6. What is procrastination? What are the effective ways to beat procrastination? Procrastination kills your productivity and it can hold you back from achieving your true potential. It’s a nasty habit that can affect your work performance and prevent you from accomplishing your goals and dreams. If you are overly familiar with statements like “I will get this task done tomorrow” and “I will start my diet on Monday”, it’s time to take effective steps to beat procrastination.
Admit you have a problem
The first step towards fixing your problem is admitting that you have one. You can start by asking your supervisors or colleagues to assess the quality of your work. Listen to their input carefully; if the consensus is that you haven’t done a stellar job, it’s a clear sign that procrastination is holding you back.
Break down the task
We often put off tasks that seem too time-consuming or difficult because we are afraid we won’t be able to handle them. Here’s the trick: every time you receive a big and seemingly unmanageable task, break it down in smaller increments.
Reward yourself
Rewards are the simplest way to motivate yourself and beat procrastination. When you know that you will receive something you look forward to at the end of the line, you are more likely to work harder to get there.

There are no two identical people exist in the world, but most successful people are similar in many ways. Good character is the foundation of success. Most of successful people are modest, diligent and creative etc. In my opinion, being confident, honest, and persevere are the three important keys to the door of success.
There is an old saying that confident is the first step to succeed. A singer singing in the stage without nervous means he is confident. Confidence offers people courage to overcome difficulties.
The second key helps people succeed is honesty. There is no denying that most of friendships are based on honesty and most of businesses are based on friendship. Honest people are easy to get others’ respect and people often prefer to cooperate with the honest ones rather th an liars. It’s obvious that no one could tolerate a friend always tell lies.
Beside what I talk about above, I consider that perseverance is an essential personality to people who want to succeed. Everyone will meet problems, but not everyone could insist. When people run into problems, as long as they persevere, they will be closed to success.
To conclusion, everyone has his personality. Kindhearted people make others feel warm, and humorous guys bring happiness to people. Sometimes people’s personality decide who they are, even who they want to be.
8. Why is there a need to encourage courses in research ethics?
There are several reasons why it is important to adhere to ethical norms in research.
First, normspromote the aims of research. For example, prohibitions against fabricating, falsifying, or misrepresenting research data promote the truth and minimize error.
Second, since research often involves a great deal of cooperation and coordination among many different people in different disciplines and institutions, ethical standards promote the values that are essential to collaborative work, such as trust, mutual respect, and fairness. Most researchers want to receive credit for their contributions and do not want to have their ideas stolen .
Third, ethical norms in research also help to build public support for research. People are more likely to fund a research project if they can trust the quality of research.
Finally, many of the norms of research promote a variety of other important moral and social values, such as social responsibility, human rights, animal welfare, compliance with the law, and public health and safety.
9. What do you know about the traits and skills leaders have?
1. Self-motivated:
Motivated leaders desire to achieve above and beyond expectations.
This comes from their passion, pride and desire to become better and the motivation to do things better than everyone else.
To succeed as a leader, you need to be motivated, and no one else can do that for you except your self.
2. Optimism & Positivity:
Where others might think a project or task is too difficult, leaders face those challenges with energy and positivity . Positivity is contagious, so be sure to focus on your attitude and understand you set the tone for your business and the people around you.
3. Accountable:
Being accountable means that you accept responsibility for the outcomes expected of you, both good and bad.
You don’t blame others. And you don’t blame things that were out of your control. Until you take responsibility, you are a victim. And being a victim is the exact opposite of being a leader.
Great leaders take initiative to influence the outcome and take responsibility for the results.
10. What spirits are displayed by the Chinese nation in the face of Wenchuan earthquake?
A whole year afterwards, it is not easy revisiting those dark moments associated with Wenchuan and May 12.
From across the falling rocks and the ruptured mountain through the rubble, we saw the intrepid and tireless rescuers.From under the collapsed ceilings of classroom buildings, we heard the most heart-wrenching stories of courage and selflessness.

答1：I think that environmental protection should receiver priority in China.There are generally two factors accounting for it, in the light of me. First and foremost, we must protect the environment of economic development is the essential requirement of economic development. Second, we must protect the environment of economic development is the strategy of sustainable development requirements.
答2：I don’t agree with what you said and I still have some ideas. We all know that in many places of China, like many poor countries. While the environment is pretty good there thousands of people lack of money for the food they need to live then do you think we still need to develop our economics?
答1：But you can’t ignore a fact that most areas of china have solved the problems of food and clothing at present .Imagining that we live in an environment with seriously polluted air,can we have a health and happy life?

答1：I think that doctors and patients is becoming worse and worse.there are some reasons. Such as ,In the patients’ view ,doctor receive even ask for bribes(贿赂)，they are pay more attention to money.Besides, some doctors’ attitude is very bad.In the view of doctors,patients now are not only looking for help bur also here to kill them.Every operation is risky, but when the operation failed , the hospital and the doctor have to pay for it, no matter whose fault it is unavoidable.I also have a question want ask you. What can be done to improve the doctor-patient relationship?
答二：I hope doctor-patient relationship will be better in the future.In order to built the harmonious doctor-patient relationship, we must protect the legal rights of both doctors and patients. The key point is how to balance the two sides.we should solve this problem from these four aspects: Government, Doctor, patient.First ,the government should spend more money on medical treatment and accelerate the establishment of the basic medial security system.Second,doctor should have loving heart to treat his patients.
