步步高通信公司MSD控制技术规范1 目的、范围与简介:1.1目的为改进MSD控制水平,有效提高产品质量和可靠性,同时,提高技术人员对潮敏器件的认识水平,规范研发、市场和生产阶段对易潮敏器件的正确处理。
1.2范围本规范规定了潮湿敏感器件等级要求、包装要求、操作及处理方法等方面的技术指标和控制措施。
本规范适用于步步高通信公司及其子公司、分公司、办事处等分支机构(以下简称公司)潮湿敏感器件的控制。
合资企业和外协厂商均参照本规范执行。
1.3简介本规范遵照IPC/JEDEC有关的潮敏标准拟制,主要体现潮湿敏感器件在公司控制处理各环节的规范性要求。

国内外军用电子元器件质量等级及对应情况
国外军用电子元器件质量等级与国内对应情况为了保证元器件的质量,我国制定了一系列的元器件标准。
在上世纪70年代末期制定了“七专”7905技术协议和80年代初制定了“七专”8406技术协议,已具备了军用器件标准的雏形,但标准是在改革开放之前制定的,有很多局限性,很难与国际接轨.从80年代开始,我国标准化部门参照了美国军用标准(MIL)体系建立了GJB体系,元器件的标准有规范、标准、指导性文件等三种形式。

⼲燥剂标准介绍⼲燥剂标准介绍1、药品⾷品⼲燥剂相关标准药品⾷品⽤⼲燥剂的标准主要是由国家⾷品药品监督管理局制定的药品包装容器(材料)标准:《药⽤固体纸袋装⼲燥剂标准》YBB00122005。
该标准规定了对“固体制剂滤纸袋包装的细孔球型硅胶⼲燥剂”的要求,其中除了对⼲燥剂袋外观、强度,吸附剂的含⽔率、吸湿率等⼲燥剂基本性能要求外,着重就⼲燥剂在有害物质含量(如:砷含量等),微⽣物限度,脱⾊性能等⽅⾯进⾏了规定。
威胜针对药⽤⾷品⽤⼲燥剂,专门制定了两种产品标准,分别为《⼩圆柱⼲燥剂产品标准》WS-QWS-824-55和《透明条连续式⼲燥剂产品标准》WS-QWS-824-56,这两种产品在满⾜YBB00122005的基础上,增加了吸湿速度要求、粉尘要求、交货⽅式等要求,另外有使产品更适合进⾏⾃动化分装的要求。

MSD(湿敏器件防护)控制技术要求规范
1、简介:SMD器件的出现直接带来了新的挑战,而这些挑战的重心又在于包装的品质和可靠性,周围环境中的湿气会通过包装材料渗透到包装内部,并在不同材料的表面聚结。
在组装工艺中,SMD元件贴装在PCB上时会经历超过200℃,在焊接时,湿气的膨胀会造成一系列的品质问题。
本规范遵照IPC/JEDEC有关的潮敏标准拟制,主要体现潮湿敏感器件在公司控制处理各环节的规范性要求。
本规范由塑封器件潮湿敏感定义、潮湿敏感器件分级要求、潮湿敏感器件包装要求、潮湿敏感器件干燥要求、潮湿敏感器件使用及注意事项等内容组成。
2、目的:为改进MSD控制水平,有效提高产品质量和可靠性,同时提高技术人员对潮敏器件的认识水平,规范研发、市场和生产阶段对易潮敏器件的正确处理。
3、范围:本规范规定了潮湿敏感器件等级要求、包装要求、操作及处理方法等方面的技术指标和控制措施。
本规范适用于步步高教育电子有限公司各类潮湿敏感器件(以下简称MSD)验收、储存、配送、组装等过程中的管理。
供应商和外协厂商均可以参照本规范执行。

左图是大家看的编号2的样品(图 片是放大的不是实际尺寸) 图中的划痕为20#,且长度>1/4D。 对于表面质量要求20-10该产品不 合格。但本次样品未提出表面质量 要求,而是要大家自已决定光洁度 等级。因此该产品划痕可判为40#。

4.当元件的划痕级数未超过表面质量要求的级数,且元件不存在最大 划痕时,所有级数的划痕乘以划痕长度与元件直径之比所得乘积之和, 不得超过最大划痕级数。
例: 40mm×40mm的元件,质量指标要求为60-40,其中一个20mm 的区域有40#点子一个,20#点子一个,10#点子一个,同时在另一 个20mm区域中,20#点子2个,10#点子4个,5#点子1个。
A区的麻点直径的和: =40+20+10=70 < 40×2=80 B区的麻点直径的和: =20×2+10×4+5×1=85> 80, B区不合格。 因此元件不合格。
