PECO Series PEACH GEMINI PuraSep 水平气体过滤器-煤炭聚集器说明书

A. GENERAL DATAThe PEACH Gemini PuraSep is a two stage filter-coalescer used for removing solids and liquids from a natural gas stream. The uniqueness of this design is centered around one replaceable cartridge that acts as both the primary and secondary stage, with a cartridge support plate separating the two stages. This provides dual stage coalescing. The 2nd stage portion of the cartridge is contained inside a Liquid Impingement Baffle (LIB). This LIB is a stainless steel liquid cylinder placed in the 2nd stage of the vessel. If it becomes plugged, it is easily removed from the 1st stage of the vessel through the cartridge support plate. It can then be cleaned and/or replaced.Access to the cartridges is through a full end Quick Opening Closure located at the inlet end of the vessel.The PEACH Gemini PuraSep ® has an upper and lower chamber; each chamber has two compartments. Theupper chamber provides the filtration-coalescer-separation of the solids and liquids, while the lower chamber collects the liquid. Some of the solids will drain into the lowerchamber below the first stage, but most of the solids collect on the cartridges and on the bottom of the first stage upper chamber. The PGCPH provides removal of 99.9% of all solids particles and 99.5% of all liquid particles 0.3 micron and larger with a 100% turndown ratio (with use of PL -01 performance level series PGC cartridges).1st Stage SumpInletSump Divider Plate 2nd Stage SumpOutlet2nd StageFilter/Coalescer CartridgesLiquid Impingement Baffle (LIB)Full EndQuick Opening ClosurePipe Risers1st StageCartridgesB. GENERAL ARRANGEMENT / FLOW1. P osition the filter vessel on a flat surface and ensure there is adequate space in front of the closure to allow room to install/ remove cartridges and above the closure for venting.2. C onnect inlet and outlet connections of filter vessel to piping of equal diameter. Check the filter vessel drawing to identify the location of each. It is recommended that the filter vessel be installed with by-pass and block valves to permit continued operation during cartridge changes.Check to ensure that all blind flangebolting is properly torqued. Flange boltingis torqued at the factory, however mayrelax or loosen during shipment to theinstallation site.3. C lose inlet and outlet connection valves.4. O pen the vent valve.5. T he blow-down connection should be valved and piped to a pit, tank, or blow-down system.6. I nstall any auxiliary equipment as required, suchas differential pressure gauge and liquid levelcontrols/drains. Since the vessel has two separate compartments, two sets of liquid control equipment are necessary. The controls must be piped independently and not be manifolded between the first stage compartment and second stage compartment because of the pressure differential between the two stages.7. T wo pressure taps are furnished on the vessel. Oneis located in the first stage, the other in the second stage is between the cartridge support plate and the outlet nozzle. It is extremely important that an accurate differential pressure gauge be installed on the vessel. Pressure drop is the only indicator that the operator has to tell him/ her when the filter vessel should be blown-down or by-passed to change the filter cartridges.8. O pen the filter vessel closure (according to closure manufacturer’s procedures) and inspect theinside of the vessel. Verify the internals have not been damaged and that the O-ring for the closure is in place. Verify the cartridges are seated properly on the risers and that each cartridge seal is fully engaged. 9. C artridge installation:This particular series uses PGC cartridges which provides for Tool-Less cartridge change-outs. This design offers many benefits including:• no tools required to secure/change cartridges• s tate-of-the-art pressure loading enhancementseal to prevent gas bypass• minimizes maintenance time and cost10. I nspect the closure gasket to make sure it is new andin good condition. Make sure it is seated in the closure groove correctly.11. C lose the closure (according to closuremanufacturer’s procedures).12. P rior to filling the filter vessel with gas, verify that theoperating pressure and temperature are within thedesign limits of the filter vessel. The design conditions can be found on the filter vessel nameplate.13. R eview and follow all operating company safetyprocedures for filter operation.14. F ollow all operating company safety and lockout/tag-out procedures.15. V erify that inlet and outlet connection valves are closedand that vent valve is open.16. S lowly and partially open the inlet connection valve andintroduce the gas stream into the filter vessel. Allowgas to purge air from the filter vessel through the vent valve. Purging should only take a few seconds.17. Close vent valve.18. C heck for leaks. Should a leak occur, close inlet valveimmediately and determine cause of leak.Make sure to fully depressurize the vesselprior to attempting to fix the leak.19. O nce no leaks are found, check to be sure that allauxiliary equipment is ready for operation.