摘要：PURPOSE:To supply efficiently oxygen to a lower layer part by providing an outside pipe, inside pipe, flow changing plate and water feeder. CONSTITUTION:The outside pipe 1 is constituted of the outer pipe of double pipes and is suspended in water. The upper part thereof is floated from a water surface 100 by a float, etc. The pipe 1 acts as a passage to drop the lower layer water aerated by the mixed water composed of surface layer water and air to the lower layer C side. The inside pipe 2 is inserted into the pipe 1 and is opened at both ends. Said pipe acts as a passage to rise the lower layer water aerated by the mixed water composed of surface layer water and air and to pour the same into the pipe 1. A space for a water passage is formed between the pipe 2 and the pipe 1 when the pipe 2 is inserted into the pipe 1. The flow changing plate 3 is provided by expanding the bottom end of the pipe 2 around the same and spacing the expanded surface 3a from the bottom end of the pipe 1. The water feeder 4 mixes the surface layer water and the air and feeds the mixed water upward from the lower part of the pipe 2.
