约有1000多个吊框，灯具和吊框数量大，要求水平垂直整齐，施工难度大，安装质量要求高（线槽灯桥架现场跨度大，吊框和灯具间距统一并且在一条直线上，误差10mm以为合格）。

2、特点本工法根据施工现场的具体条件，通过红外线定位仪的应用，充分利用各种测量手段，保证了线槽灯的施工现场安装质量，降低了施工成本和工期，本工法的主要特点是采用红外线定位仪，施工简单，减少施工返工量，安装质量具有可靠保证。

3、适用围本工法适用于任何采用线槽灯安装的工业和民用建筑。

4、工艺原理线槽灯安装一般由吊框、桥架和灯具安装三部分组成，它的现场安装主要包括两个步骤，一是测量放线定位，二是吊框、桥架和灯具安装。

其中测量定位放线非常重要，它直接关系到线槽灯的安装精度，从而影响到线槽灯的安装质量，进而影响到线槽灯的美观效果。

在安装过程中也要注意采取一定的先后作业互相影响精度的措施，进一步控制好安装质量。

5、工艺流程和操作要点5.1工艺流程：线槽灯安装主要容线槽灯安装工艺流程：即基准点定位→线槽灯定位放线→吊框定位放线→吊框施工→桥架定位放线及施工→灯具安装放线及施工→整体检查复核。

5.2基准点定位根据现场情况,与土建单位积极协调好现场定位点，现场基本在某一柱线做定位，确认好那根柱子和柱子上的50mm线，所选择的柱子最好在线槽灯安装大厅的角上，这样向垂直两个方向分散定位产生的误差会小些。

2. Feed wire through chain (F), come out from back side of canopy (D).

10. Connect the hot wires from the fixture (smooth wire) to the hot wire (usually black ) from the junction box. Fasten each together with a plastic wire conncetor and wrap the connection with eletrical tape. DO NOT REVERSE THE HOT AND NEUTRAL CONNECTIONS OTHERWISE SAFETY WILL BE COMPROMISED.

线槽灯，又名为线槽荧光灯，属于荧光灯系列中的一种，主要用于商场照明、超市照明线槽灯、车库照明线槽灯等等。

线槽荧光灯分传统型线槽荧光灯和无极荧光灯，传统型线槽荧光灯即低压汞灯，是利用低气压的汞蒸气在放电过程中辐射紫外线，从而使荧光粉发出可见光的原理发光，因此它属于低气压弧光放电光源。

英文名：Line lamp线槽灯线槽灯 - 线槽灯材质：灯具本体采用拉伸式铝合金；反射器采用静电喷涂；灯具上部隔断空间单独走线，可灵活修理及布线；反射罩长达6m。

线槽灯 - 线槽灯具特征：1、材质：铝合金型材，聚碳酸脂灯脚座2、颜色：银白色、白色、亚光、或喷塑3、其他特点：●灯具上部有专门空间用来敷设照明电源干线，将电源管线和灯具合二为一。

●槽体分上下两层，上层敷设电源线路，下层空间用来容纳镇流器，将线路与发热元器件完全隔开。

光源电器可以安装在槽体内，也可以安装在活动底板上，类似抽屉结构，灯具电源线和干线之间采用插接连接，维修时可迅速更换上备用底板，不影响正常的营业。

可采用T8 58W、36W、30W、18W或T5各型直管光源。

●线槽内可敷设导线（2.5平方米、4平方米、6平方米、10平方米）。

全部为组合拼装结构，工厂化生产，安装方便，施工周期短，灯具位置布饰灵活，适合各种需要。

●采用T5光源可节能百分之二十多，一年内可以收回增加的投资。

带有万向调节吊挂装置，确保光带有很好的直线度和水平度。

吊挂间距3米, 根据需要可以加应急照明或外接电源、插座开关等。

可配电子镇流器、电感镇流器。

电感镇流器配电容，可使COSΦ>85%。

●灯具表面可以按照客户要求的颜色进行阳极氧化，静电喷涂各种颜色，或电泳涂漆等工艺进行表面处理。
