综合护理干预在0级糖尿病足中的疗效评价

摘要:目的:探讨综合护理干预在0级糖尿病足中的疗效。方法:选取我院收治 的 0 级 糖 尿 病 足 患
者186例,随机分为观察组和对照 组,每 组 93 例。 对 照 组 给 予 常 规 护 理,观 察 组 给 予 综 合 护 理 干
预,干预时间为1个月。利用一般资料问卷、糖尿病足预防护理知识量表、足部 感 觉 检 查 量 表 和 糖

Abstract Objective:Toexploretheeffectofcomprehensivenursinginterventioninpatientswithdiabeticfoot ingrade0.Methods:Atotalof186patientswithdiabeticfootingrade0inourhospitalwereselectedand dividedintotheexperimentalgroupandthecontrolgroup,with93casesineachgroup.Routinenursingwas giventothecontrolgroup,andthecomprehensivenursinginterventionwasgiventotheexperimentalgroup, respectively.Generalinformation questionnaire,diabeticfoot prevention nursing knowledge scale,foot sensoryexamination scale and diabeticfoot self-care compliance scale were used to evaluate the effect of intervention at 1 month after treatment. Results: The fasting and postprandial blood glucose in the experimentalgroupwerebothlowerthanthoseofthecontrolgroup (bothP<0.05).Meanwhile,thescores of health knowledge and self-care compliance were both higher in the experimental group than those of the controlgroup (bothP <0.05).Theexperimentalgroupfootsymptomsweresignificantlybetterthanthe controlgroup,includingnumbness,cold,edema,restpain,skintemperaturedifference,dryskin,decreased sweatingandcallosum (allP <0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensivenursinginterventioncouldimprovethe bloodglucoseandthesymptomsoffoot,increasethelevelofhealthknowledgeandthecomplianceoffoot self-care. 近 年 来,随 着 人 们 生 活 方 式 的 改 变,糖 尿 病 的 发 病 率 逐 年 上 升 。 世 界 卫 生 组 织 发 布 的 《全 球 糖 尿 病 报 告》[1]中指出,目前 全 球 共 有 4.25 亿 糖 尿 病 患 者,约 400多万糖尿 病 患 者 死 于 心 血 管 疾 病、肾 功 能 衰 竭、 下肢截肢等糖尿病并发症。糖尿病可导致周围神经 病 变 和 外 周 血 管 病 变 ,使 足 部 软 组 织 及 骨 关 节 系 统 在 机 械 压 力 下 遭 受 破 坏 ,进 而 出 现 局 部 创 伤 、病 变 ,最 终 导 致 糖 尿 病 足 (diabeticfoot,DF)。