*Pressure gauge, liquid level controls and automaticdump valves are optional features that can be supplied by the manufacturer or can be purchased separatelyby the end user.C. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS21. O nce the filter vessel is full of gas and no leaks are found, open the inlet valve all the way.2. S lowly open the outlet connection valve and begin flow through vessel. Flow should be set based on recommended flow rate provided during sizing.3. M onitor differential pressure across the inlet/outlet. The filter is typically designed for 2 psid (0.14 bar) or less differential pressure at start-up at normal operating conditions. Once the cartridge becomes wet/ saturated, the differential pressure may increase slightly. The cartridges have to become completely saturated before stripping liquid. This may take 24 hours or longer, depending on the amount of free liquid in the stream.4. T he liquids collected in both compartments of the vessel will need to be drained. Check the liquid level regularly to verify operation of automatic drain or, if there is no automatic drain, open manual drain in liquid reservoir and drain liquid as required. Never let the liquid level get above the top of the sump section.5. A s the cartridge loads with solids, the differential pressure across the filter vessel is expected to increase. The cartridge should be replaced when the differential pressure reaches 12-14 psid (0.8-1.0 bar) at normal operating pressure or every year, whichever comes first.• D o not backflow the filter vessel. A high velocity flowinside the cartridges could cause damage or causethe cartridge seal to become disengaged.• I f the filter vessel has been operating at a flow ratefar below its design capacity for any period of time,it should be blown down and removed from servicefor inspection and clean-out, regardless of pressuredrop, before increasing to operating at a maximumcapacity flow.• D o not clean the filter vessel with steam injected intothe first stage compartment with the cartridges stillinstalled. Make sure cartridges are removed prior toany steaming performed.• I f the solids being removed from the gas aresusceptible to causing combustion with air (i.e.iron sulfides/black powder), the filter vessel maybe flooded with water and then drained before theclosure is opened and spent cartridges are removed.This will reduce the risk of cartridges combusting.D. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONSPGC CARTRIDGE OPERATION IN VESSEL31. R eview all operating company safety procedures prior to cartridge replacement operations.2. F ollow all operating company safety and lockout/tag-out procedures.3. E nsure that all liquids are drained off the vessel before proceeding with the cartridge replacements.4. O pen filter bypass valve (if available) and then isolate the filter vessel by closing the inlet and outlet connection valves.5. O pen the blow-down connection or closure vent valve to relieve any pressure on the vessel.Ensure that the filter vessel pressure is atatmospheric pressure prior to proceeding.6. O pen the closure (according to closure manufacturer’s procedures).7. P ull retainer clips on front support screen and remove front support screen. Then remove dirty (spent) cartridges.Dispose of spent cartridges in accordancewith plant procedures and applicable lawsand regulations for disposal in your area. 8. I nspect and clean the filter vessel as needed. Make sure all debris is cleaned from the cartridge sealing surfaces. Make sure no cartridge gasket seals have been left in vessel during cartridge removal. If any vessel damage is found notify Parker immediately. Do not operate vessel until damage is fixed.9. I nstall new cartridges and ensure proper sealing on the riser post and seat. This particular series uses PGC cartridges which provides for Tool-Less cartridge change-outs.Slide white bayonet end of the cartridge through the riser pipe into the second stage of the vessel. Push the cartridge until the center chevron seal is fully inserted into the riser and stops. Repeat until all cartridges are-installed. Once the cartridges are-installed re-install the front support screen. This screen should slide over all the cartridge handles on the front end