摘要:PURPOSE:To make coating of a formed surface unnecessary, to facilitate production and to obtain a reflector with an excellent durability by applying the back of a composite sheet material, whose resin film is previously bonded to the reflecting side of the reflector, to a backup member. CONSTITUTION:The composite sheet material 10 is bonded to the backup member 12 by an adhesion layer 14. Here, the resin film 20 of the sheet material 10 is previously mounted as a protective layer on the electromagnetic wave reflecting side of the electromagnetic reflector 16 through the adhesion 18. The back of the sheet material 10 is bonded to the backup member 12 through the adhesion layer 14, and the sheet material 10 is formed in a parabolic shape before it is bonded to the backup member. The adhesion layer 14 is bonded to the backup member 12 only by an adhesive layer 22 excluding an adhesion resin film 24, or combined with the adhesive layer 22 and the adhesion resin film 24. A metallic plate, metallic foil and metallic gauge are used as the reflector 16.
