银行资信证明种类(一)存款证明。

这是银行出具的数量较多的资信证明。

报载,建设银行赣州市分行现已正式发文推出个人存款证明书业务。

实际上,大多数银行都自觉或不自觉的出具过存款证明。

(二)“企业登记注册入资凭证”资金证明。

根据公司注册资本登记管理有关规定,注册资本中以货币出资的,股东应当将其认缴的出资足额存入新设立公司所在地银行的“专用帐户”。

会计师事务所出具的验资报告应当附银行出具的企业登记注册入资凭证。

(三)“询证函”证明。

即企业的银行存款、借款及往来款项证明。

根据财政部和中国人民银行有关规定,注册会计师依法审查企业会计报表,验证企业资本,办理企业合并、分立、清算事宜中的审计业务以及审计业务,需要以被审计企业名义向有关单位发函询证,以验证该企业的银行存款、借款及往来款项等是否真实、合法、完整时,各商业银行要积极配合,据实填写有关数据资料,明确签署意见,认真做好函证的回函工作。

(四)资信调查证明。

根据国家外汇管理局对银行外汇业务范围的界定,资信调查,是指银行接受境内外客户委托,对企业的资信状况进行调查或对客户自身资信进行调查,向其业务对象证明自身资信的业务。

(五)见证证明。

根据国家外汇管理局对银行外汇业务范围的界定,见证业务,是指银行为申请人提供证明,证明申请人向受益人所提供的材料属实,有履约能力,但不负法律责任的业务。

(六)履约证明。

即企业履行借款合同、担保合同信誉状况证明。

一般情况下,银行或企业与其新客户进行贸易等业务往来之前要向有关个人或组织调查或了解其财务状况或商业信誉,同时也向有关个人或组织提供其本身客户履行借款合同、担保合同信誉状况的资信证明。

另外,银行办理信贷业务,大多数情况下要求借款人担保人为其借款向贷款银行提供担保。