to allow support of the cartridges. Re-install retainer clips.The use of original OEM cartridges ishighly recommended to ensure thebest overall performance of the filter.Replacement cartridges can be orderedthrough your local Parker distributor.The cartridge Item Number andSeries Description can be found in theManufacturer’s Data Book supplied withyour vessel.10. I nstall a new closure gasket. The use of originalclosure manufacturer’s gasket is highly recommended to ensure the best overall performance of the filter.Replacement gaskets can be ordered through yourlocal Parker distributor. The closure gasket ItemNumber and Series Description can be found in theManufacturer’s Data Book supplied with your vesseland also on the vessel nameplate.Installation of a new closure gasketduring each cartridge change is highlyrecommended.11. C lose the closure (according to closuremanufacturer’s procedures).12. M ake sure vent valve is open.13. M ake sure inlet and outlet valve are closed.14. Smart Ephys. The Smart Source for All Your Ephys Needs.Fully computer-controlled Patch Clamp AmplifiersIntroductionThere are many advantages to a fully digitally-controlled patch clamp amplifier. Three major advantages em-ployed in the design of the EPC 10 USB are:• First, since all of the functions of the amplifier are controlled by a data acquisition program all of the amplifiers hardware settings can be stored along with the data. Not only is this capability important when reviewing and ana-lyzing the data but also for complete and thorough experimental book-keeping.• S econd, computer control allows a number of operations to be fully automated. These can include automaticmode switching (e.g. switching between the settings for establishing a seal or those for single-channel recording), automatic capacitance neutralization of C-Fast and C-Slow, and series resistance compensation. In fact, digital control of every adjustable parameter in the amplifier circuitry is implemented including full functionality test and calibration. • Finally, the integration of the amplifier, data acquisition interface and software allows experiments to be easily repli-cated to exact details.1) Electronic Design of the Patch Clamp. Hardware, F.J.Sigworth, H.Affolter, E.Neher, Journal of Neuroscience Methods 56 (1995) 203-215.HEKA is very proud to release the EPC 10 USB - the newest member of the EPC 10 family of fully com-puter-controlled patch clamp amplifiers. The EPC 10 USB continues the HEKA commitment to provide the most up-to-date and technologically advanced pro-ducts for scientific research. The EPC 10 USB is the successor to the revolutionary EPC 9 patch clamp amplifier, which was introduced in 19901)2)3), as well as the renowned EPC 10.The EPC 10 USB patch clamp amplifier is available with either one (EPC 10 USB), two (EPC 10 USB Double), three (EPC 10 USB Triple) or four (EPC 10 USB Quadro) integrated amplifier modules.The EPC 10 USB is fully integrated with HEKA´s new LIH 8+8 data acquisition interface. The LIH 8+8 is a high resolution, low noise scientific data acquisition in-terface that utilizes the latest Analog to Digital, Digital to Analog, USB 2.0 and high-speed processor techno-logies. This powerful hardware combination in con-junction with PATCHMASTER or PATCHMASTER NEXT software provides a highly-integrated system that will minimize total recording noise, eliminate compatibility problems, reduce additional equipment expense, and most importantly, set-up time.ApplicationsThe EPC 10 USB family of amplifiers can be used, for example, for any of the following applications:• Low noise single-channel recordings• Low noise whole-cell patch clamp recordings: voltage clamp and cur-rent clamp/Low Frequency Voltage Clamp (LFVC)• Measurements of fast action potentials (AP), fast switching between voltage and current clamp and vice versa.• Loose-patch recordings4).• Intracellular voltage recordings with high resistance electrodes.• Field potential recordings.• Recordings from artificial membranes (Bilayer Recordings) and nano-pores.• Study Synaptic Transmission by simultaneous stimulation/recording from multiple cells (e.g. pre- and post-synaptic cells).• Study of Long Term Potentiation (LTP) and Long Term Depression (LTD).