GENERAL MISSION职责概述
To direct and Co-ordinate overall activities
协助保安部经理领导协调安全部的各项活动。
RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS责任与方法
Responsible for the entire operation, staffing and equipment of the Security Department on a daily basis in conjunction with the Security Manager.
协助保安部经理共同承担整个保安部基本运作、员工及装备的责任。
ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES行政职责
Delegate to, supervise all staff within the Department, and assist them in preparing work schedules, during the absence of Security Manager.
在保安部经理不在时,委派并监督本部门内外所有管理人员,同时帮助他们制定工作计划。
Conform to and enforce policies, procedures, rules, and regulations as laid down by ACCOR and the Hotel in order to achieve the highest levels of uniformity and guest service.
遵守并执行由雅高集团或酒店制定的各项规章制度,从而达到统一及服务的最高水平。
完成保安部经理交与的其他任务。
TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES技术职责
Prepare weekly staffing schedules, monitoring staff attendance and assist subordinates in planning work schedules.
制定每周员工计划,指导和帮助下属完成工作计划,督察员工出勤情况并且协助制定工作计划。
Prepare a Hotel logbook on incidents, complaints etc.. Timely present it to the secretary to keep. Refer them, if required to the appropriate department for follow up action.
将有关突发事件及客人投诉的记录等调查材料及时交办公室文员保存,供有关部门追查责任时参考。
按照保安部经理的要求每月准备各类报告。
Should the Security Manager is not available, conduct regular operational meeting to review, monitor, adjust, and upgrade the performance of the Department as a whole, explaining new directions, policies and procedures, at the same time strengthen the training of job responsibilities for the security captain & security guard.
经理不在时,主持例行会议,回顾本部门的工作情况并提出调整和改善的意见,同时阐明新的方针政策规定。
加强对保安主管、领班、保安员的岗位职责培训使保安员能严格按操作程序办事。
Be aware of the security policies and procedures of the Hotel, and ensure that at all times in all areas of the Hotel that they are being strictly adhere to. Frequently help and guide Security Supervisor, Captain in their work.
了解安全政策和酒店规程,并保证在酒店的任何地点、任何时间严格遵守。
指导和帮助保安主管、领班通过努力作好工作。
Be aware of the Fire and Emergency procedures, and your Departments responsibility in an emergency. 了解消防及紧急措施,以及本部门在突发事件中应承担的责任。
COMMERCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES商业职责
To handle and resolve all guest queries and complaints in an efficient manner and to establish an amicable relationship with all clients, customers and guests of the Hotel.
有效地处理解决所有客人的质疑和投诉,并与所有酒店的宾客建立友好关系。
Through close supervision recommend improvements and changes to the operation of the Department, especially concerning creating better service standards, increasing revenue and reducing costs.
通过严格的管理提高和改进本部门的工作,特别是提高服务水平,增强成本意识。
HUMAN RESOURCE RESPONSIBILITIES人事职责
Assist the Manager to plan and organizes regular Departmental training for all staff, especially new staff, paying particular attention to courtesy efficiency, service standard, grooming, diplomacy and actual job knowledge.
协助部门经理计划并组织定期的部门员工尤其新员工的培训。
定期检查员工的仪容仪表、礼貌礼仪、服务水平、工作效率及实际专业知识。
According to the instruction of the Security Manager, regularly evaluate, identify and develop leadership qualities among subordinates in order to guide them towards the path of career enrichment with both ACCOR and the Hotel, and additionally provide the hotel with a source for future management.
识别并发挥下属的领导才能,根据保安部经理的指示,定期对保安部成员进行评估工作表现发掘优秀人才,从而引导他们为雅高集团和本酒店的发展作出贡献,同时也为酒店提供未来的领导人才。

RELATIONS工作关系
Reports directly to the Security Manager.
直接向保安经理汇报。
Work closely with other Departments of the hotel, and attend regular meetings on a periodical basis. 与酒店内其他部门紧密合作,定期参加例会。
Participate in providing and receiving constructive criticism about the Department and the Hotel as a whole, in order to improve efficiency, productivity and guest service.
提供或接受有关部门或整个酒店的各种建设性意见,以便提高工作效率和服务质量。
REPLACEMENT AND TEMPORARY MISSION替代和临时责任
Perform other related duties and special projects as required by the Security manager both within and outside the Hotel.
履行其他相关职责,完成保安经理交与的店内外任务。
