FC-ISM-LCCD-16P产品介绍FC-ISM-LCCD-16P型线阵CCD驱动采集器主要驱动芯片为东芝TCD1304AP(像素大小为8um×200um,像素个数:3648),波长响应范围为300nm~1100nm。
采用125kHz 、16位灰度采样速率,采用精度可以达到65535等级。
与WINDOWS操作系统的上位机进行USB2.0的数据通信,支持CCD的积分曝光时间1ms~100ms可调。
产品外观如下图所示:CCD的图像数据一方面可以通过USB输入到计算机中,另一方面也可以通过同步模拟输出端口由示波器显示或者通过其它采集卡进行采集。
同步触发输出端口可以将内触发时的内部时钟信号或者外触发的信号同步输出,可用此信号来触发示波器,该信号与CCD图像的模拟信号同步。
用户若购买此CCD即附赠此测试软件极其源代码,用户可以在此基础上修改制作出自己专用的软件。

因此,在实际应用中,需要根据CCD的型号、用途和应用领域的不同而设计不同的驱动电路,以及数据采集、处理系统[1]。
CCD的光积分时间决定着CCD的曝光量,在不同的光照强度下,需要的实际光积分时间不同。
光强较弱时需要较长的光积分时间,以使光敏单元吸收到足够的光信息;相反,光强很强时,光积分时间不能太长,否则CCD的输出信号会饱和失真,不能准确地反应要测量的信息。
因此要得到精确的测量信号,就需要实时的调节光积分时间。
CCD传感器必须在一定的驱动脉冲的作用下才可以完成信号电荷的转移、输出。
在一定的驱动频率内,提高驱动信号的频率则会加快电荷包的移动,从而提高测量速度;反之,降低驱动信号的频率则会降低测量速度。
因此要提高测量速度就要提高驱动信号的频率,而在某些场合需要将光积分时间提高到10 μs时,就需要将时钟频率提高到几百兆,频率太高又引出更难、更复杂的问题,而且这种方法下测量速度的提高空间也是有限的。

基于LabVIEW的光谱数据采集与分析【摘要】选用CCD探测器采集光谱信号,然后由PXI采集卡传输数据与PC 机通讯,并使用LabVIEW编写测试程序,实现对光谱仪的光谱数据处理、采集、分析、显示等功能。
通过软件编写再次对采集到的信号进行了滤波处理,增加了增益调整功能;采用最小二乘法实现了对系统的波长标定,并实现了光谱曲线的峰值寻找功能,且与传统的线性定标法进行对比,进一步改善了测量精度。
最后通过实验结果表明,可以用所做的光谱分析系统分辨出汞灯光谱的特性谱线,达到光谱分析的目的。
【关键词】LabVIEW;光谱分析;虚拟仪器;CCD1.引言随着科学技术的发展和光谱分析系统的广泛研究,人们对光谱分析系统的主要指标,如光谱测量范围、分辨率、精度等方面,都提出了越来越高的要求,光谱仪现在的发展方向是微型化、自动化和高精度化。
因此,本文引入了新兴的虚拟仪器技术,设计了一个基于LabVIEW的光谱分析及数据采集系统,使光谱分析系统整体性能有所提高,并且操作简单,功能较强。
2.系统设计2.1 系统结构根据光谱分析采集系统的工作流程,将整个系统分为光学系统设计、硬件设计及应用程序设计三部分工作。
光谱分析系统是典型的基于光电探测器进行测量的光电检测仪器,所以结合系统的设计要求,为了满足微型化以及低成本的要求,考虑使用线阵CCD探测器。
光栅分出的光由TCD1304AP型号线阵CCD采集接收,由调理电路进行放大滤波处理输送给A/D模数转换器,将模拟信号转换成数字信号,最后由PXI-6289采集到数据输送给上位机,选择LabVIEW接收数据、显示及分析等工作。
2.2 分光系统部分分光系统是光谱分析系统中的关键部件,直接决定着系统的分光性能。
光谱仪器的分光方式有多种,根据光谱测量方式的不同,分为滤光片分光、棱镜分光、光栅分光。
本文选用的是光栅分光方式。
这种设计结构简单,光损耗小,分辨率高、信噪比高。
现在流行的CaernyTurner分光系统是一种非常紧凑的光学系统,把光路尽可能的简化。