• Study of Exocytosis/Endocytosis or Synaptic Transmission by -Measurement of whole-cell membrane capacitance-Measurement of on-cell membrane capacitance-Detection of released substances (amperometry with e.g. carbon fiber electrodes)-Detection of released substances under a patch (patch ampero-metry)-Combined membrane capacitance measurements with ampero-metry (using EPC 10 USB Double)-Combined patch amperometry and on-cell capacitance measure-ments (using EPC 10 USB Double)• All above mentioned methods can be combined with photometric de-termination of e.g. the internal calcium ion concentration. Models and FeaturesThe EPC 10 USB is a complete data acquisition system, which can be used with HEKA’s PATCHMASTER or PATCHMASTER NEXT software.A DLL (dynamic link library) is available for software developers who are interested in writing their own Windows data acquisition software.The EPC 10 USB patch clamp amplifier, combined with a computerand PATCHMASTER / PATCHMASTER NEXT software is equivalent to a fully-equipped recording setup, which includes a patch clamp amplifier, a digital storage oscilloscope, a variable analog filter, a sophisticated pulse generator, and a full featured data acquisition and analysis system.Revision “T” Improvements Extended Stimulus RangeFilter 2 Bypass4) Loose Patch Recording. For more information see our product overview.Smart Ephys. The Smart Source for All Your Ephys Needs.EPC 10 USB AmplifiersThe number of recording channels and the number of amplifiers can be increased by con-necting two EPC 10 USB amplifiers. On the rear panel of the EPC 10 USB there are “SlaveSync” and “Master Sync” CAT5 connectors. EPC 10 USB amplifiers can be connected inFor example, an 8-channel parallel patch clamp amplifier can be configured by connecting two EPC 10 USB Quadro. These 8 in-dependent patch clamp amplifiers can be controlled by one copy of PATCHMASTER. Expandability to a 16-channel parallel patch clamp amplifier can be done by connecting four EPC 10 USB Quadro. In this case the amplifiers are controlled by two copies of PATCHMASTER that are synchronized and data can be automatically transferred to a single data file.2 x EPC 10 USB Quadro Amplifier8 ProbesSmart Ephys. The Smart Source for All Your Ephys Needs.Software Control OptionsPATCHMASTER NEXTThe EPC 10 USB family of amplifiers can be controlled with PATCHMASTER NEXT software on either Windows (10 (64-bit)) or Mac (OS X 10.6+) platform. PATCHMASTER NEXT is a multi-channel stimulation/acquisition and control software. For more details please refer to the PATCHMASTER NEXT brochure or contact us.CDEFGBAAmplifier WindowEach amplifier control can be accessed through the software and all hardware parameters can be accessed. This window is customizable in respect to displayed and required hard-ware parameters.Oscilloscope WindowAll acquired and replayed data will be displayed in this window.Control WindowThe control center of the PATCHMASTER NEXT soft-ware. Here, you start, break and or pause your experiments. Further, you have access to all main windows and the configu-ration of PATCHMASTER NEXT.Test Pulse WindowThis window is essential for the patch process itself. A run-ning test pulse is necessary to estimate important cell param-eters like membrane resistance or offset currents. Further, one can easily detect changes in patch clamp conditions during an ongoing experiment. Each amplifier board has its own test pulse view pane.Data TreeShows all the acquired data of the currentlyloaded data file. The tree-like organization of the data enables fast and easy data screening.Notebook WindowAll relevant software information is plotted into the Notebook which can be stored along with the data itself. Further, the Notebook Window is an important place to write on- and offline analysis results.Graph LayoutAnalysis results can be plotted on- or offline in analysis graphs which are displayed in the Graph Layout window.In this editor you define the pattern of the stimulation sequence. You have access to all output and input channels of the EPC 10 USB amplifier. Numer-ous different segment classes, an Increment Editor and a File Template Edi-tor allows you to create almost every possible stimulation sequence.The Protocol Editor allows to create experimental protocols via an event list which is processed in the given order. In addition to data acquisition one can now control or interact with external devices, react to analysis results or create conditional loops including break conditions or assigned keys. The predefined protocol lines allow a highly standardized and automated experi-mental procedure.Protocol EditorSmart Ephys. The Smart Source for All Your Ephys Needs.HeadstagesS-Probe HeadstageThe unique feature of the S-Probe is the significantly reduced size and weight compared to our standard headstages. This allows for compatibility with a wider range of applicati-ons, especially when experimental space is limited or where the weight of the headstageitself matters. The electrical specifications of the S-Probe are identical to our standard Red Star Headstage, with the added feature of an optional