▲断路器是指能够关合、承载和开断正常回路条件下的电流并能关合、在规定的时间内承载和开断异常回路条件下的电流的开关装置。
断路器按其使用范围分为高压断路器与低压断路器,高低压界线划分比较模糊,一般将3kV以上的称为高压电器。
▲断路器可用来分配电能,不频繁地启动异步电动机,对电源线路及电动机等实行保护,当它们发生严重的过载或者短路及欠压等故障时能自动切断电路,其功能相当于熔断器式开关与过欠热继电器等的组合。
而且在分断故障电流后一般不需要变更零部件。
目前,已获得了广泛的应用。

▲使用过程中,应对断路器进行定期检查(一般为一个月),即在断路器合闸通电状态下,拨动试验按钮(试验按钮用符号“Test”表示),断路器应可靠断开。
▲当断路器因线路发生过载、短路故障而断开时,应先排除故障后再使断路器重新合闸。
▲本断路器为非维护型,所以当断路器发生故障不能正常工作时,用户不得私自打开断路器进行维修。

FM RFM RFMS 系列风幕机一、产品概述FM系列风幕机是采用单相电容运行式电动机驱动,带动外型匀称的贯流铝合金风轮,或增强塑料风轮产生分布均匀的幕式气流,可减少或阻隔室内外空气对流。

SDW2502型空压机使用说明一、参数一览:模拟量参数:开关量参数:启动参数设定:启动加载时间:10S卸荷停机时间:20S卸荷压力:0.65 MPa最大卸荷时间:300S最小停机时间:150S注意事项:参数设定中,一些参数要设定为停机必须设定为报警后停机设定才有效。
二、操作说明:1、按键功能说明:A、启动按钮:符合压缩机启动条件的情况,按“启动”按钮启动压缩机运行B、停机按钮:按下“停机“按钮,停止压缩机运行;故障停机后,按“停机”按钮三秒,解除故障锁定。
C、急停按钮:当压缩机需要紧急停机时,按下“急停”按钮,立即停止压缩机运行。
2、开机过程:电源接通后,操作盒面板上的触摸屏点亮,在确认压缩机可以启动运行后,按操作盒面板启动键,画面进入启动画面,压缩机轻载启动,在延时10秒钟后,电磁阀YV得电,打开压缩机进气装置。
画面进入运行监控画面,压缩机进入正常运行。
3、停机过程:压缩机运行中,按操作盒面板停机键(压缩机轻载延时停机),电磁阀YV失电,压缩机进气装置关闭,画面进入停机画面,压缩机轻载延时停机,延时20S压缩机停止运行。
4、紧急停车过程:压缩机运行过程中,遇紧急情况,需立即停机时,按下操作盒面板红色急停开关,电机供主回路断开,压缩机立即停止运转。
下一次需旋转释放急停开关。
5、故障确认过程:该控制设备具有故障记忆功能,当压缩机因故障停机时,系统对该故障进行记忆;当发生的故障已经消除,要重新启动压缩机时,这时需要解除故障锁定,按住停机按钮3秒钟即可解除故障记忆。
三、运行保护功能介绍:以下所有报警或报警停机有效的条件是必须在参数设定中将其设为是。
如:排气压力高只报警不停机必须将是否报警设为“是”是否停机设为“否”;如果要报警停机则需要将是否报警设为“是”是否停机设为“是”。
如果停机则必须要报警,即是否报警设为“否”是否停机设为“是”的组合设定是无效的,不报警必不停机。
四、相序保护功能:如果所接动力电源的相序不正确,相序保护器动作,禁止设备投入使用,以避免压缩机反转,造成机械损伤,只有在电源相序正确时,系统才允许投入工作,并确保压缩机正常运转。

水切割的工作原理
外来自来水从进口快接接口进入储水罐经过滤器过滤之后,由高压水泵进行加压,进入增压器两端的高压缸内。
通过各个管件形成源源不断的高压水流。
调节调压溢流阀改变压力表的压力大小,磨料系统输出的磨料混入高压水流由高压出水口输出,通过高压管输送到喷射头,高压水流在喷嘴的约束下形成具有极大动能的高速磨料水射流,可以穿透任何坚硬材料。
此水切割机可切割范围非常广泛,除一些特殊材质确实不适合接触水的除外。

3.工作原理
负荷开关是由隔离刀和真空灭弧室这两大组件组成。
隔离刀承担了合闸和分闸时绝缘作用,真空灭弧室承担熄灭电弧的作用。
隔离刀是由弹簧过中机构进行分合闸操作的,过中弹簧提供了隔离刀合闸时所需要的能量,并保证了真空灭弧室在分闸时熄灭电弧而不受人为因素的影响,真空灭弧室在隔离刀的分闸过程中,有快速机构提供灭弧室的分闸速度。
隔离刀的三相联动操作确保了灭弧室的分闸同期性。

Notes:
1. When measuring output ripple, it is recommended that an external 1.0 µF ceramic capacitor be placed from the +Vout pin to the -Vout pin for single output units and from each output to common for dual output units. For noise sensitive applications, the use of 4.7 µF capacitors will reduce the output ripple. The maximum rms value of the output ripple is 10 mV .
2. Transient recovery is measured to within a 1% error band for a 75-100% load change.
3. The maximum sink current at the on/off pin (pin 4) during a logic low is 100 µA. The maximum allowable leakage current of a switch connected to the on/off pin (Pin 4) at logic high (2.5V to 100V) is 5 µA. If the on/off pin (Pin 4) is left open, the unit operates. If it is grounded, the unit will shut off.
4. No load operation will not damage these units, but they may not meet all spec’s.
5. Dual output units may be connected to provide a 24 VDC or 30 VDC output. To do this, connect the load across the positive (+Vout) and negative (-Vout) outputs and fl oat the output common.
6. The converter should be connected to a low ac-impedance source. An input source with a highly inductive imped-ance may affect the stability of the converter. In applications where the converter output loading is high and input power is supplied over long lines, it may be necessary to use a capacitor on the input to insure start-up.
In this case, it is recommended that a low Equivalent Series Resistance (ESR <1.0 at 100 kHz) capacitor be mounted close to the converter. A 33 µF is recommended for 24V input models and a 10 µF for 48V units. 7. It is recommended that a fuse be used on the input of a power supply for protection. See the table above for the correct rating.
Heatsink Notes:
• Use of the heatsink will extend the units operating temperature range by approximately 10°C.
• The heatsink is black anodized aluminum.

A simple external circuit may be used to adjust the converter output. To adjust the output DOWN, connect a 5%, 3W resistor between the plus output
pin and the Vout trim pin. To adjust the output UP, connect a 5%, 3W resistor between the minus
