adjustment and zero-point shifting temperature compensation only through adjustment of resistance value increase by connecting a series resistance and a parallel resistance each on the mutually adjoining sides of a bridge circuit. CONSTITUTION:The first resistance 54 is connected in series to one resistance element 12 on the mutually adjoining two sides of a bridge circuit 10 and the second resistance 56 in series to the other resistance element 18. In addition, the first parallel resistance 58 and the second parallel resistance 60 are connected in parallel to each resistance element 12, 18 respectively. Zero-point adjustment and zero-point shifting temperature compensation are adjusted by constituting the above-mentioned resistance with either thin-film resistances or thick-film resistances and carrying out their trimming adjustment. Two pieces of load resistance 62, 64 which consist of either thin-film resistances or thick-film resistances are connected between output terminals 46, 48. Span adjustment is performed by providing trimming adjustment of these resistances.