bath sense connection ena-bling operation in 3-Electrode mode (with EPC 10 USB only). It is compatible with a new EPC 10 USB or EPC 800 USB amplifier and is also available as an upgrade. Check withour support team to find out if this headstage is supported by your HEKA patch clamp amplifier. The amplifier (EPC 10 USB) and the headstage need to be calibrated using PATCHMASTER NEXT or EPCMaster software.Red Star HeadstageThe Red Star Headstage is used with the EPC 10, EPC 10 USB or the EPC 800 USBPatch Clamp Amplifiers. It offers excellent noise levels in the most important 1 - 10 kHzbandwidth. Further, it has three feedback resistors (50 GΩ, 500 MΩ, 5 MΩ) for three gain ranges which are switchable during the measurement. The Red Star Headstage is also noise-optimized for demanding single-channel recordings. The amplifier (EPC 10 USB) and the headstage need to be calibrated using PATCHMASTER NEXT or EPCMaster software.Model CircuitsModel Cells for Patch Clamp AmplifiersS-Probe Headstage with 248 cm flexible ribbon cable and a BNC to SMA connectorGeneralNumber of Amplifiers/HeadstagesEPC 10 USB Single: 1EPC 10 USB Double: 2EPC 10 USB Triple: 3EPC 10 USB Quadro: 4Amplifier ControlFully software controlled patch clamp amplifier featuring e.g. direct access to all amplifier settings, automatic calibration and self testing/diagnosis procedures.Host Interface USB 2.0 Dimensions Main UnitWeight Main UnitDimensions HeadstageD x W x H: 90 x 17 x 14.5 mmPower SupplyPower requirements are 100 Watt. The transmitter outputs airflow, velocity, and temperature over BACnet, MODBUS, and analog signal.True Dual Channel Version AvailableThe ELECTRA-flo G5 Dual Transmitter provides two separate airflow measurements in one transmitter. Duct size and sensor allocation is set independently for each channel.*National Institute of Standards and Technology The aperture’s injection molded shape has been engineered to providerobust sensor protection and minimize the angular flow effects naturally present in any duct. The flared aperture captures a representative sample of the ducted airflow, while the contoured leading edges prevent the creation of vortices. The center cross section of the aperturefunctions in the same manner as a venturi. It stabilizes and flattens the velocity profile at the point of measurement ensuring the airflow maintains full contact with the sensing thermistors. The flow conditioning characteristic of the aperture compensates for turbulent airflow with pitch and/or yaw angles up to ±30 degrees and produces an accuracy of ±2% of reading for each ELECTRA-flo sensor.Permanently installed airflow measurement systems provide the real time, actionable information required for the safe, code compliant and efficient operation of today’s high performance buildings.Air Monitor’s ELECTRA-flo 5 Series thermal dispersion airflow measurement instruments accurately measure airflow in a wide variety of commercial HVAC installations.At the heart of each ELECTRA-flo/S5 thermal probe array are pairs of precision matched thermistors installed in aerodynamic apertures. These sensor aperture assemblies are specifically designed to reduce the effects of angular flow distortions found within ducted air distribution systems. The design, construction, and calibration of each thermistor sensor pair ensures the accuracy and long term reliability of the measurement system.The stations feature S5 probes externally mounted and pre-wired,simplifying the installation process. The G5 transmitter can be mounted directly on the station or located remotely.ELECTRA-flo/CM Thermal AirflowMeasurement Station0-4000 FPMELECTRA-flo/MM Thermal AirflowMeasurement Station0-5000 FPMThe ELECTRA-flo/CM consists of S5 Series probe arrays mounted in a prefabricated station with air straightening cell.The aluminum cell features honeycomb construction, providing a robust, corrosion resistant air flow straightening system, allowing unsurpassed performance in difficult installation configurations.The cell design also provides extremely low airflow resistance while maximizing its' flow conditioning ability.The G5 transmitter can be mounted directly on the station or located remotely.ELECTRA-flo/CM Thermal Airflow Measurement Station0.000.020.040.060.080.100.120.140.160.180.200.220.240.260.280.300.320.340.36R e s i s t a n c e t o A i r f l o w , i n c h e s w .c .Airflow Velocity, FPMELECTRA-flo/CM Station Airflow Resistance125017502250275032503750ELECTRA-flo/FI Probe Array for Fan Inlet Installations The ELECTRA-flo/FI is a system of thermal probes and the associated hardware specifically designed for use in both single and dual inlet fan applications.

1,选中所要检查的字;

度量单位为mm(毫米)。
