以数据分析优化英语单元作业设计的实践研究——以3A M2U2My Family为例内容摘要：在每个单元教学设计中，教师首先研读课程标准和基本要求、分写教材教法，逐步分析学生学情，基于整体单元教学设计，科学制定单元目标后，从单元整体出发再合理制定层层递进的单课时目标，有效设计相应的课堂教学活动，最后综合设计单元作业，尝试创设梯度性的单元作业，通过具有思维的训练，帮助学生内化语言知识点，最后达成批判性、创造性、创新性的思维品质、育人价值、文化意识等，但是由于学生层次不同、知识点掌握程度不同等因素，导致学生最后学业成果显现不佳。

因此，笔者以3A M2U2My Family为例，开展了基于数据驱动的小学中年段英语单元作业设计的实践研究，通过诺笔有声设备的支持，建立学生个人过程性追踪记录表，通过前测数据，分析学生在单元阶段性作业中易错部分，教师分析学生易产生错误部分原因，再借助诺笔有声饭收集学生设计题目，形成专项练习，进行巩固练习，通过创设多元的单元作业，推进差异化教学。

关键词：数据驱动；单元作业；差异化教学；一．背景一二年级学生评价都是基于在校时的表现性评价，依据学生在校听读进行评定，但从三年级开始，学生逐步从听说到听说读写，很多学生呈现出拖沓、情绪低落、兴趣不浓厚的状态。

因此，笔者以一个教学实验班为研究对象，在班级内开展了基于数据驱动的小学中年段英语单元作业设计的实践研究，以此为研究契机，探究基于数据驱动的单元作业设计策略。

二．基于数据驱动的小学中年段英语单元作业设计的实践落实（一）.基于单元内容，设计单元作业（1）确定3A M2U2 My family单元作业目标并设计单元作业针对本单元的内容设计作业、首先需要分析学习内容、单元话题及核心语言，以教材中的核心板块Look andlearn ,look and say为主，设定单元教学目标，并根据单元教学目标确定单元作业目标。

由于三年级开始，学生正式学习音标，因此音标的基本发音列为教学目标中。