一种积分时间可调型线阵CCD的改进驱动方案付天舒;刘强;王立刚【摘要】为了提高积分时间可调型线阵CCD的时序调整灵活性和驱动程序的可移植性.根据积分时间可调型线阵CCD芯片的工作原理,在光积分栅电极脉冲的低电平区附近,对转移栅脉冲的时序加以改进,提出了一种新的驱动时序设计方案.程序设计语言使用了硬件描述语言Verilog,采用Modelsim软件对东芝公司的TCDI304AP时序方案进行了功能仿真,并针对ALTERA公司的EPM240T100C8N 芯片进行了适配.仿真结果和硬件实验结果表明该方案正确,其具有可控性好、可移植性好、开发效率高的特点.%The purpose of the design is to improve the sequence adjustable capability and program transplant capability of driving method for linear CCD with tunable integration time. According to the operating principle of linear CCD chip with tunable integration time, the sequence of shift gate pulse by low level range of integration clear gate pulse is adjusted. A new design of the sequence was introduced. The hardware description language is Verilog. A design for TCD1209D of TOSHIBA corporation fulfills function simulation with Modelsim software and fits into EPM240T100C8N of Altera corporation. 文摘CCD全称为电荷藕合器件,由于CCD具有非接触性测量、分辨率高等方面的特点,因此CCD器件在物体外型测量、表面检测、图像传真、智能传感等方面得到了广泛的应用。
另外,CCD测量速度快,所以不仅可用于静态测量,还可用于动态在线检测,因此CCD技术在线检测系统中应用也越来越多。
现代加工技术发展迅速,加工精度不断提高,相应的对检测设备也提出了新的要求,如高精度,在线检测等,新技术,新工艺,新项目对大直径尺寸高精度测量技术提出了越来越高的要求。
在当今国内工业中对直径的测量大多还是采用千分尺等落后的接触式的方法,不但效率不高而且精确度不够。
针对工业中用千分尺人工对工件直径测量的落后方法,利用线阵CCD对直径实现精密测量的系统进行了设计。
该系统基于光学系统无接触性测量的基本原理,运用光学测量的理论和一般方法,设计并讨论了在实际运用中存在的问题及解决办法。
为了探索CCD图象传感器在尺寸检测方面的应用性能、特性参数以及相关测控系统硬件系统的设计特点,从而为今后研制基于线阵CCD的宽范围尺寸测量系统作好理论和实验准备。
设计方案内容:光学部分的内容光源的设计。
机械部分主要是相关传感器的支撑结构设计。
电路控制部分主要有CCD芯片选择、CCD输出信号的处理、单片机数据采集及处理等。

In addition, CCD high speed, so not only can be used for static measurement, but also for dynamic line detection, the CCD technology online detection system applications are increasing. The rapid development of modern processing technology, continuously improving processing precision, corresponding to the test equipment also made new demands, such as high-precision, on-line detection, new technologies, new techniques, new projects on the large diameter of the proposed high-precision measurement technology more to the higher requirements.In today the domestic industry, or most of the diameter measurement using micrometer and other backward-contact method, the efficiency and accuracy is not high enough. Micrometer used for industrial labor behind the workpiece diameter measurement method using linear array CCD to achieve precise measurement of the diameter of the system design. The system is non-contact optical system based on the basic principle of measurement, using optical measurement methods of the theory and the general design and discusses the practical application of problems and solutions. In order to explore the CCD image sensor in the size of the application performance testing, measurement and control system parameters and related design features of the hardware system, which for the future development of linear array CCD based on a wide range of dimensional measurement systems make theoretical and experimental preparations. The OM-CP-HITEMP140-FP probe design is narrow and lightweight making it ideal for placement within small vials, tubing, test tube and other small diameter or delicate applications. Because of the flexible probe, the risks of breakage (both vial and probe) generally associated with stainless steel probe data loggers are diminished and the location and placement of the probe is easy to manipulate. The device records and stores up to 32,700 time stamped readings and is equipped with non-volatile solid state memory which retains data even if the battery becomes discharged.
