3、抽测方法：每年段随机抽取五名不同层次学生，比例为：2:2:1。
4、评价标准：
朗读：（7分）
A等：语音、语调、语速完全正确、流利、有感情，断句准确。
（7-6分）
B等：语音、语调、语速基本正确、流利、有感情。（6-5分）
C等：语音、语调、语速错误较多，朗读不流利，缺乏感情。（5-0分）
默读：单位时间内看懂文章并回答问题。（7分）
情景交际：
A等：口语流利，表达准确，思路清晰。（7-6分）
B等：无明显错误，表达基本准确。（6-5分）
C等：词不达意，语音不准，思路混乱。（5-0分）
