1Travel by Train: Benefits is More Than We can ImagineEverytime I saw the people in the train with their traveling packages, I admire them, and I dreamed that I could be one of them one day.There’re several benefits of train journey, i’d like to have a share in it with you.The first reason I must mention is Convenience. For the geography and political and commerical reason, the train station is required to build around the city’s center. It’s very convenient for you, especially when you are a stranger to a new place.Secondly, comparing with other vehicle, train is safer. Train is rarely influenced by the natural reasons, such as whether. And according to my own perspective, it is more economical than other traveling patterns.The last but not least, with the development of globalization, more and more young people are willing to spend time and money on traveling, and just in time, the youth are cool-hunters, they like the train jounery, which is more flexible, more free. At the same time, you can make more friends, you can exchange different customs.Train jounery is a good stage to show a country’s historical culture, customs, and natural landscape, I believe that more and more peole will join the ranks.Math as My Favorite SubjectI've met a quite a number of people who do not like mathematics. In fact, most of them have this subject near the bottom or at the bottom of their list when I ask them what their favorite subject is. Well, a lot of them would say it is because mathematics is hard, troublesome and some are having difficulties or it really isn't just their thing. As for me though, since I was in elementary, mathematics has always been my favorite subject.I thought about this a few years back. I asked myself, why do I like mathematics? Is it just because I can do it and I enjoy solving problems? Or am I just fascinated with numbers and figures? It could even be that I love formulas. But one thing is certain. I really enjoy working with mathematical concepts whether it's from simple operations such as addition and subtraction, to solving complicated problems concerning trigonometry. My favorite branches of mathematics are algebra, trigonometry, geometry, and statistics.I can still remember when I was a high school sophomore when we were introduced to algebra specifically, linear equations. I really loved it back then. I always try my best to get the right answers to all problems.Going further back, when I was in the second grade, I remember when my dad used to teach me advanced mathematical operations such as division and fractions. At that time, that was probably the catalyst why I liked mathematics. I was far ahead from my classmates and I almost always aced my math subjects. I've had several awards specifically being best in mathematics from my grade school days even up to college days.Whenever it's time to work on problems or even major exams for my math subjects, I get really excited. What I really love to solve are problem solving questions. I really like to think and apply math especially on real life situations. Applying it that way makes it more meaningful to me. Even during my dark ages, I managed to ace my math scores.I just find it funny at times when people ask me what my favorite subject is. Whenever I say math is my favorite subject, most would either say "really?" or "what?" in a confused or surprised tone of voice. In any case, I just tell them it that it has been that way since I was in grade school and even though the computer is tagging right behind mathematics as my favorite subject, I'm pretty sure it won't change soon.Sichuan, in China's western hinterland, covers most of the Sichuan Basin.
